Really weird cashiers. She just stared at us and gave us a big attitude when we didn’t sign up for rewards. Then refused to check us out. Then said we had to pick up our own items for her to scan. I’m never going back to petco again.

Nice store with helpful staff. I was looking for live crickets for a gecko. They had all sizes available. I left with toys and treats for my dog plus a dozen small crickets for my granddaughters gecko.

Had to get a new hamster. This store handled the return, even though it was a different Petco's animal. Brittany helped us. She knew which type of hamster to grab, knew which were more social, and sent us home with a winner. The quality re-election has made all the difference.

I won't be returning to this location and I would suggest the same for others. The employees didn't care about anything and were very rude. There were at least 8 dried pee spots, as well as 3 wet pee spots, and at least 3 or 4 poop spots, even though there were 3 employees on the floor, 2 of which were just standing and talking about personal things to the one cleaning the chinchilla cage. No one bothered to clean up anything. None of the accident stations had any paper towels, bags or spray, so it's not like pet parents had access to anything. When I had asked for something to pick up an accident our puppy had the lady at the register scoffed at me and rolled her eyes before walking away to grab the bag. We were there for about 20 minutes, they were standing next to 2 of the pee spots. It is incredibly unsanitary, and directly violates infectious disease control protocol. I hope an inspector comes and intervenes before someone or their fur baby gets sick from what should be a safe place for them.

One Petco sold me Sundays for the Vaccine Clinic after I drove her an hour to them.I schedule online to try again the following Sunday and they were closed at our appointment time and say that the Vaccine clinic is on Saturdays.This place can’t make up their mind.Petco is a joke of a bussiness, they will waste your time.

Wish I could give the pet grooming a -10 as they don't call you and say the groomers won't be into, instead they let you drive nasty roads then had store personnel tell you. Will never do business with the again.

Took a while to find what I wanted. Couldn't find anyone to help me. The price was way to high. Went to petSmart got it cheeper and 30% off my 2nd bag. Way friendlier staff too.

I was very disappointed to find out, that I'd you return an item that doesn't work well, that you purchased with points, you don't get those points back and you can't swamp it for anything. This doesn't seem right, considering I'm paying foe a monthly membership that pays for those points, so it comes down to, me loosing money for returning a product that didn't work on my dogs nails.

They were so nice and after calling all over town, they were the only place that had crickets in stock. The store was very well kept and looked very nice, the crickets were lively and healthy. Will definitely go back again.

It was a nice store, clean. But aside from the shelves being full, there were hardly any people in there. Part of it I think is understaffing. There's ways they could fix that on a rather cheap note. They were implied to call me. Overall though, great place ☺️

Do Not Come Here. Made an appointment a month in advance, called twice to confirm it. I called 4 times that morning & no one answered so I called the front & they said it was okay that I was late so that I could bring vet records and I drove 1.5 hours to get there. When I showed up 16min late they said they wouldn’t groom him because I was 1 minute past their 15 min late period I wasn’t aware of. I then asked if they could take off the nail trim or hair cut or something, and just bath him and they said no because it would take too long. Even though I had a 3-4 hour time slot booked with her with added on things she denied doing any of the items on the list. Meaning she wouldn’t have to work for 3-4 hours since she denied her only appointment Once we asked for the corporate phone number they gave us their Petco store number. And then we asked for their names and they wouldn’t provide us them. I then asked about Walk In services and she said no she can’t. She told me it was because he was a Great Pyrenees breed and they have to long of hair to be able to dry. I told her he is a mix and is only 35% that breed and has short hair and is half their size so that didn’t make sense. Will not be returning to this location or grooming services.

The staff seamed very shorthanded. But they were extremely helpful none the less. The store seemed clean and well stocked.Was hoping to find some snow boots for my pup. I was looking to get her used to them before the snow flies. I am looking for them to come out soon.

Usually have the supplies I need for my bird. Got some new bird treats, and an avian light. Our family liked looking at tall the little critters, hampsters, chinchillas, guinea pigs etc.

Girl at register was obviously new and not correctly trained... not her fault but the manager there was rude to her and customers, a display fell on a small child and the manager told the girl at the register that she could just pick it up herself and not call her.. then when I needed a refund(because I was charged twice for 1 item) the manager didn't even respond to her page or to the clerk yelling her name..even though we could both see her, she choose not to come help. I would advise letting her go.

Not sure what it is about this location... I thought it was closed pulling up to it. The selection was limited and 2 out of 3 times there it's been a negative shopping experience. Which is strange because I enjoy the Windsors Heights location.
