I went to Walmart in search for a cake for my son's birthday party tomorrow. I realize I should have ordered it awhile ago to get the one I wanted. The man assisting me had zero problems telling me No on a themed cake or telling me No on a plain half sheet. I understood... he did say we can write on any of these if you purchase, I can do it or there is 1 coworker here that can also. Perfect, I'll do that... had I known it would look like my son wrote it himself I would have let my son do it; would have been a fun project. Very disappointed and feel like a worse mom because I didn't order when the actual Baker was there.The manager of the department is a friend of a friend and has pointed me in the direction of how I can try to fix it. So I'm thankful for her giving us advice.Maybe next time I'll request to see how they can write in icing first...Couldn't even spell birthday correctly... brithday; the corrected when adding the dot.

Had a pick up order. In the past it has been a pain. However, this time was great. A smaller order and a great individual (Jordan) made all the difference! Kudos to Jordan and her amazing attitude and genuine smile!!

The worst pick up location. I pulled in and checked in to my spot with a few other cars. Watch them get their orders as I wait for mine. No problem. More cars pull in and they start to get their groceries. This goes on for the better part of a half hour. Incredible frustrating and unorganized operation they have here. There help is just outside standing around and goofing off. I will never use this service again.

We were at Hyvee this morning during "senior hours," and the rock music was so loud, we put our stuff back and went to Walmart. Thank you for peace and quiet. And all the employees were talking normally because they were able to be heard. 💝

They didn't have what I was looking for and the staff did nothing but send me on a wild goose chase looking for the items I needed after surgery, it was nothing but a painfull waste of my time.

Walmart usually treats me well. Tonight one of the workers, the person that you see when you first walk-in. Wasn't real nice, who knows maybe he had a bad day.I had to edit my review, the other night I got worn out and the nice worker took my cart to the car for me. See I'm oxygen, sometimes I think I can do more than I can. So I am thankful for the help.

I was absolutely positively racially profiled at the South check-in area by a female employee. I as a white man she kept coming over and staring into my cart watching me check stuff out. I'm sure to make sure I wasn't stealing even though I'm literally wearing $1,000 outfit and absolutely refused to look at the black couple next to me his cart or watch them check out. She came back to me three separate times. Never went to them once. Don't think they were stealing or anything because they most likely weren't. But the fact that she came to my car several times and never once bothered to go over to them. I feel like she was absolutely racially profiling me as a white man who might steal stuff because if we're checking everybody's cards were checking everybody's cards, not just the white guy

Horrible customer service. Inadequate care for customers needs a d questions. Askwd if they could direct us to where the have cornish hens. Employee says doesn't have any and asked another at a different time where Apple fritters are and she says, don't have those. Which finding out after both occasions, they have both! Do better bairsfwrry Walmart. Close it down, everyone should take the extra step and drive to Marion Walmart, much more friendly and helpful.

I shop here all the time. I go pretty often during late hours. I like shopping later at night since it's more peaceful and quite with just a few employees stocking shelves. When I can't find something, the employees know what they're doing and direct me to the item the quickest way possible. Very polite and very helpful. Sometimes I'll go buy some stuff during the day time hours where more is going on so it get pretty busy. The 1 complaint I have is that they never have enough people on their register/check out lines. I go to self check out when I shop during the day and it's usually a long wait. When I shop for actual groceries at night it's usually a longer wait due to there only being 2 check out lines open. And sometimes at night the self check out machines aren't even open. This place is great, they literally just need more people on registers.

Overall satisfaction of product and versatile items you can get are good. But the fact of there are NO personal interactions for check out, there are 98% more "self-checkout" then real people checkouts.

