This is the place you want to go to if you need your doggy groomed!! They are so kind and they make suggestions for what they feel will be best for your doggy. This was our first visit and we will definitely be going back!! Our Poppy was loved and cared for the whole time she was there!! Thank you for being great and showing such affection to our Poppy!!

My dog is super difficult to work with and they always do AMAZING job with her. They go out of their way to ensure that our dog is the best she can be. She is a micro Maltese and can sometimes have staining in between her eyes and the groomers went out of their way to give her a blueberry mask! I also love trying to guess what pretty bandana or accessory they'll have on her when I pick her up. LOVE this place.

I have taken my poodle to Hollywoof for over 10 years. My husband and I have always been impressed with the quality of the work and the friendly professional atmosphere. Our dogs aren’t nervous about being there and always look wonderful when we pick them up. The prices are very reasonable & wait time is kept at a minimum.We keep our pets up to date on their vaccinations, as we know this is a requirement & law. To expect less would suggest a subpar business. Also, we fully expect to follow any and all rules. Rules are for all, not just some or for when they are convenient.I would highly recommend Hollywoof. Elaine and the girls do an AWESOME job. Very Professional and Accomodating to Customers.We have a special needs standard poodle that they groomed.She suffered a spinal cord injury and has zero control of rear legs.They bathed her and laid her on floor and got down there with her to groom her.She was thrilled with them the same as our other 2 standard poodles.Great people!!!!

Groomed my puppy on one occasion. Upon our return for groom #2, they kept calling my dog the wrong name and kept us waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before refusing to groom the puppy which they said was missing a shot. In response to my questioning why they had groomed him once before, the owner blamed it on a previous manager. So I’m out the time, my dog still needs groomed, and I won’t be going back. How unreliable and unprofessional can it get?Let me elaborate since obviously the owner still has no respect whatsoever for my inconvenience (see her response below). I called to switch the appointment and spoke with you. Remember? You said you would call me back but never did. Remember that? That was actually the second time I never got a return phone call from Hollywoof. I specifically asked for a call back to make sure you had everything you needed for my other dog. I guess I stupidly assumed since you had already groomed my puppy ONCE before that you had everything you needed. And the fact that you blamed it on a manager when I talked with the same employee during both grooming appointments doesn’t make sense. But it doesn’t matter because I will never use your “salon” again. Nor will I ever waste an opportunity to make sure everyone else is warned not to expect anything better from you. And I could have avoided all of this if I had listened to my gut when it took several calls to ever get answer when I tried to book the first time. How the hell do you stay in business?

Rusty is a mini dachshund who has an attitude. I was kinda nervous to have someone cut his hair, as he's only a year old. Never had a cut before and is protective of me. So husband took him and they said he did a great job! Not only that, but he looks so handsome! GREAT JOB HOLLYWOOF PEEPS!!!!
