I go in this store almost every day. I have zero complaints. Workers are always very polite. Even on my worst days going to this store always cheers me up. This store is my happy place. People like to complain about the bathrooms etc.. then maybe they should come in and fix the stuff that’s broken because the employees are doing what they can. Especially when the customers are constantly stealing the keys. Try working the job they do before running mouths. I swear all the complaints on here are ridiculous. A bunch of Karen’s in my opinion. I’ve never once seen any of the workers at this DG be rude in any way or form. Just saying. This store is awesome. My children and husband love this store as well. Very welcoming and loving. I’d even go as far to say it’s my home away from home. lol. Love this store. Deserves 100 stars if I could give that.

The girls who work at night are excessively rude because they made faces and even turned off the lights when it wasn't there yet.It was 10 o'clock and there were customers inside. I will definitely not return to this place. We all deserve to be treated with respect... because they don't give us things, we buy them and thanks to that you can have a job.

My mom lives super close so we've been here before.. Employees are always rude. Tonight, my 6 year old and I went in to get some snacks and drinks but had to use the restroom. Employee lied and said they didn't have public bathrooms but they did he just didn't want to give us the key! We spent our money somewhere else.

I have gone here several times since opening, and it's progressively gotten worse. Wasn't bad when they opened, but now the place is a complete mess. Inventory that hasn't been put away all over the place blocking isles, trash from inventory that hasn't been thrown out has the same issue. And lately, I've been double charged on my debit card, and even was charged for 2 items when I only had one of them. And don't even get me started on how the register prices never match what is on the shelf. I can understand being frustrated by your employer, but this place is a complete joke. I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to a real store from now on

Store was better than most when it comes to clutter, sometimes I feel like you can't even breath because there is Soo many items in store. It's like they need a bigger store front in order to sell what they have to offer. On the bright side though, the ladies are great with helping you find what you are wanting!

Cashier was NASTY and didn’t even talk and gave dirty looks! I’ll never EVER come back here nor will my family or friends! He didn’t even thank me or nothing! You all need to practice PROPER customer service etiquette!

Was kinda excited that the store is near our but got the worst experience after my first visit today.Asked the stock gal if she could help me find something. She rolled her eyes and gave out a heavy sigh. Last time for me!😁

This is the first time I have been to this location. There was a problem with the computer when I was checking out. The woman checking me out tried a couple of different options, but then the other worker (I assume the manager) came to troubleshoot. She thought through a couple secarnios and worked it out perfectly. They had to rescan all of my items. I was concerned about my coupons not working again and I was concerned about my credit card being charged twice. I was very impressed how quickly and correctly she handled this situation.

It s location is very convenient however the store its self is limited on selection of things. They should try to carry more items that you always forget to grab like almond bark at Christmas . Also I have noticed the prices are going up I understand the cost of living but you are on the Eastside. Keep it affordable and there will be less theft. Just an FYI.

Says new store hours 9 am to 6 pm I pulled up at 4:30 pm and it's a ghost town and doors are all locked.Thought the sign said 6 pm not 4pm...As if 6 wasn't bad enough now it's 4 pm I guess.Bummer...

I like they have the stuff I go looking for. There not that far away. The cashier was very friendly. Store was nice and clean. Keep up the good work. I'll most definitely be coming back.

This store is getting worse and worse every time I go to it just visited the other day was told you have 10 minutes to get out and every other customer in there was upset about this the night crew is being taught by the new manager which clearly cannot handle her job she is rude every time anybody comes in there complete total disrespectful feeling environment as soon as she cannot handle her job and she's teaching her staff the wrong way to deal with customers I refuse to go to the store anymore and I really think of him five stars down but I'll give you one something is to be done about her or somebody needs to talk to her about her people skills as a total disrespect he gives to people maybe it's the alcohol no one in the store knows where anything is if you ask them they arrest you to get out I clearly had 45 minutes left till 10:00 and they were kicking everybody out within 10 minutes of being there around 10:15 and the only thing everyone was concerned about is did you tell the next customer that came in the door that they got to be out by 4 minutes and then while being told to you out within 10 to 4 minutes when it was time for me to go the door was locked I was locked inside I don't know won't be going back....

They always greet you,and the store is clean ,and we'll stocked and organized.Someone always comes to the cash register when needed.Prices are great too.

The great thing about Dollar General is they put locations in undeserved area, and this is one of those locations.The layout of the store is a little strange, because it is in an old video store, but they have the goods and prices you expect from Dollar General.Will probably be back.

This is a new store,it's only been open for a month,and is neat and orderly.the employees are helpful and friendly and it's close to my home if I need to go to one close by.my wife loves it being close because she enjoys shopping a Dollar General.

Just all stores appear like they should be on hoarders or hire overnight staff to restock. Had to leave cart at end of aisles. Barely room to walk
