I had an appointment today and the groomer was rude and very unprofessional. I had noted that I mistakenly left the shot records for my dogs in the vehicle and asked if they could give me less than 20 seconds to retrieve it.The groomer was truly making condescending comments which I thought were uncalled for. We exchanged words as I noted that I didn't come here for this but to get the dogs grommed.When I got the paperwork the other groomer noted since I didn't bring the actual dogs noted in the schedule that she had to now move them.I said no thanks and I will find another groomer.

We had such a great experience with the groomers at this location. Our dog has had bad experiences in the past and so can be a little bit skittish, but Sandra clearly took great care of her and the haircut looks wonderful. We will definitely be going back here for a future grooming needs!

Grooming was good but I was surprised to hear they don't do the anal gland anymoreAn I didn't feel the ears were throughly clean an when asked they said some dogs are worse but i removed stuff from ears before leaving lobby an there was no evidence of the paws having paw care doneShe did smell good as a positive but was she brushed the full time I dont believe soAlso charged for large dog when groomsperson said medium dogOne nail cut to short causing bleeding but ok as i was told about it an nails looked greatAlso does the puffing of the dog still come with the care package ??

Groomer is amazing and always loves in our dogs. Had a anti shed bath and brush out and nail trim with teeth cleaned. My dog looked and smelled amazing

Sarah is Jurnee's groomer and every time she sees Jurnee she is thrilled to take her in. Jurnee had a health crisis at the groomer and Sarah called me immediately to bring it to my attention. Jurnee will be one on 7/20/23. Sarah is awesome.

Zoe our previous groomer has not returned, however, Courtney who was our grooming was AWESOME! She was excited as soon as we got into the door. I have been incredibly impressed from the beginning at how amazing the team in Des Moines is, and they just keep on being great!

The staff was awesome from beginning to the end. Amy took care of my kittens like they were her own explained every procedure. Very professional and very clean facilities. The staff at Petco both grooming and in the store are doing a tremendous job you can tell they love and care about the pets and the owners. Very reasonable prices, I highly recommend Petco by Southridge Mall

Courtney gave exceptional care and grooming to our Norwegian Elkhorn, Honey. She gave a thorough bath, dremeled her nails, and cut fur away from her pads. She defurminated Honey and got all the loose fur off, making it easier for her vet. surgeon to resect the cancerous tumor of her rt. shoulder.
