First time getting our dog groomed here. So far, so good. Good groomers are hard to find, but they were friendly, timely, relatively inexpensive, and our dog came home looking good to my wife's delight!We want to do it again with the same level of customer service to be sure!

Really clean place with an affordable bath tub to give your puppies a bath! Only 2, but we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. Great shop if you need toys, treats, or dog food. Really nice owner.

Love this place! Very nice pet store in modern building. Amazing variety of toys, treats, food and most things you would need for your 4 legged friends. The staff is incredible and makes me feel very welcome each visit.I haven’t used their pet washing station, but it looks super nice and I think they are always running specials on that, like if you buy from the store, you get a wash free or discounted. This could have changed, but seemed like a sweet deal! I think it’s card based and can use it pretty much whenever.

Muddy Puppy is not just a pet store filled with high quality food, toys, clothing and supplies. It’s a destination for pet owners, cats included! The staff is awesome. Very understanding and helpful. I have a new puppy and he isn’t well mannered and likes to mark his territory, and they are very understanding. They know that this is a part of socialization and I feel comfortable bringing him there so we can bond and learn together.Thanks Muddy Puppy! I love having and supporting a locally owned business who cares about our pets and community and has a lot of fun activities for pet owners. I’d encourage everyone to check it out!

Tracy (owner) saved the day: We were having trouble in the last year getting locally the variety of canned cat food our multi-cat household craves. We ended up buying from some outfit in Florida and were paying hefty shipping prices. Can't believe Muddy Puppy was there, all along! Very welcoming owner, staff, and shop pets! We'll be bringing all our business here in the future.

Absolutely love this place. If you could choose any local business to patronize this is the right one to pick. Staff is unbelievably friendly and welcoming including the owner who is very active in the store. He’s extremely interactive with his customers and so is his staff. They treat my dog like their own and she loves them. The best part about the owner and the store is there is no pressure to buy anything at any point. He has offered multiple times just to come down and hang out. You can tell the owner and staff genuinely enjoy the work that they do. The owner isn’t there to make a quick buck and get you out. He welcomes you to stay longer and chat! Tracy you and your staff are few and far between! Appreciate this store being around!Ryan and Jago

I brought my dog, Rusty, to Muddy Puppy for a grooming. They did the most amazing job and treated me and Rusty with so much kindness. They listened to my requests and did everything exactly how i wanted it - nails trimmed, short hair, expression, brushing teeth - the whole 9 yards. Rusty came home to us looking AMAZING, and in a great mood. When I brought him to bigger pet stores for grooming, I was charged more than double the amount and he would come back so shaven down he would look bald. He was never happy when he came home due to his discomfort, but coming home from Muddy Puppy, he was so happy! He looks so wonderful now and I will never stop coming back to Muddy Puppy. Everyone is so kind and respectful, prices are amazing, and the building itself is so clean and cute. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

We just brought our two pups in to Muddy Puppy for the first time today, and this is likely going to be our go-to pet store from now on! I have an 11-year-old, 107-pound Saint Bernard/Lab mix who generally gets a little stressed out when it comes to bath time, but the dog wash station made it SO quick and easy. The staff here is amazing, too. They were very kind and understanding when my beagle peed while browsing the store, and they were helpful in showing us how to use the pet-wash station. We will definitely be doing our dogs’ spa day here from now on, as well as most of our dog supply shopping!

I was there to buy food,and the owners were so wonderful gave me a dog wash. So I took my Bernadoodle in and bathed her. He noticed he shy demure and I told her he was an August puppy mill mom rescued. He said let her fun around inside so I did...she loved it..I'm going to keep buying my dog food therr.

Muddy Puppy has the best self service dog wash in the area! (Especially if you have a giant breed dog who refuses to climb into any sort of tub) The space is clean and welcoming with an open feel that helped easy our dogs anxiety! They provide all the necessary supplies for an enjoyable dog washing experience including waterproof aprons and dog treats. The water is just the right temp, the adjustable sprayer on the hose was great and long enough for us to use with him on the floor and the ability to pause the machine came in handy many times. Being open 24/7 is awesome when working around busy schedules. The Market offers a great selection of food and supplies as well as many locally made and unique pet products which would make great holiday gifts for any pet parent or fur baby! We will definitely be going back soon to do some last minute Christmas shopping!

