I walked in the store trying to quit smoking cigarettes and Q was the "lucky guy" who got to help me and answer my 100's of questions. He hooked me up with a mod and juice even showed me how to do things myself.(like a big boy)lol. I've been back a few times to purchase other vape stuff and Q is always right there smiling and helping me out!! Thank you Q

Been here twice and both times staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Great service! Bought the voopoo and after months of non use it is working fine! I like the golden light flavor too! Wish the facade was cleaner. And more welcoming. Almost looks like a vacant lot.

This is my favorite place in Des Moines! I don't always need a Vape, but I do always need to see their smiling faces and impeccable sales floor. They take pride in their display and it shows! Sam and his crew are always pleasant and knowledgeable. I'd recommend this team to anyone, there's never a time they don't come through with your desired product or a decent or better replacement! 10/10 WOULD RECOMMENDED.

Well I stop in here when I'm in the area every few weeks and I'm usually in a hurry. Today I was again today and I needed a new glass and they were all with someone so I took my glass and was trying everything I could do while waiting so get back on with my day. The worker was talking with someone and standing next to a couple juices I was interested in but I didn't want to interrupt them and couldn't read the flavors. So I asked if I could step back and read them trying to he polite because they were only a step away from being legible. I didn't expect to be refused so I started the step when the guy responded no. So I stepped back and asked if he was serious. He reassured me he was so displeased and a bit insulted. Whatever I guess I'll go somewhere next time. He suggested I take my business somewhere else right now. So I did! And I'm recommending you do to.

Definitely the best shop of its kind to date. I travel for work and have seen both ends of the spectrum as far as staff and selection. Their selection is big enough to accommodate any taste or price range on liquids AND MODS but not overwhelming. I work in sales and am rarely impressed. Stop in and check them out. And if you are just starting out, or like to learn, talk to Brandon. I wish I could hire him.

Love this place! Always makes me feel at home! Always catering to my needs. I love how they know my name and they know what I mean I know how to get me out in a decent timely manner. My dog loves to go up there and get dog treats as well, they are pet friendly. Water is available by the cup for any thirsty human or dog. If I could use any e-cig shop to go to this is where I would choose. Love their will of Fortune and do their Punch Cards. I was trying to save someone money.

As a St Louis resident, I was reluctant to make a purchase. Your two employees made my reluctance moot and I shall return with my next visit to Des Moines. Prices are WAY too high. Coils cost almost double. Juice is almost 25% more. I've been to maybe 15 vape shops, this one was by far the least impressive. Plus I really didn't like the guy at the counter. Tried to tell me a new tip would be $10 and didn't even offer me a punch card after I spent over $50 on juice and coils.
