My boy friend called ahead with parts needed, this Saddlers had actually pulled & set aside for me to pick up.!! Instead of telling him they would & not.* * * * * * * * * To guy who helped me & even carried out the heavy piece so I didn't have to struggle carrying it out to the car..!! Koodles to you.!! & deepest thanks..!!!! Even noticed my dog quietly waiting on front passengers seat.Much appreciated as a big woman to most ~~ Most usually don't offer but since I have a serious heart condition & SHOULD NOT stress it carrying that stuff BUT WILL if no one offers because I'm not asking for common decency or courtesy..!* * * * * Your a great asset that I'm sure they done realize the customer values greatly..!!!So great place to do business with & send the woman after.!

These guys are awesome! Needed a front yoke I could not find anywhere except a dealership charging and arm and a leg. They took some measurements and found a match right away at a fraction what the dealership was going to charge. Awesome customer service.

I needed a flywheel resurfaced and Sadler was definitely the place to go. I had never used a machine shop in this area so I was shopping around and settled on Sadler due to a recommendation from a local auto parts employee. Not only was Sadler about half the cost of another shop's quote, the turn around was incredible. I dropped the flywheel off around 12:30 and had it back by 4:30! I will defiantly use these guys again if I need any machining work done.

Great price compared to factory. Constantly busy and they sell a lot more than drive train parts. Way more. Aftermarket truck accessories. Parts. About anything for a truck.

Took 27 days to replace axle bearings on my Ford 9" axles. Everytime I called or visited them in person, my parts were coming the next day. In the end I found out they charged me twice what another shop in Cedar Rapids would have charged me and the other shop had the parts in stock. Sadler will not see anymore work from me.
