Poor customer service! Lady was on phone and had to wait for a few minutes to check out which was no biggie. Lady was still on phone while checking us out still no biggie. But when the debit machine was froze and I say it not doing anything she replies I don’t know what you want me to do about it. Then she proceeds to tell whoever she was talking to that she had to go because she had to check people out. As a store manager She has no customer service at least not good with people or the people she was talking to on the phone she was complaining about her workers and how she had to keep certain people out on the floor cause they can’t handle the registers or anything else

Honestly I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady working. Her costumer service was amazing. I had tons of stuff in my cart, she was on the phone with costumer service for her own technical difficulties. She went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. The best DG experience I've had.

Main cashier with long brown hair, older lady very rude. Has been every time I have been in there. I love Dollar General Stores but this one and the one in Maquoketa, IA are always so messy and cluttered.

The employees are nice and always say, "hi or hello" when I first walk into the store. But it's always a confusion on where the items are that I'm looking for, because they're constantly changing the store items to a different isle by the time I go shopping there again. And the worse thing about the store is not in the store at all. I've shopped at this location for yrs and yrs and the parking lot is horrendous. This location needs a upgrade really bad!!!! #pitiful #help

Never realized how much stuff this place has...if they don't have it, u don't need it! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all prices are MORE than reasonable.

This isn't my favorite dollar general. Always piles of stock in aisles. Staff not very helpful or friendly. There was a friendly cheery outgoing person and she got let go.

Parking lot is full of potholes. Store is crowded, not handicapped accessible. Staff were adequate at best. Next time I'll order online.

Love shopping for household items here. 3 stars because they don't treat their employees well (over scheduling, 1 person doing 2 jobs etc) which also affects customer service to a point

Service and staff are very friendly but unfortunately this store isnt taken care of. It's very dirty and dust on alot of products. Found food products that where past experation and when told a staff member about she she said oh ok just put it back on the shelf.

15 people in line only one cash register opened. Items not in the right place. Ring up different price. Do not go if your on a budget or if you have to be anywhere in an hour.

It's been over 5 Weeks and they still don't have the DG acinominifin ? PM in the 100 count Bottle for $4. After several Excuses from Mid & Upper Management, I feel I'm just being played as a Fool. Saying there Not Available. But the DG store on Camanche Ave in CLINTON IA said they just ran out (they had ALL the other size Bottels) and they would be getting them in in Saturday (6/29/19). I will check it out on Saturday.

The doors on this store have been ragedy as hell for a long long time....it's so ridiculous! It always seems confined and cramped in this store. Like the products are packed in there like sardines. And the parking lot is so broke down that it almost looks like a sink hole is gonna take it over.
