Sherlock and Adler are always met with friendly staff that love on them during their visit!I appreciate that Dr. Williams tried conservative methods before we opted for a full extraction for my boy. I know she cared about his well-being as much as I did - we both teared up discussing his pain levels but it was absolutely the right choice and he healed up great! Before I moved to Des Moines 5 years ago, I interviewed several vets. Fleur Pet Hospital "won" hands down and I've been happy with them ever since. I recommended FPH to my sister when she moved here and she, too, thinks this is the very best place for her four cats and a dog. Top Notch and NICE people.

I have several fur babies, and have been trying different Vet Clinics around the DSM Metro. Fleur Pet Hospital is by far the best hands down!My family’s newest addition-Echo (a 6.5 week old Corgi) and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door! He is usually scared of new places being a puppy, but they showered him with love and praise so he became very confident that this place isn’t scary after all.we got into an exam room very quickly, and they made sure that I knew what to expect during our first visit. They listened to any concerns I had, and made recommendations on a puppy health plan that they thought would work best for Echo and I. They genuinely made Echo feel comfortable and safe the whole exam. He especially loved the treats! Overall the visit was amazing and stress free. I feel confident in his care and will be bringing him back as a loyal patient along with my other fur babies. It’s very reassuring to know if anything happened to my fur babies that I now have a place that I can take them to get the best possible care. Another great thing about FPH is that the pricing is very affordable. I don’t normally write reviews, but If you were like me- searching for a Vet that truly cares about your animals health/well-being I highly recommend you go try out Fleur Pet Hospital!Thank you FPH for taking care of Echo today. He had such a great time getting spoiled, and I feel great that he is healthy/happy!

Brought my sick dog in here. After spending the entire day there and tests done and a very hefty bill, I was told I could come get my dog. They gave pain medicine and was told she had a partial blockage that would pass itself. My dog passed away within 24 hours. Something was obviously missed during all those tests and exams. I understand mistakes can happen, but this was a fatal one. I know others have good experiences here, but I will not be taking any other pet here. The amount of money I paid to have them miss something that important just didn't seem right. I hope you have a better experience.

I would definitely recommend this vet, she really cares about helping your fur baby and also is super knowledgeable with a lot of good recommendations! They helped my dog recover from her spay and treated her with updated technology to help her heal quicker. Jane is a German Shepherd so she can be picky who she likes/trusts and she instantly liked everyone that worked there.The staff was all very nice they even called the next day to check in with us!

I had an amazing experience here with my 5 month old puppy, had all of my questions answered, & was met with professional and friendly staff. I wish I could remember the name of our Vet and Vet Tech, but they were the sweetest. Will be recommending to all my friends with pets :)

Found a dog in the side of the road. It was freezing and she was so small. I didn't know what to do with her because she had no collar on. I took her here and the ladies were EXCELLENT!! I told them what was going on and they took her in as their own pet, fed her, made sure she felt safe. They checked for a microchip and found her family. If I had a pet, I would definitely take it here 💜*UPDATE*Adopted a fur baby about 3 months ago. About 2 weeks ago one of her paw pads was bleeding. I PANICKED and rushed her here. They called the ARL to get her history and in the process calmed me down🤣 they have her a thorough check up and wanted make sure she didn't get an infection (her paw pad slightly ripped). Then taught me how to get used to her brushing her teeth which was totally unrelated to the appointment and told me about a product to help with her taking her meds! But there's more🤗🤗🤗 they then told me about her specific dog breed shedding habits and had a groomer ON SITE! she ended up getting taken care and groomed all in the same day! Staff was still super friendly and very compassionate towards her and I. They even didn't get irritated when I called to check to see how the grooming was doing. And after the grooming they gave her the CUTEST handkerchiefs My dog now has a vet and groomer. I love this place and how they treat my baby. They will be seeing us every 6-8 weeks and for any and ALL of our needs

Dr. Williams and her staff have been nothing but amazing to work with these past few months. They are very friendly, compassionate about what they do and most importantly make you feel welcomed. I have come to know this staff and think of them as my second family. They have treated not only my animals well, but me as well. I don't feel like I am coming here to work but I am coming here because they make me feel welcomed every time I walk through that door. When something happened with my dog Dr. Williams took my concerns and made me feel better about them. She listened to me when I needed to talk to somebody about them. This clinic is one that I will never forget about and I will continue to come here for treatment. I cannot recommend this place enough! They are so helpful when it comes to new petowners and give you advice on anything you need. You can tell they actually care for their patients and take time to get to know the dog and owners. :) we moved about 30 minutes away from them and they’re still the only vet I’ll bring my pup to.

I highly recommend Fluer pet hospital!!! They were there for us in a very time sensitive matter with our cat and we didn't know what to do even though we had not been there before. They explained we needed to know and were upfront and honest about the situation but so caring. We will be using them for all of our animals care from now on. They really went above and beyond to make us comfortable in a hard time.

