Food was good but no AC on a 100+ day outside. I ended up eating in my car because the dinning area was a sauna. I feel bad for the staff who have to work in those conditions.Edit a year later: food was TERRIBLE! Chicken strips were more chicken bites sized and cold. Fries were like ice and had no flavor. The shake had a hair in it. Would not recommend for anyone to eat here. 0/5

Avoid at all costs. In town for birth of my daughter, ordered her food at 7:30 and after calling multiple times at 9:30 I ended up having to leave the hospital to get my “delivery” because they had no driver. Thank goodness I was charged for delivery TWICE and even had a tip on it. $50 all to feed my VERY pregnant wife 2 hours late, will be exploring my options regarding my payment of a service that I never received. Again, avoid.

Took over 20mins to get 2 sausage and egg biscuits, said they had to make more sausage, while my potato rounds and 1 sausage and biscuit where sitting on the warmer, walked in and was a to go order, the potato rounds were barely warm , for the price they charge, food should be hot!! Will never darken the doorstep of a Hardee's again!!!!!!!!

Terrible service and food was cold. You go in and they just stare at you from the register and don't greet you and just expect u to start ordering. Fries and sandwich were cold like they had been sitting their for a while told them take out when i ordered and they still put it on a tray. Tell them again that its to go they bag it up and leave half the cold fries on the tray. I had to ask them for the other half. Prob will not go back anytime soon.

If I could leave no stars I would. I sat in-line today at the Clarion Hardee’s for 27 minutes while 4 customers behind me all got their orders and left. When I got to work with my meal it was cold. When I called to speak with the manager she apologized and said we are short staffed. Now I’m no genius but if there is an order for $31.82 sitting and waiting why wouldn’t they fill that order first and then do the next orders as they come in.

Only got a large “straight” fries in drive thru. They were disgusting greasy and tasted like old rancid oil. I was back on interstate before I tasted them. Pulled over in rest area to throw them out cause I did not want my car smelling like that. Obviously I wasn’t supposed to eat them😳

Having just reopened after a fire. I had hoped that they had taken the opportunity to improve the attitude and professionalism of their staff and the food.My husband and I went through the drive- thru. We ordered.1 Angus burger1 order of onion rings1 special- 2 fish sandwiches1 Lge curly fries1 Lge unsweetened ICE teaTotal $22.44The (Angus) 1/3 pound burger was cold and had congealed grease dripping from it. Husband did not eat it but fed it to the dog.The Onion rings had been refried and were also inedible.The curly fries were barely warm but edible.My fish sandwiches were the only thing that was warm by the time we got home.The ICE Tea had no ice in it when it was handed to me and when I told the person at the window she said " Yes it does." I opened the plastic cup and showed her it did not. She then took the tea a put 5 cubes of ice in it.Why did they even bother to reopen?We will NEVER eat at this Hardee's location again.

Ordered food. 10 mins to get the food and got home, the whole order was missing items. This happened alot to me, so now I check all the time. I don't eat there much anymore.. the wait time is horrible.

After I placed my order I must have waited for 20 minutes. There were cars outside waiting for their order. I ordered the onion rings and when I finally got them, they were over cooked and hard to bite

My daughter and I were a bit disappointed with our burgers. It was a slow time they may have been old. One girl on staff... It took her nearly 5 minutes to come to the window with our drinks. But our fries and onion rings were fresh.

I have come through this drive through many times and it seems that they can not seem to get food out in less than 30 minutes. They pull cars up everything no matter what the order. Then can not get ot right. If this app would, I would give it no stars. Rude people. They will swindle you. Calling corporate.

Only thing that was right was the drink the rest was weird. The burger didn’t have pickles on it like we asked and we ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich and we got a hot-ham and Cheese with moldy bread and the fries were cold and some were curly and some were straight .

Good food. Served by younger help that don't show a lot of initiative.Place is usually well cleaned. Stay away from the whipped cream on your ice cream. I never see it in the refrigerator.

I love Hardee's but with the new covid and some locations drive through only the drive-thru don't pick me up on my bike so I have to go to the window to order and get put behind on my order if there's others ordering behind me.

Got our food delivered to our table.. lady asked if we ordered 2 breakfast Frisco sandwiches. Yes we did. But only got one then went to counter to get my Frisco sandwiches and she said I needed to pay.. horrible customer service

This is the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been too! Literally takes forever to get the over priced food you order and never get the correct food. I’d rather trust Hillary Clinton’s with my emails than eat this food

On a scale of 1 to 5 stars I would give this Hardee's a -100 if I could.Today it took 30 mins from the time I walked in the door to when I sat down with my food. The server did not take any counter orders for about 10 mins.The WORST part is the food was RANCID !!! I took 1 bite and almost threw up. The meat smelled really bad and was slimy.I will never be able to eat at ANY Hardee's again.
