Wow, this is a fantastic shop for buying household items. I am coming to this shop for the first time. I was very surprised to see the products here and the prices are good. Lots of clearance items are also available. This is the best shop to buy gift items for housewarming. We bought rug from clearance with good deal. I love flower vases here those are very beautiful 😍. We can get variety of house decoration items. I like visit at home again another one fine day.

Super cute store! Definitely worth checking out for decor needs. I gave it 4 stars because some things are pricey and I found a sticker under another sticker....and the bottom sticker was a lower price. Wish I had taken a pic of that.

The ride on carts are always dead. Being disabled makes it impossible to walk around the store. Out of the ten times I have been there in the last year nine of those trips left me stranded in the store. Had to have stranger get me a new cart. That cart did not even make it to the check out. I left everything I was going to buy and left the store. Employees saw me struggle and did nothing.

Always love the selection here. Is a little overwhelming at first but once you start digging you will find all the perfect treasures to help bring your home to life! Posting pictures from Christmas but the selection is top notch all year round.

Love the huge product selection & most prices are good. Wish they could staff a 2nd cashier to reduce long waits.Trader Joe's uses a bell any cashier can ring so customers can tell someone cares and is calling help. Best to come up with a way for everyone to know you are responding to the queue. Just having a PA like Hy Vee puts everyone on notice help is coming, makes sense to wait instead of going home to order on Amazon instead.

Great items here... mostly enjoyed clearence items as their prices are a bit high. Rating would be a 2 due to the unprofessional cashier who cursed "f@#king God" because she didnt want to have to do my return off the receipt. Forgot to use my coupon, came back in immediatley and they could not just do a return off the receipt, system wont allow. She expected me to go get all 20+ items i had purchased, many were wrapped, so that she wouldnt have to key in the numbers off the receipt. The manager stepped in and assisted. It was not worth my time and frustration for the $15 coupon.Plan to remove myself from Perks as they put restrictions and tell you the purchase has to go on the credit card to be used... reward email said nothing at all...didnt have my card with me and their system did not allow them to look it up. Really, what age of technology are we living in.???

This is a fun store to walk around in, but the prices of some things are the same as other stores. Some things are more (I wouldn't recommend getting tables and dressers, they seem low quality) but other things are better priced expecally with sales.

From indoor to outdoor, great selection of decor. While there, we found and wanted an unmarked basket; staff looked for a duplicate and eventually found the item online, then notified the the cashier who was waiting patiently. So, good customer service!

They have just about anything you can imagine, and everything you didn't know you needed. It's really not a discount store, it can be pricey. But the inventory is good quality so I'm not complaining. And when you need decor or household items now, you will most likely find something at a reasonable price.

Since almost everything in this store is made of plastic or some other cheap synthetic, the smell is overwhelming. After 10 minutes, you'll have a headache from all the off-gasing.

The store was clean and beautiful as always. I just ran in for a “few” things and checked out with a cart full! The lady named Kelly at the checkout was wonderful. She was polite and personable. It was wonderful!! It had more holiday decorations than I could have ever needed to find. Found what we were looking for and more. Wish I could have spent all day in there but I am only here for a little while and then have to travel back home. Spent some time with my mom in the store. She was happy that we spent some quality shopping time together. For the most part there is good quality stuff in this store. I would go back again.

This place would be so much better if they could figure out how to contain the OVERPOWERING smells from the candles and potpourri. The staff is generally friendly and there's a decent variety of decorative home goods, but in all honesty the prices are a little high for the quality of products offered, and the smells are so strong that I avoid going here if I can find what I need elsewhere. Lots of percentage-off coupons if you're willing to sign up for their mailing list.

The stuff is nice if you like high prices and low quality. The staff varies between being amazing or trashy. Felt the need to review since I came in today and there was four employees hanging around in the the kitchen utensils area blocking the aisle and gossiping. Then the cashier I got that has purple hair smelled strongly of smoke. I’ll probably just go to thrift stores in the future.

None of the staff wear masks and they are very rude about any kind of masking, social distancing, or general covid considerations. This is by far the most notably heedless and rude store I have visited during the entire pandemic. This attitude comes from their corporate team on down through this individual store. I enjoy looking at their seasonal items but I will never forget how they have handled this, and I will never shop here again. This place simply does not feel safe, and they also clearly don't care about their customers.

I *really* want to like At Home, but it's really not worth the hassle sometimes. For starters, the store is usually very messy. Merchandising here essentially amounts to stacking piles of items on top of one another. There are cool items to be found, but you really have to look for them. You'll also want to check them over before you buy, because pieces are often damaged in some way—usually scratches at the very least.My other comment has to do with staffing. It's *very* hit or miss. Some of the associates are really great and friendly—among the best I've interacted with at a retail store. Others seem to treat you as though your presence is an inconvenience. I notice it a lot more here than I do at other retail stores.If you're in the area, this place is worth stopping by to browse. I wouldn't go out of my way to make a visit here, though.

Okay, my fellow neighbors as an interior designer I was a little hesitant to write this post, especially since I love shopping here. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping here quite as often.I understand inflation has undoubtedly affected at-home thus driving prices on all their items by up to $20+. You'll notice this at the register when they go to ring you up and the product rings up for more than what's posted.This especially stinks, because let's be real, their items are of pretty poor quality when compared to their prices.Remember as the consumer we have the power to either drive up or down prices. The more fuss we make eventually will lead to changes in our stores in communities. If people don't say something, businesses as such will continue to drive up prices.

Great variety of home decor but honestly a little overwhelming. Could be a better shopping experience if inventory was more organized and neat. Had to return an item that broke on the way home because it wasn't packaged correctly and was able to return with no problems. Wish I had one of these stores in Wisconsin! Nice to have all decor options in one store!
