Recently got the boundary plus installed for our three golden retrievers and couldn’t be happier! We have a fairly large yard on the outside of a small town so potentially the dogs had plenty of room to roam but they liked to wander and being that we were still in a town, a lot of the time they had to be confined to leashes in the yard. We contemplated a invisible fence many times but never pulled the trigger because we thought we’d have to have a small square and wasn’t sure how it would work but we finally did it and it is great! They were able to use the whole yard and even through the driveway, which we weren’t sure would work. They were very thorough explaining how to train the dogs and scheduled 3 time to come out and work with them with us and after the dogs weren’t 100%, they offered to come again if needed. The communication was great and we’re on time every time.If your considering one, do it!! Worth every penny! We wish we would have done it so much sooner!

My parents installed an invisible fence two years ago when they got a dog at their new home. The training was very thorough and they have never had any issues with the fence or the collar. They added an additional collar to the system recently to accommodate my dog coming over to their house, and Jake did a great job with the training and answering any questions we had. I am so happy as it gives us so much peace of mind when the dogs are outside!

I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed for an in home meeting. 20 minutes prior to my meeting time I received a text from Kevin Carlson who said he was needed to cancel the appointment and would call me later. I responded for him not to call me and said how as a potential customer, it was totally inappropriate to be sent a cancellation via text.I then called the corporate office and was told this is an independent agent and there were no other options to use their brand. At that point, I decided to call the Cedar Rapids dealer directly and speak to the owner. Guess who answered the phone? It was Kevin Carlson. I identified myself, and told him exactly how I felt to which he said "They were too busy with calls and requests from being off for 4 days of Thanksgiving that he didn't have time to call people." Even to let them know an existing appointment was being cancelled mind you. He did have time to text however.Needless to say, I have found another company and have actually had a conversation with them. I didn't have to fill out a form online to receive a system generated confirmation, and a last minute cancellation via text. I spoke with a person who seems to enjoy what they do, and for the safety and we'll being of my pets, as well as the cost associated with the product, that is what I want to experience as a customer.Glenn M

Invisible Fence of Cedar Rapids is amazing! We have fenced in about 3 acres including wooded areas. We have had two dogs kept safe inside our boundaries for several years with no problems or difficulties. We just asked Invisible Fence to come train a third dog, a very large, energetic German Shepherd. Jake, our trainer, was wonderful! He marked the existing invisible fence with flags and in 3 sessions, our German Shepherd has learned his boundaries. He respected the dog's protective instincts and won him over very quickly. Jake was a pleasure to work with and made the training steps so easy to follow!I can't say enough about the peace of mind it brings for our dogs to be able to be out loose while we are working in the yard and not have to worry about them wandering or chasing a deer into the road or chasing a bicycle. I highly recommend Invisible Fence of Cedar Rapids!!

Less expensive than a traditional fence quote that I received and I don't have to mow around a fence! The training they provided allowed my dogs to learn quickly and they are now safe to spend hours in my yard unattended. When I need new batteries, their customer service is quick to respond and get me new ones.I definitely recommend them if you have pets!

I would recommend Invisible Fence to anyone! Trent does a great job working around your schedule to train your pet with the IF. He called and followed up, stopped by to make sure all was ok. Our batteries died and we forgot to order them. OUR FAULT.. He made a trip to our house that night to drop them by. That's customer service. He and Tracy were excellent to work with. The fence itself is AMAZING. SO glad we did it. We just got another dog and look forward to Trent stopping out to train our new one. Kudos to IF Cedar Rapids

We recently had an Invisible Fence installed for a very active puppy, it is exactly what we need to keep him in our yard. Kevin and his co-worker who installed the system were friendly, professional, made sure to minimize lawn damage, and thoroughly explained the system. Their first "training" session was somewhat confusing, but Trent came for the next two sessions and was perfect for us and our puppy. We couldn't be more satisfied with the product and the people.
