I switched over for my adhd prescription here from another pharmacy that took 3 weeks because my meds were “out of stock” but hyvee had mine filled 4 hours after switching it over. The pharmacists were super sweet too, helped me get my insurance switched over, super kind.

Here we go again , Hy-Vee pharmacy and my doctor giving me the run around. I spent so much time on the phone yesterday and today trying to get my prescriptions filled . Hy vee claimed they faxed them to my doctor . My doctor's office said they didn't get any faxed . The run around .I was told I was trying to fill the prescription early . No , it was due yesterday. I just had surgery at Rochester Mn. If Hy-Vee thought I was making several trips to their store for 1or 2 at a time I don't think so . If my doctor' and her nurse seemed to think I was going to put up with their not doing their jobI don't think so . I fired the doctor . I have to wait one more day for my medicine .My insurance pays Hy vee pharmacy slot money . Hy-Vee pharmacy still screws up getting my medicine to me.I have heard I am not the only one who is having problems at this pharmacy.

Tom Interviewed me Today his attitude was so nasty he hired me then because I said I never worked for Hy-vee he called me back saying I lied to him I said I never worked for Hy-vee and I never have mind you I applied for hy-vee back in 2021 and I got hired and never worked and I explained to him what happened he was stillreally rude to me i would never recommend to work or shop there I feel like I was stereotyped because I’m Black african-American womanbut yes Tom was really nasty to me for him to be a HR Manager and to end it he declined me I feel like he had an nasty attitude the whole interview and I feel like everyone around the Des Moines Metro needs to know about Him

I have been using hyvee most of my life, and this has to be the rudest pharmacy I've ever been too! What ever happened to you philosophy hyvee??? Beyond disappointed

Didn't plan on leaving a review for a gas station, but one of the guys (Jake or Jay?) was super helpful for me when I went there a few Saturdays ago. I got a drink, put it in my car, and something popped a hole in the styrofoam cup and spilled all over the inner console. He let me swap drinks, then let me borrow some tools to open it up, take it in, and clean it in their sink so it wasn't gross inside. Thanks man!

Jane Allen was extremely helpful and made my experience very easy. The doctors office sent In the wrong perception and she took care of it in no time and did it with a smile on her face. I'm thankful you guys have someone so helpful and nice working for you!

There are so many problems with the KANSAS CITY Fulfillment Center (not pharmacy) rollout that I don't know where to start. I'm becoming very tired of calling the FC every time I place an order (since mid-October) that I am looking for another shopping venue. I loved the HyV delivery because I am partially disabled. If I have to now drive to my local store for pickup, I STILL have to carry them into my home. This is what I have learned from talking with Customer Care in KCMO:* Shoppers no longer have "hard copies" in front of them, rather, headsets to "shop". If their dispatcher does not read (or convey) to them what consumers are TOLD we can specify in the Notes section under each item, then the shopper doesn't know. What's the point? Isn't it false advertising if you are telling us we have a choice, but then can't/won't alert the shopper to deliver our items as noted?* Text messages are useless! Don't text me my groceries will be here at 11:11 (why is it always :11 past the hour?) if they won't be here till the next hour, or, in some cases, an hour and a half EARLY? Also the number on the text messages after returning a "HELP" text is NOT the physical FC., so, again, not much that person can do to help me with my items.* You are a LARGE (I presume) warehouse. Why do you not have IN STOCK, general items like canned whipped topping on holidays?, cream cheese spread, cat food variety?* Why don't you provide rain checks for items that are OOS? It's not my problem if you don't carry "regular" stuff but I lose the savings of an item on sale if I have to reorder it several days later without a RC. Oh, and I DID mention the sale price from the OOS item in my previous order but when I got this order, was nevertheless charged full "non-sale" price.* I have purchased for over 4 years, a particular brand of bread. About a year ago it dropped from my AO orders list so I had to call my local store for delivery. They knew exactly what I wanted, but now I have to train an entire new staff who continually tell me the FC doesn't carry it. I have to remain CALM while I tell them, I have gotten it on several past orders from the FC. I was told to request it in the COMMENTS section at the bottom of the checkout. That worked exactly twice. And today, no bread!Today when I checked for the confirmation of delivery email, it was neither on my order, or in the OOS items so I called the FCC. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THAT BRAND so I have no ability to put any notes ANYwhere if it is not pictured in my Frequently Ordered Items; even though I placed it in the Comments ...and still it is not conveyed to the shopper! Also gone are the 11 months of items from the past year. Must I open each Order to see what I have ordered? Not very efficient! HyV is losing money if I cannot see, and be reminded of previously purch and sale items!* The last 3-4 times I have had to call and complain about dairy dates. I do not appreciate getting dairy with an expiration of 2-3 days after my order EVEN THOUGH (again) I put the dates in my orders to not select anything earlier than XXX. But apparently the FC is allowing old (soon expiring) dairy on their shelves, even though we ASK for something with a further-out date. Is the expectation that I'll order every time I need a dozen eggs? M y local store carries items as far out as 2 months...is the FC just another way to dispose of aging shelf dates onto your AO customers?Perhaps a supervisor...or a vice-president...can address these concerns with me because I really do not enjoy training a whole new staff after my local delivery knew who I was when I placed an order. By the way, I place orders about every 5-8 days in the +/- $100 range, so I don't feel I'm being unreasonable, given the amount of money Mr. Vee is making from me. Look it up. Then give me a call.

Hyvee gas at the Southridge hyvee just may not be worth going to during the day. It's great at night, oddly enough, when there are less people working.Today, husband and I filled up gas before needing to head to his work. We left ourselves about 25 minutes total to get gas and drive the normally 10 minute trip.We usually fill up closer to home, but we had about .40 on fuel saver that we wanted to use before they dropped.Anoway, got to the pump and looked for pre-pay signs all over the pump. None. Pulled gas nozzle, put into car, select pay inside AS AN OPTION on the screen, swipe fuel saver. "One moment please." We wait.We waited for 5 minutes. I checked. Finally, a woman announced over the intercom that it was pre-pay only.Husband went in. I waited in the car. A woman who worked there actually came over and instead of asking me to remove the nozzle from my car, put her hands on my car, grabbed the nozzle and walked past me without a word to put it away.Pumped gas (finally) and went inside to get change where I said "I don't mind that it's pre-pay but it isn't posted anowhere on the pumps or in here and it gives the option of pay inside." Reply: "well it has to be pre-pay. We stood here and pressed the button and it wouldn't let us do anything until you came in and paid." Me: "That's fine. It would just be nice if you posted your policies somewhere so they aren't standing around waiting." Reply: "well maybe you didn't know. We had them popted in April when we changed over." Me: That's great, but it isn't April." So well done hyvee. Not only did you leave us standing there, but you knew the reason already, could have said something at any time, and apparently assume that posting something 4 months ago means that everyone should know it today. Please retrain your employees on the day shift. If not to know your policies then at least how to interact with a customer.And to top it all off, after all that waiting you made us do, my husband was 5 minutes late to work. Well, about 4 minutes. But I'm sure you can figure out where that time came from.

Just trying to figure one star reviews on this station. Not sure. Its nice and it has gas in tanks that you pump into your vehicle. It makes your car go vroom vroom. Just a few words for the one star review writers.

I always have the best service when I stop here on the way to work. Everyone is friendly, says good morning and thanks me for my business. Also, the bagel breakfast sandwiches are my favorite!