Experience? Left everyone in the room traumatized today letting our little Jiji go. I highly suggest when you do an expensive house call to put a dog down… You have a back up for hard cases like today. I cannot express how simply horrifying and devastating and traumatizing today was because of your method. Yes the needle was hard to get in her little arm but when my dog was put down it was peaceful the way it should be! You need to figure out a way to either give a tablet to the owner to give prior to coming… For cases like this or some thing! I am a palled and still hear the screams in my head thanks to your methods. It devastated my daughter as well. You need to put more thought into that….. it doesn’t work for everyone. I don’t think my daughter should pay full price after going through what she went through today… I don’t know what it was but I’m sure it’s extremely expensive.

What an experience! It is obvious the staff here all love what they do. The receptionist greeted my pup by his name, showed lots of love to him. The tech listened to My concerns and dr Lisa was just awesome. So caring and it shows. I really appreciated the up front price estimate before anything is done. Fleur Pet Hospital is awesome! They take great care of my dog and are always super patient with her and her needs. They were able to trim her nails with no problem when other offices said she’d need to be sedated. They were able to trim them without sedating her or giving her anti anxiety meds! I truly can not express enough how much I love the Doctor and staff at Fleur Pet. We have an elderly fur baby, 13.5yrs old, that has had a few scares over the last 2 yrs. The staff not only takes care of Zoey but takes time to comfort me, then later call to follow up so they can check on Zoey. In June, we really were concerned it was time to say goodbye to our fur baby. The doctor requested Zoey spend the day at the vet with her so she could monitor and examine her. The biggest concern was Zoey's quality of life. We wanted to know... Are we keeping her too long, is it time to say goodbye? The doctor recommended Zoey to start taking a natural arthritis medicine- we do a combo of 2 types. I apologize I can't remember the names of the meds. But if you have an aging pet, PLEASE ask the doctor for the natural meds to help with aches, pains, discomfort for your aging fur babies. It makes a HUGE difference. We took Zoey in today for her annual shots. The staff said Zoey's behavior was a big turn around since June. They could tell she was feeling better... not snipping at them and was her sweet self. I fully trust the doctor and staff to love and care for Zoey as if she was their own.

I love how kind, caring and personable Dr. Lisa, as well as the staff are. I brought a stray cat that adopted us when we bought our house to her for his rabies shot and check up. The care she showed to him was all I needed to see for me to want to bring my two dogs and two inside cats to her practice, even though I was using another vet. She shares her knowledge freely about caring, and giving the best care for your pets. I would and I do highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vet.

Don’t take your pets here unless you want to be scammed out of your money. They don’t care about you or your pet. They tried to scam 4,000 out of me. Telling me my dog tested positive for heart worms. Messing up her medication for this treatment not one time, not two times, three times. Once that was finally figured out the day she was scheduled for treatment they had planned her weight wrong and for 5 pounds she gained they wanted an additional 2,000 dollars. When I hesitated to hand over my money, I was suggested I apply for their credit card. Picked my dog up took her somewhere else to find she didn’t have heart worms, I was being scammed. The vet was too scared to come out and talk to me, requested that her staff have me leave when I came to discuss this issue. Never called or rescheduled a time to tell me how this happened. The disappointment didn’t end there; When the templated apology email came, it was generic and topped with the wrong name. If you love your pet, get a new vet.

I have taken my two Siamese cats to Dr. Williams for almost eight years. My cats are truly comfortable with Dr. Williams and her staff and I know that they are loved dearly by her staff. I feel like we are working together to ensure their health and well being and my cats respond to the love and nurturing. Giving blood for tests, etc. can be very stressful for cats, but the staff do everything they can to put the cats (and their owner!!) at ease. Dr. Williams and her staff (especially our beloved Chrissy) take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment with me and give loving advice. Since I started going to Dr. Williams, I moved further away, resulting in a much longer commute to the vet-- however, it is worth it as I can see the love and trust my cats have for the staff at Fleur Pet Hospital.One of my cats has been battling pancreatitis, which can be a very serious diagnosis in cats. I have felt like we have battled this as a team and that my cat is receiving the best possible treatment. The results have been phenomenal, and I owe this to Dr. Williams and her wonderful staff at Fleur Pet Hospital.Few things I value as much as my cats' health, and therefore I am a faithful client at Fleur Pet Hospital.

Friday night 01/04/19 was our first visit here at Fleur Pet Hospital and we are very happy with our visit! Our 3 year old French Pointer Brandi has sever allergies and we have tried many different foods and medicine but no other vet really tried to help us they just ran our bill up and sent us on our way. With Fleur they were really informational and understanding, and you could see they really cared about her health!They also did so much information about our dogs bread because they have never worked with one before.We will be back!

They treat your pet like they were their own. They make suggestions and give you options for treatments/vaccines, but always ask beforehand and don't pressure you. My dog is always happy to see them, which speaks volumes about their care!

I took my cat here this morning after I noticed her strange behavior accompanied with vomiting. I really appreciated the willingness to take in my cat the same day after nearby vets couldn't see her until Monday. I'm thrilled that we found the cause of her issues and that she is much better now! My only complaint is the high costs due to all of the tests that were done. As a college student struggling to find work, my visit really put a hole in my wallet. I feel like we had narrowed down possibilities so less tests needed to be done, but it was reassuring that all of those extra tests revealed no additional concerns. Hindsight, my cat is healthy that is priceless to me!