My husband had triple bypass surgery in October, 2023. He's still in recovery There were complications. He tries to get out & walk, but gets winded easily. He also has a bone spur on his spine, causing pain & discomfort. He may need surgery for this as well.On January 2, 2024, I was working & received a frantic text from my husband. He was very upset. He needed some items from Walmart & went in to shop. He was going to use an electric cart because he gets winded so quickly.As he drove the cart INTO the store, a very rude door greeter told him quite loudly in front of everyone that he couldn't take the cart into the parking lot. He was just entering the store. She reprimanded an elderly, handicapped gentleman with severe health problems in front of everyone as he was ENTERING the store. He was not the only person she did that to that day.I was working or I would have gone there in person but I called. I was connected to HR. The lady was polite but explained that she was strictly a hiring manager & would connect me to a manager. I placed the call on speaker phone. After several minutes I was told that she was transferring the phone call to the management office & that he was walking to his office to speak to me. I was again placed on hold.We were fairly slow at my own place of employment so another co-worker & one of my managers witnessed the phone call as it unfolded.After about 5 minutes, a young man answered the phone. I began to explain the situation to him. His only concern was that the carts not be taken into the parking lot, not that my husband was in need of the cart which was made available for patrons such as him, not teenagers playing dune buggy with their friends or obese lazy patrons who just didn't feel like walking.He gave me at least 3 different stories as to why the carts could not be taken outside, although there are cart men who are paid to retrieve them. I told him that I have personally driven carts back inside and plugged them in so that they were available for patrons who needed them. That my son had driven them back to Walmart from blocks away when we found them & that I guarantee that should I drive through their parking lot at that very moment, I would find no less than three of these carts left in their parking lot.He continued to defend the door greeter and cite this ridiculous policy until I was livid & determined to call the home office in Bentonville, Arkansas. I informed him that I would be doing so & demanded his name and job title.He told me that he was Dewayne in Security! I had been wasting my time and energy talking to a punk in security. I told him that I had asked for a manager & I wanted to speak to a manager.I have worked Customer Service for 30 years. I do not tolerate shoddy customer service, especially when it comes to my husband!I finally spoke with the "Protection Manager", Mark, who was much more reasonable & understanding. He said he would be speaking with the store manager, Shane. I thanked him, but also informed him that due to my previous conversation with Dewayne, I would still be contacting the home office.The man I spoke with at the Home Office was most helpful & opened a case for me with a reference number so that I could make sure that this was addressed. He also contacted Shane, the store manager at the Blairsferry store & heads began to roll, so to speak. I informed him of everything that was discussed between me & the others & explained my concern for my husband .When I got off work that night, I drove over there. Kathy, a different door greeter that I am friends with was trying to push carts in by herself because they were short cart men. I did see two carts in the parking lot.She apologized & said that my phone call had worked. They had just gotten 5 new carts & had told the greeters not to allow them outside, however, if a patron truly needed one, they should have been accommodated. Thanks to my phone call, they are no longer allowed to tell anyone that they cannot take the carts into the parking lot.

Ok, they had something my cat loves but doesn't get very often because Manchester Walmart doesn't carry it and Norby's is almost 3x the price and only sell it in a 4 pack not the 20 pack I got today. Let's say. MONKEY 🙊 IS A VERY HAPPY AND WILD CAT 🙀 TONIGHT

Waited 15 minutes for someone to unlock the liquor cabinet. Finally went into the back area and got someone's attention.Asked the guy standing at the entrance of the store if there was a supervisor I could speak to and he said "probably not."Not surprised, this store kinda seems like it's run without any supervision. If I didn't hate stopping at 2-3 different places to get all of my groceries, I'd never shop here again.

It’s Walmart... items are never in the right place.?staff is rude. They do sanitize the cart and they provide mask if you need one. The greeter, I don’t know her name but she has dark shoulder length hair, she’s been greeting there for as far back as I can remember. She always has a smile and is super nice. DO NOT use this pharmacy the pharmacist is nothing but a wannabe Dr st Luke's er wrote me a perscription for hydrocodone for pain for a paraspinal abscess this scumbag didn't feel comfortable filling it she called the er and had them write me a perscription for a drug that is clearly listed on my chart as an allergy yea they could have killed me I called the er the only way they'd re-write it is to b re evaluated costing my wife loss in pay and possible discipline at work along with additional medical bills

Walmart is Walmart. They are still only open until 11pm. Need to go back to 24 hrs. They announced they wereclosing in a half hour so I went to check out. Only 1 side of self checkout was open and only the small ones. There was 1 checker helping. It was chaos.

Walmart, any Walmart I take it with the grain of salt. When I’m looking for hard to find items that are vegan or gluten-free then I go to Walmart. The people are nice it’s management and headquarters that I have issues with.

Our checkout lady was coughing. (She was not wearing a mask nor cleaning her hands.) When I asked if she was okay, she said she had a sore throat and fever & said if she stayed home she’d get fired. She licked her fingers before opening each plastic bag and handling paper money! THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR GERMS!!! Most likely I will be very sick soon!

Scheduled for 7-8 and they didn’t even send me any update until I called them then immediately I get told I won’t be able to get it until the next day! I was already on my way

Crazy busy awaiting the winter blizzard .Store was packed with customers running around stocking up on groceries...We got 14 inches of snow and now it's 10 below...glad I made the trip.
