Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. The two women working locked the doors during the tornado warnings and refused to let anyone leave, said we all had to go to the fitting rooms. We waited and waited, at this point it’s passed closing time. The sirens stopped going off and they finally let us leave, but shut down the registers. Refused to check anyone out even tho we were forced to be in the fitting rooms. I was the only one left in the store, and I had asked if I could venmo/cashapp my total to one of the workers, as I was only there for an outfit for my brothers funeral the following morning. They refused to help me, and had no sympathy when I explained why I needed what was in my cart... the funeral is too early in the morning to make it anywhere else. Any retail job I’ve worked at, I’ve allowed people to pay in ways like I had offered while systems are down or whatever the case is, it’s not hard to just be a decent human being. I hope these women can learn how to treat their customers better, as this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have EVER had in my life. Again I was the only one left in the store, I was not expecting special treatment above anyone else, I was just expecting that they were decent people and would possibly bare with me since I was already held there against my will. I was in the checkout lane when they forced everyone to the fitting rooms. I will never step foot in a ross store again, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere if these are the type of people they employ!

I left the store around 4:35 2/23/24I don't know why there isn't a limit to how many items u can try on in the dressing room nor do I understand why people can be in there for as long as they want. I waited 30 mins and the person still never came out. That is longer than a sitcom TV series with no commercials...smh. that is horrible. It needs to be monitored better than that. Funny thing I put my item back and the person was still in there by the time I left. I wonder how long they allowed them to be in there..😡

I shopping at those place often. Very good place for shoes fragrance, clothes, and miscellaneous. Very different items for everyday use, which makes me go here more and more. Thank you so much for your business.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our first time here. What a complete joke and waste of time. Store was a mess. There was only one cashier. 20 people in line. Manager came up and seen the line. Said she couldn't help that she was leaving. They could call someone in to help. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional for the manager to not step in and help her employee or even page for help. There were plenty of staff walking around doing much of nothing. Will Definitely not ever be back.

Use to really like Ross's. But lately it feels like walkingbinto a Goodwill. Clothes are flung all over the place. Shoes laying on the floor. Not saying it is completely the store's fault when customers are too lazy to put items back. Today one of those alarms was just going off on a pair of shoes. Workers were just ignoring it. So I went and took the shoes and put them right up next to the cashier and walked off.Lazy lazy lazy.

This place is a hit n miss when shopping for items. Found a great Columbia jacket this time. Never have to many plus sizes in stock or shoes that look great. Cleanliness is about a 5 out of a 10. Staff are friendly. And need more cashiers most days.

Way too long of a line, I can’t blame people for shopping but I only needed to return one item and they had a line to the back of the store with only at first 3 cashiers. Eventually the 3 dropped down to 2. Why have a returns and exchange area if you can’t have the staff to run it. On top of that at one point a manager came over even seeing the line and only helped the line for maybe 5min and still didn’t come over to the returns and exchange after. This was ridiculous, never again should a customer have this experience. This is only my second time being to a Ross and I don’t think I will be a long lasting customer. Absolutely ridiculous having to wait an hour to do one thing.

this store is a good place to go if you want a bargain They sale just about anything you would want. A little of this and a little like that. I had never been here before so I decided to go and look around. Wasn't there to buy just look and ended up buying something. One thing that I need and another that just caught my eye.

Good quality items for pretty cheap. Unfortunately, though, this means a lot of people crowding into the store at once and letting their goblin children destroy everything that’s in place. I’m talking clothes on the floor, things being thrown, and kids roaming the store by themselves with the attitude of someone who’s done hard prison time.They are severely understaffed, too. It’s not uncommon to wait in line for 15-20 minutes because only one register is open.The prices are good and usually worth the wait as long as you have some time to kill. Get some popcorn and watch the toddler tornados wreck the few things that are still upright.

Pretty good discounts on quality clothing. There is just a severe lack of staffing. Lines have been very long at the times I have been there because there was only one staff member to handle checkout and customer service simultaneously. Maybe if employees were paid better, there wouldn't be such a shortage.

The store is always messy and the staff are not super friendly. The cashiers are over worked because the rest of the staff won't jump on to help out poor team work. This location for sure idk about others need to get a system in place for kids who get separated from their parents. Today I stayed with a little boy who had gotten separated and when I tried to inform the workers they just looked at me. As a parent this really worries me especially because he was probably 2 and right by the door all alone. When shopping at this location I expect the mess and short handed is still going on after covid the lack of concern for the safety of those in the store has me unsure if I want to return to this location.

I really like this place. It's like a Gordmans mashed up with a treasure hunt. New merchandise all the time. So makes wondering around looking at stuff fun. Best part is it's all name brand stuff at a huge discount, and they have a little bit of everything. If you haven't been, you need to go.

I love the prices and selection. I dont love the incredibly long lines and rude customer service. An apology for the wait or consideration for the 10 people in line (instead of employees taking their sweet time) would have made my experience more enjoyable. Good thing Marshalls is nearby. Guess my business goes there.

They're start game is on another level than most stores however the staff doesn't care and it's extremely rude. Not one word spoken until asked about dressing rooms which are closed. Definitely go to Marshall's instead which is just a few step father.

I enjoy this Ross location, it's variety of clothing in men's athletic, and especially pricing. However, those are what have been factored into the 4-star rating. The one knock on this place is customer service, as it's certainly lackluster. My hope is their management gets to work on it (assuming of course they care), as this issue could cause rapid declines in future shoppers.

This store has off-brands and can’t even open there bathrooms we can’t even use the fitting room the toys for kids are already opened workers don’t some workers don’t care that you need to use the bathroom she said the bathroom was closed and then called a worker to open it nobody opens the bathroom and sometimes they only have one worker on shift
