Overall my experience at that Pilot was good. Great gas price, clean parking lot, clean shower, and the evening Arby’s cashier was courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the morning Pilot lady was not. Ignored me twice, w somewhat of an attitude, the second time her cell was more important than acknowledging my existence, so I walked out.

I advise anyone not to shower here not sure about other showers but #2 sucks can’t change temperature any lower and always on max settings couldn’t get into shower fully at all waste of time. Pilot needs updating!! The one time I stop here specifically for a shower when I normally stay at Casey’s. Won’t do that again.

We're here a couple of days, waiting to get delivered, and every time I've gone in for coffee or restroom it has been very clean. The cashiers are also very pleasant!

Nice store, clean, well stocked. I gotta say, there was no coffee! But it was just before 5am, and when Devon realized what we needed, he was on it quick and brewed it ip quick! Thanks for your awesome service too

I stopped to get diesel. I never stopped here because it has a small parking lot. I started the pump and it shut off after it pumped 31 gallons. The screen says to see cashier. I go inside. She starts to argue with me about the pump and said there is nothing wrong with it I noticed the entire time she is talking to me she is even looking at me and she had an attitude with me.I called later and talked to the manager but that wasn’t any help.

Taking a shower in this pilot will be forever. Today is Sunday, I don't see many people around and I've already been waiting for almost 2 hours and I don't think everyone uses an hour and more to take a shower at the same time. After waiting so long, they forgot to put towels.

Very small travel stop for truck drivers. There are 3 showers and only 30 legal truck parking spaces. There’s maybe 10 additional spaces you can get and be out the way. The facility is clean, there a small self service Dunkin’ Donuts stand and an Arby’s.

Probably the worst gas station I have ever been to. The place is a wreck and needs a new manager I assume. Almost zero food options. Arby’s is never open due to lack of employees. Is says dunken donuts, but never any donuts. Their diesel is always 10 to 15 cents higher than anywhere else. Overall it’s bad.

Decent little pilot. They have maybe 4 showers if I saw correctly for us truckers. For food they have an Arby's inside and when I was here they either were closing or building the flying J Cafe who knows though. You wanna find a spot to park though get here early. Also no laundry machines here at all which is a little annoying. Overall not the worst pilot out here while on the road.

The girls at the fuel desk are awesome. But Arby's has a lot to be desired. There is normally only 3 guys working and most of the time they act dumbfounded. Their shake machine is down and they don't carry some of the things on the menu. They are slow, and half the time they are outside smoking something or other. They do not pay attention to the customers. PJ Fresh is not in operation. It looks like someone just keeps piling boxes inside it. Dunkin Donuts doesn't look like it's had a fresh donut in the case for a while. Most of them coffee machines are empty. But on the Pilot side, coffee is hot and so are the things they offer.

This place has lazy workers. They standing around talking to each other instead of cleaning up the shower area. Which makes no sense! Me and my team driver. Wait for a shower for over and hour. The area manager needs to pop in on these workers!!!!! This is the last time I’ll bring my truck here

If you are waiting for a shower you can reset the logbook. I've been waiting for a shower for two hours and I only have two people in front of me. It is a lack of respect towards truck drivers. Don't put diesel in this place.

WORST GAS STATION EVER. The Dunkin stand had 0 donuts @ 7:50 AM on a Friday morning. The cream and milk were empty for the coffee. The hot food case had 3 items in it. There were about 6 employees standing behind the registers while the countertops needed wiped down, the floors needed swept and items needed filled. I don't understand how this gas station is going to survive with a Kwik Star and a Casey's next door. Both Kwik Star and Casey's has this place beat in absolutely every category. Employees were also not friendly AT ALL. I went here to try the Dunkin express, because this area lacks coffee shops - but I will continue to go to Kwik Star from now on. My first and last time coming here.

Would give NEGATIVE stars if possible. Got charged $4.61 a gallon for SUPER UNLEADED. When I called and asked about it they didn’t listen to what I was trying to tell them. I asked them how much it was supposed to be a gallon over the phone and was told $3.70. So why would I be charged almost a dollar more? Paid more for that than I would’ve if I were using diesel. Either your prices are outrageous or you have a bad business. Either way, I will NEVER go to another Pilot.
