Went in very last minute on a Saturday evening after the Blairs Ferry store, “Victra” sent me home to transfer phones which I have never had to do myself and made the mistake to say I could do it. All of the staff were so nice and willing to help, one even staying late to help me get them transferred. Quality staff I would expect from an ACTUAL Verizon store.

If I could give negative stars I would. My wife and I walked into this store to get the deal for the new S24, tablet, and watch. When we walked in we were greeted by a lady, that by her demeanor, you could tell she did not want to be there. When we told her what we were in there for, she said that the deal is online only. I pulled up the promotion on their website and nowhere did it say that it was online only. There was another deal for the new iPhone that specifically stated online only but this one did not. I didn't want to argue so my wife and I left and called the customer service number and they mentioned that it could be done in store OR online. So we drove 25 minutes across town to the Verizon by Best Buy where we were greeted by friendly faces and gladly helped me with my purchase and hopefully got a great commission out of it.In summary, I will be driving all the way across town from now on to spend my money with a team that actually cares about their customers and doesn't lie to their face.

I came in to get a new phone, and was told I could get a free phone if I changed my phone number. I was also told that a clear case came with it. I ended up paying $50 for that case. I paid $160. initially, and my next bill which still includes service for my old phone is going to be astronomical. The following bills are going to be double what I was paying. I am on a very limited budget right now and I can't afford this. I sure did not get a free phone, I got gouged big time! Another complaint is that I can't log into my account, it won't accept my zip code. Is this the great service I am paying so much for? I will definitely stear people away from Verizon.

Revised!!!They pulled 2 more customer service agents in. They were super friendly and helpful. As a bonus, one of the reps guided me to a new website with cool coffee mugs.Unfortunately when I visited there were only 2 employees working. They both were friendly but not really “balls of fire” in helping clear thru the line of waiting customers.

I was checked in after 15mins. I couldn't do it myself because my phone didn't work. After an additional 30 mins then someone talked to me and I was told there was nothing they could do. They told me I was better off going down the street to a different business. That was a great idea as I will never do business with them again.

I was helped good.They are a busy location.They have nice big facility with nice bar style tables and wood chairs.I would recommend some etra regular comfy seats to be placed at one or 2 spots of the place, since not everyone can use the high wood chairs they have.I got an agent that met with me and put me on her computer in my queue once I was there.I was helped at my right order.They are all youngsters in their 20tees but they know what they are doing.I understand they work for long hours and dealing with people.But it would be very nice if they greet people with a smile and keep it for some time during their visit.They have been respectful and did what I needed for my ordeThank you!

Had an appointment and got right in for an upgrade. Employee knew his stuff and the whole process went smoothly. He even offered some add-on specials that I didn't know about. Very happy with my visit.

I’ve come in 3 times and each time none of the employees acknowledged that I was there. They looked at me then looked away and completed ignored me (and everyone that came in after me) instead of greeting or saying, “We’ll be with you shortly.” We bought phones in our last visit and we were rushed through the process because the employee kept saying he had to get to somewhere. Definitely will avoid going to this location in the future because of the poor service.

This store is often pretty busy, so you can tell it's a popular stop. My Monday started very poorly. My phone of three years that I loved was broken, I'd had about four hours of sleep and I was pretty distraught. I am embarrassed to recount this but the staff that helped me deserve recognition. I was in there between 2-4pm on the 23rd of December. The first gentleman that helped me, the manager, was extremely patient as I was extremely weepy. He gave me a lot of time and never made me feel bad for taking up his time as he told me about my options.The second gentleman, though, was incredibly helpful. He had a unique name- (Roark? Maybe), and he told me simply what he would do in my situation, helped me do some research to determine which option would really be best for me. I'm incredibly grateful and I hope somehow this review finds its way back to him so he knows he really helped me. Thank you for caring, for your patience, and your guidance.

Had a good experience, the employee we had helping us. I believe their name was Roarke, was great not pushy at all, was informative about the product I was interested in. He was able to help two different customers at the same time, but I didn't feel like we were being neglected. Bought a smartwatch and he helped get everything synced between the phone and watch, even answered all my questions.Only negative they need some way at the door to get people checked in.

Klyer the service technician was awesome. We told him what we wanted and what we were doing. We purchased our phones directly from Verizon and we needed to transfer the information from the old to the new. He is/was knowledgeable about the process, told us it would take a few hours to complete and to come back in if we had any issues. We setup an appointment for the following Wednesday ( per his suggestion )so he can get the phones ready to return to Verizon with the factory settings. That's the customer service any customer deserves with the products they use. Thanks for the great experience.

