Nicki did an amazing job on my standard poodle. My dog was so fluffy and smelled amazing - much better than at other grooming places I've taken her to. Her coat was cut evenly, and her paws/face were trimmed very nicely. I also appreciate that Nicki noticed my dog had previous razor burn so Nicki was careful and adjusted the blade size. I really appreciate that Nicki noticed those details. I will be taking my dog back here. It really touched me how happy Nicki was and the pride she took in the amazing job she did. 💜

A+ Number One.The staff will be sure that they have your instructions on the trimming and grooming. Jemima, my Black Springer mix has glossy longish fur. The wrong dog shampoo will strip the lanolin. Kirkwood Pet Groomers had the best oatmeal shampoo. Her fur turned out spectacular and she was ecstatic after the session. Becky called me mid session to question a procedure. A problem with tiny matted fur clumps on her belly. Permission to go ahead and clear it up. Yes absolutely.Maybe from now on Jemima doesn’t have to wear her “Homie Harness” 24/7. Plus brush the poor dog more frequently. That will be a joy!The splendid thing at this Kirkwood place: plenty of energetic and un-jaded staff. If more “professional “ groomer outfits automatically gave each dog client two or three stylists per session the dogs would feel more secure and feel pampered to the highest level.Anyway, maybe my dog just revels in the many hands that look after her. Like a movie actress with all her glamorous attendants.Faultless from start to finish.Place deserves an even bigger venue than the brand new state of the art one it is blessed with now. Maybe multiple ones. This is just the right size to keep just the right amount of pets and persons under control.Thank you Thank you ever so much.

Rooster went into the groomer from a farm and only been groomed one time in his life. He is 1 years old and a golden doodle with long medium wave hair. Kirkwood called me to say they couldn’t finish him due to the fact he was over heating and the hair was to stuck together from burrs and he seemed way to worked up trying to get it off. I showed up and Rooster laid right down and the manager said she would be able to continue if I would be able to stay and help with him. She got the job done. Excellent job and I was very happy with their effort to work with me and Rooster. He is running on the farm burr free and feeling great. Thank you tons!!! Excellent customer service.

We took our cat to Kirkwood Pet Grooming for her first ever bath & dry plus a nail clip. They used an oatmeal shampoo etc to aid her dry skin. Once home she settled so well strutting around like a glam cat, she knows she looks so beautiful & clean! We would highly recommend. Such a great service with wonderful pet groomers!A++++++

Took the girls to be groomed (Reeva is 2 years and Izzy is 6 months old). I think they look great. The staff was amazing. The whole thing was a great experience. We will definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about this program, the instructor or these great students!! I have a very hyper… sorta naughty mini bernadoodle pup who looks fantastic now! My goldendoodle puppy got her first big girl haircut today and she looks great! The groomers brought them to me at the end and explained what they did. They were done on time and were so kind to my puppers. Thank you!!