Friendly and a lot of furry customer service:) We used the dog wash today and Tracy was very helpful in showing us how to use it.Checked out the store afterwards and was pleasantly surprised. A variety of supplies and priced better than expected. Will be happy to return and support this local business over the box stores.

Great place to get your dog washed and buy your dog food/treats/toys.Super friendly staff and their loyalty program is great, if I remember correctly buy 5 bags and get 1 free.2 awesome store cats.They also have grooming and training.

We brought our husky Haichi in after taking him to the dog park (needless to say, he was a very muddy boy lol), and used the incredible Cyberwash self-service dog wash here. It was super simple to use, and our boy surprisingly LOVED getting a bath for once! Afterward, we poked around the store and Haichi sniffed around at the treats and toys. We (mostly Haichi) ended up finding tons of treats and toys to take home. On top of all this, the owner helped us and was super friendly and helpful with every part of our visit. Will definitely be coming back for all of my dog’s needs from now on. :)

I was so impressed with this place! We took our dog in yesterday to get a wash and it’s so much more than expected…. Such a great place for all your pets supply need and they offer dog training. It’s also a very inviting space to bring your pup for off leash socialization. Also the owner is so friendly and helpful, you can just tell he is a true animal lover. Definitely going to be regulars.

Today was our first time at Muddy Puppy and I am so pleased with their services. I have an eight month old Aussie poodle mix. If I could put 0 stars I would. My husband recently took our puppy in for grooming. He told them exactly what to do. When picked her up that told him we had to take a little bit more fur off than you wanted. When he brought her home I cried and was in shock to see her this way. You could see her skin through what fur was left.They cut all the fur off all she does is scratchherself and bite herselfShe is chewing her feet and pulling her toe nails out her ears were cut down to the skin surrounding her ears When I called them the person I spoked to said she was matted she wasn't! I brushed her twice before she went. She kept telling me she was matted . That she was reading the notes.She WASN'T matted!! Why didn't they call if there was an issue?? I never received an apologize!

Great store with amazing service! Husband and I went here for the first time to use their self service dog wash with our Bernedoodle. The owner stopped by to show us how to use the dog wash and they provided towels and various brushes that were available to buy in the store if we liked them. The store is well kept with great inventory, we will definitely be coming back!

The self-serve pet wash was great! My active dog is not a fan of baths and likes to hop out of the tub at home. Their system was super user friendly and very efficient. They helped me to choose a new food after I discussed my concerns about my current dog food (and then even carried it to the car for me). I left with a happy, clean puppy. Would absolutely recommend you shop here and try out their grooming services. Customer service and selection of treats and food was awesome!

This store is amazing! We live in Oklahoma and are visiting the college so we had to leave our dog in a boarding kennel. We went to the Muddy Puppy Pet Market to get her something for when we come home. The owner is really nice and showed us a few things our dog might like. We ended up getting a bone and some bakery treats. The dog wash stations in the Grooming salon was amazing! We will definitely be back when we visit Iowa again.

The Muddy Puppy Pet Market is so charming from head to toe! The pet wash station is state of the art and something I've never seen before! It's available 24/7 and you get a free wash with a purchase of a bag of dog food of 10lbs or more. The owners are the kindest and the most helpful. Parking is on the back side of the building so don't pass this place up in case you can't find where to park.

Probably the best place to take your pup! They have so many treats and foods for your pup and just about everything you will need to take care of your pup they even have a dog wash open 24 hours its amazing i highly recommend unfortunately i can only give 5 stars this place deserves much more than that! My two Australian shepherds love this place and give it the paw of approval 🐾Now what are you doing wasting time reading my review and get on down to muddy puppy!You wont regret it!
