I stopped at this store today to get a new cartridge for my Brother labeler. The customer service in this store is terrible!!! When I walked in the door I asked a gal who was just sitting near the front of the store. Rather than come and help me find one, she just said, try aisle 5. I looked a bit for them, and did not find any, I went back to her again and said I didn't see any. She again, remained sitting in her chair and told me to head down the isle again, so I did. When I got part way down the aisle, she yelled back to me to stop, as they should be there (she was still sitting on her chair doing nothing). I finally asked another customer, and he said they were two aisles over and helped me find them.I will not go back to this store again.

I didn't see a survey for a review. Joel in the print center did a great job helping me print my wedding invitations. He called and emailed meto make sure everything was okay. He made the process very smooth for us. GREAT customer service!!

I had the worst experience I have ever had in a store at the Staples on the South West side. I wanted to buy an expensive office chair in the $350 to $400 dollar range but after two sales persons who were as helpful as they could be, I asked for the manager. I wish I had gotten his name because I am going to escalate this to corporate. I can say I am not the easiest person sometimes but it was 20 minutes till closing. The store was empty and I was told they didn't have the man power to get the chair down and put it together so I could see it. Even if they had offered to open the box so I could get an idea of what it looked like, I would have been fine with but the so called manager copped a serious attitude with me. Said he couldn't do it till the next day. I have bought numerous computers, accessories, supplies, and the list goes on. I'm writing this with a computer that came from Staples. I do think this was an isolated incident with this store this time but I don't plan on going back to this store ever again to find out. It was that bad! If you have the option, I would avoid this store.

I've purchased multiple items at the Wiley location over the years and have always found staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. Even better, when I go in w an odd question they are patient with me, no matter whether I'm making a purchase at the time.

They didn't have red refills for my specific pen. However they were quick to lookup alternatives.Only draw back was not being able to find me in system for the Rewards program. Had to give name, email, and number, just to find me. I've had a Rewards account for over 5 Years. Not sure what's happening there.

I have been struggling for weeks to take care of a HP Printer issue. I narrowed down the issue to a nearly brand new, yet faulty printer cartridge. I took the cartridge in and explained what happened and Dan exchanged my cartridge. My problem was fixed in just minutes!! Thank you for your great customer service!

I am typically pleased with the service at Staples, but not today! The Copy Center employee clearly didn’t want to help paying customers. If I wanted to make my own copies I woukd have. You clearly didn’t want to provide a service. I walked out & won’t be back to use the copy center again.

I was told that I would get tech support from the Square trade protection plan and given an 800 number for the support-when I called it I was then charged another $100 on top of the $23 I paid for the protection plan in the hope that it came with tech support. No idea if the person who gave me this information was misinformed, but I was disappointed as the part that I bought was probably defective.I had to dispute the charges with my bank as I got nowhere with Staples

I did not get the name of the person who waited on me. His service was excellent. They did not have in store what they have online. He substituted an equivalent to what I was looking for and served my needs. Very happy!

The store manager, TJ, is fantastic! I was going to Staples to get more ink for my printer-- TJ greeted me at the doors as I walked in and led me right to the ink and made sure I had the correct ink for my printer. He even got me signed up for their rewards program to save on future ink while another employee showed me exactly where to find binders- the whole trip was fast, efficient and so friendly- looking forward to going back to Staples with all my other printing and office needs.Thank you TJ & Staples Team!Kylie

Had an online order pick-up. Part of it seemed to be in lock-up. The only person who said he could get in there was dealing with a misdelivered order. Turns out the item was where it should have been all along. What should have been a three minute process took a half hour.