Shouldn't have left us cellular. I had amazing service with them. Just switched to Verizon. Now I only ever seem to have 4g anywhere I go, can't watch a YouTube video on 720p without buffering every 20 seconds, had 2 bars of 4g at Coralridge mall and my phone said no connection... If I can't get great service in a big city, what will I have whenever I'm in the middle of no where...

The worst office on the Verizon! For a simple question put in line for 1.5 hours. Guys, you make a lot of money from us - hire more workers! It's disrespectful to my time. I drove to the north office: 20 min. + 10 min. waiting + 10 min. helped out with my problem.Don`t waste your time - use north office of Verizon.

I had a phone update available, and despite restrictions in place, I think I only waited about 30 minutes. Jessie helped me pick my phone and even save me a little bit of money. He was likable and down to earth and helped me get a new phone without breaking the bank. Highly recommend Jessie for any help you might need at this store!

The customer service was completely absent during this visit. After waiting almost an hour in the hot sun and I told Dakota we had planned to change providers, he did not try to find a solution. He just presented the current promotion. Our phones were too old, but he didn't offer any alternatives.

2 out of 3 visit were not very professional. The girl with brown and blonde hair didn't stay by the station. So I got a little rude. But it is your job to deal with rude customers. She wouldn't give me her name. I think you need to retrain how to deal with customers. They were very snippy and short.

Cam was very attentive and helpful. I noticed the manager was getting hot tea for one of the staff with allergy symptoms and they were kind to one another. That positivity rolls down to the customers. Thanks!

Oddly got sent into a situation that I had to deal with at Verizon and a friend of mine two Friends have the same exact problem with other companies one could not help the guy whatsoever and then wanted to charge him $10 for a backup SIM card the other one well they could only help him a little bit and he had also had to pay $10 for a backup SIM card now I've gotten four SIM cards this year from Verizon (did not cost me a cent) because my phone's got either stolen or completely destroyed and Verizon was right there great job got everything squared away for me easy peasy but they do have only higher priced hand units at the store itself it started about 250So if you want an entry level phone go to some place that sells Verizon compatible phones and get the either prepaid or contract at the store or a kiosk vendor but all in all no complaints about Verizon other than they're almost as nosy as Apple

Very dissatisfied. We waited 45 minutes in the parking lot before being allowed inside to view the phone selections and ask questions. When we finally got to out turn, the representative Kim was impatient, not helpful, snarky, and condescending. She also had her mask pulled down below her nose and mouth and got nasty when we asked if she would mind pulling it up. We ended up leaving as we were very uncomfortable with her attitude, and I felt unsafe. Very scary and disappointing visit.

On multiple trips it's felt as if the staff wants nothing to do with helping us and that we are a strain on their time. No help is offered on products unless you ask and they don't go over the details of the cost breakdown when they give you a purchase price.

Came in to get a SIM card, waited 20 minutes for someone to check me in. Then had 4 other customers come in off the street to be helped ahead of me. Customer service is a joke. Waited over an hour to be told they did not have any SIM cards. Verizon customer service is a complete failure.

I went to the Verizon store to get help with my phone that was locked up. The younger man with Sandy brown hair, wish I had gotten his name, was very rude and condescending . His first suggestions was that I should send my phone in and get a refurbished one. He second recommendation was to get a new phone. Then looking at my teenage niece asked “her “ if she had a Mac computer. Hearing that she did he directed all future conversation towards her. Saying we should use the Mac to set the phone back to to factory setting. We asked what we should do it that didn’t work. However, he interrupted us and said, with an eye roll it will work. It was painfully obvious that because I and older, gray hairs and all, I wasn’t worthy to be respected and treated with dignity. I have never sent a bad review before, however, Verizon needs to know how this young treated one of the “paying” customers. When we got home, the Mac solution didn’t work as a verification Code was sent to my iPhone, which was locked up, which was the problem. Going to internet we found that we should reboot phone and it worked. He was absolutely no help and was rude.

It has been awhile since I've been to a Verizon store,went here to get a gift card,very pleased at how fast someone greeted us considering how busy they were,after purchasing my gift card I decided to look at the phones,I really do need a new one,mine is a samsung galaxy s4,not very pleased that there was no info on the displayed phones,and no prices,after figuring out how to get the price on them,I also figured out you have to do the phone comparisons online at home,but its all good. I'll make an appointment when I go back to buy a new phone. Pleasant experience.
