Problematic pick up. I guess you’re supposed to ignore the email they send you when your order is ready to pick up. Mine said your order is ready pick up not offered at this location go to customer service to get items... when I went inside I had to interact with two people to get my items. The second person told me the initial email was correct and I could have just called the store to have it brought outside.

The pharmacy staff is top notch, friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. I won't go anywhere else now. I also want to give high marks to their delivery person. Edit to review- On my next delivery the delivery driver lost my medication and first lied about delivering it and then admitted he didn't know where it was. The pharmacy said they would call me back but didn't. I finally called them and picked it up myself. Started my medicine 3 days late due to this mess.

Went in tonight, walked all over the store looking for a loaf of bread. When I couldn't find any I asked the person at the counter, who asked someone else, who mumbled "we should." Neither of them bothered to tell me where or come out from behind the counter to help. So much for a helpful smile..... Thank goodness Casey's was right up the road because they were helpful and had what I needed.

3 stars because the employees of this store work hard and care about the customers.. the store is always clean but nothing is labeled anywhere.. shaving cream is 3 aisles down from razors, bar soap is no where near where the hygiene products are... They keep ONLY cigarettes at the customer service desk; if you want anything other than the ordinary; you have to go into the liquor department which is dumb and makes no sense. Every time I go there i feel like a rat in a maze looking for cheese. And it never fails that the GREAT employees ask me.... DID I FIND EVERYTHING I NEEDED? Post signs on the aisles and treat it like a store and I will give you 5 stars.. keep it the way it is... i will stop coming.

There was a woman working the register Friday October 2nd, her name was either Aubrey or Audrey, older lady with short dirty blonde hair. For absolutely no reason, other than maybe because I was in my sweats and hoodie, she was so rude to me. I have rarely ever had any issues with customer service representatives in the past, I am a very polite, even if you're not, person. There was no reason she should have treated me so poorly. Everything she said had the most attitude I've ever experienced, I'm almost convinced she must have thought I was someone else! Anyways, I hope whatever was the issue resolves itself before she treats the wrong person like dirt and they take it personally, I'm sure she doesnt think further than the tip of her nose and how much one interaction can affect some people.

I walked in shortly after open to buy product for work. I realized too late that I would need a hand basket to carry my stuff. An employee boticed me on my way to the front with too much stuff in my arms and brought mt the basket. When I was done shopping the elderly lady at the only open register was catching up with an old friend. I stood a little further back than usual so they could finish talking while I waited my turn to check out. Anither employee saw this and stopped what she was doing, opened her register just to ring me up, and closed it back down when we were done so she could finish her task. It's this type of respect, courtesy, and community focused mindset that has won me over with Hy-Vee.

Very disappointed in the pharmacy customer service. After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I was told my RX was in line to be reviewed and was asked to go back to the back of the line because they were busy, which I proceeded to wait an additional 20 minutes. If you don’t have the staff hire more- none of the other hyvee pharmacies have this issue, only this one, every time I have to come to this location.

I stopped by Hy-Vee on my way home to pick up some quick snacks with my daughter. As we were checking out, Carole and Andrea were ammmazing to us! My daughter got a treat, I got some great deals, and these two ladies made our night! Thanks for such a fun grocery shopping experience!Bethany

The female manager is a VERY RUDE person here. She threw a fit simply because i had paid for a pack of smokes with quarters. She seems to be hot and cold depending on her outside life. I go in here a few times a month and shes usually in a bad mood... Also their ciggarette prices are EXTREMELY expensive. I highly recommend getting them from fas fuel down the road

Just left there at 7:15 PM March 11,2021.Lexus waited on us, she was rude and seemed to just be bothered by having to check us out. She was walking away from the counter when my wife ask if the counter was open. She Huffed back and checked us out. Totally unprofessional.

It is good for shelf stable and drug store items, but the produce and meat are overpriced, and the produce in particular can be really iffy. Good prices on soda and a nice selection in the liquor store area.staff is really nice.

Have used Hyvee for years, great customer service and a helpful nature and pharmacy is excellent with keeping track of my medication and if might have interactions and always there if I have questions and the location so convenient for us.

Always long lines and very rare to have the perscription ready after waiting in line, even a day after being sent over. Not a very productive pharmacy unless you like waiting around a long time.

For being a Hy-Vee, I am disappointed with this drugstore. I felt like it was dark, uninviting, and not necessarily dirty, but it didn't seem to fit the standard I would expect.
