Great service! I placed an online order and it was ready within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they would bring my order out to my car which is great when purchasing dog food. The associate had my order in the car within a few minutes and she was super nice and polite.

I love this place! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean, it’s a smaller store so you can be in and out quick but still has plenty of selection! Highly recommended

Great place to get local crickets. Knowledgeable and great groomers. Saw something on our little dog and told us to take her to the vet. Yes, something was wrong, and it saved her life. They are awesome.

They have what you need, but the help they got is next level bad. I've given them cash and they just stare blankly sometimes not knowing what to do and the other day they thought it was acceptable to give all change for 3$. Guess I'll be paying in pennies from now on.

costumer service was good, they were kind, but unfortunately i paid for a service that was not done, they told me ear cleaning was included but took my dog to the vet because the groomer told me she had weird things in her belly area, and the vet cleaned and plucked her ears for free because they told me the groomer didn’t do a good job.

They are awesome, my Twnki "yorkie" got her nails trimmed and they were kind enough to go ahead with the file them at the same price cause I couldn't afford the extra money, which wasn't really much more butt I recommend them for all your animal's grooming needs.

Ordered my dog's food online and got coupon savings. Went to the store to pick it up and wandered around for a bit. My dog enjoyed all the smells and looking at the fish and reptiles. Store is very clean and nicely laid out. Staff was also very helpful.

Love that there is now a pet store close by! Have a hampster and they have everything I need! Considered getting other pets and they are very knowledgeable. The staff know what you will need and help to make suggestions. Would definitely recommend. I have gone to other pest stores (petsmart and petco) and I always feel like the staff are rude and when you want to purchase a fish, give you the third degree, which I completely get it’s more the tact of it.

Nice store. Very clean. Carries many food varieties. Prices are a bit high though. Rewards program is very confusing. Aquariums are clean. Have ferrets if you're looking for one.

Wonderful location! The employees were very sweet and helpful; I was looking for a product they didn’t have in stock, and instead of brushing me off the associate helped me find a similar item—also saying “and this will save you more money that what you originally wanted!” Definitely will be a return customer!

Used the self service dog wash, if you like using blow dryers after the wash do not go to this location go to another one. The blow dryers at this location were so weak they were essentially pointless and when I asked if I could use the groomers blow dryer as it wasn’t being used I was denied.

Great pet shop. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They carry a wide assortment of pet foods. We went for our puppy. They offer everything from normal dry kibble(never feed your dog anything with fillers) to gourmet fresh food. Tons of toys for pets. Prices are very competitive. 10/10 will be back!

This is one of two companies in DM and the surrounding areas that carries my brand of dry cat food, so my cat thanks them for that. They've got a fun selection of things to look at and always have something I've never seen anywhere else before. Yes I know I can get anything I want online, but I prefer not to contribute to J.Bezzo's retirement fund.
