So angry with the pharmacy. I had surgery in Omaha and was getting discharged at 5:10 pm. I knew they closed at 5:30 so called pharmacy and told them what was going on and that I would need next dose of pain med at 10:45 pm. She said not a problem as they were filling it as we speak. I told them I would have a friend pick it up. When i got home i found they had given me prilosec. So I call Hy Ver to talk to supervisor who tells me they can’t do anything for me. I said you’re telling me you don’t have an on call pharmacist? No they don’t. What?!?!!! You have to be kidfing me. I know they’re having problems because of incorporating Taylor Pharmacy customers into the pharmacy. But they need to get it together! What do they do for people that need an after hours pharmacy? Get it straightened out Hy Vee! I had a horrible night because you don’t have an after hours pharmacy and that’s not right. I thought customer service was supposed to be your top priority. Filling the customers needs. Being there to help. Well you failed big time. Shame on you.

Called day in advance the person I talked to didn't put anything in the system so nothing was done, this is the 4th time something like this has happened
