Always professional and helpful. Never give me the sink eye when I ask them to call my Dr. for me. And I do a lot. Big fan of Hy-Vee's in general. Good company not so expensive I can't shop there. Take my insurance and always explain anything that may be new to me. I know they have most info on front of them on their computer. But they actual remember me. And no I don't just hang up at the pharmacy. Cheaper than most pharmacy's around here. And fast in my opinion.
