DOLLAR GENERAL --NO STARS--DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!DEALS OR "COUPONS" DO NOT WORK AND ARE NOT TAKEN OFF THE TOTAL BILL.I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED EVERY TIME I HAVE SHOPPED. THE LAST 2 VISITS I WAS OVERCHARGED $30.00 PLUS TAXES. THEIR EMPLOYEE AND SUPERVISOR WERE NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE OR REFUND ME WHEN I GOT MY RECIEPT WITHOUT THE DISCOUNTS! FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY THAT I WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY AGAIN!!!I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT SEVERAL TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE WITH NO REGARD FROM THEM. NOT EVEN A GIFT CARD. I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO REPORT THIS ISSUE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO EVERY PERSON I HAVE SPOKEN TO.

3 people working only one at the register. 10 people in line. Could either of the other two employees be bothered to open a second register? Not a chance. They both ignore the line like it isn't there and go back to stocking shelves. Not that you can tell with the ammount of boxes and product lining the floors. Have abandoned my cart on more then one occasion to go across the street to Kwik Star when I didn't feel like waiting for another 15 minutes to buy $5 worth of stuff

I was about to find most of what I needed. Some of the shelves are really empty. Went in for feminine products and they are always out of what I need. It was ok when shopko was in town but it's gone now. Derive was good tho.

For people who can't even afford Walmart and the staff is rude and never behind the counter to check people out. Quality is not even present. It's basically the "in case of emergencies" store. I only shop there for things to get me by.

I don't like either buildings! About a year ago they had a dollar general behind fareway. And in that building the floors were chipped,cracked and black, it looked like they didn't even wash the floors. And the didn't have enough room for everything.About March 2017 they built a "bigger" new building, yes its bigger and can hold more, the floors look dirty, I don't see people moping the floors(I go there 1-2 week to get stuff) and they have a big line. And only one cashier and they have two stations, to checkout at and other works are there but they never bother to go up front. And at the old building they had 3 checkout lanes, and even then they only had 1 checkout lane going with big lines!!!They only good thing about it is that its cheap. And there receipt printer doesn't always work so I have to 15 minutes before I can leave there.

It's a nice, clean store with friendly employees. There were quite a few items without prices. Now days, the word, Dollar, in a store name is deceiving so it's nice to see everything marked. It's a nice store to shop!

Store is never stocked, boxes everywhere. But if you don't mind digging or waiting for them to find what you are looking for... it's a good place to pick up just about anything.

Cresco iowa DG. I picked my digital coupons and when I got to register they didn't come off my total, lady wouldn't help me see what was wrong so I left my cart and all my items hardly ever go here or use coupons because it's a hassle guess I'll have to drive further to go to Wal-Mart, I wasted my entire lunch hour from work!

This store us always a mess why is it everytime I go I there the isles are packed with carts n there is only one person in the store working. For being a newer store it really could use some improvement

Very friendly staff, mostly has what I need when I'm there, which is like every other day almost, it's like my little mini Walmart without all drama, love the staff and the manager is such a lovely guy...

They told me I was to young to purchase a PG-13 Movie and I'm OVER 16 YEARS OLD! Another time they ripped me of for a PSN card and in the long run end up losing $40

As a cross country driver I can say it is the worst in the country. They use the floor space as storage the employees don't care I've wated 10 minutes for someone to come to the register

Always a very long line to checkout and only one checker. I’m not sure why they have more than one register if they don’t plan on using them. The store is very cluttered. Staff is friendly.

I lost my wedding ring there 2 days ago , when I went to ask if they found it she said yes , then when she called her manager she said that she was going to keep it.
