I can't rave enough about how great of a job Paige did on my senior dog Cali. She did a great job. Her coat felt so silky smooth and she just looked absolutely adorable. Thank you again Paige for taking such great care of my old girl!! I recommend Gwen's Pet Grooming hands down. All the groomers do such an amazing job!

I’ve taken my dog there a few times now and he always looks AMAZING!! They also give him a bandana and treat bag. Over Christmas they made me an ornament for him which almost made me cry, it was so thoughtful and I can tell they truly care about the dogs!My parents brought there dog there yesterday and Sarah Beth made him look perfect!! We’ll continue coming to Gwen’s for sure!

My girlfriend and I share and love two older dogs together. They are a very important part of our lives. Gwen and her team have always put their love and care into them as we have. They are very passionate about fur babies. I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Our fur babies always come out looking and feel good. Highly recommend

10/10 recommend! We have two greyhounds and the groomers (Felicity) did an amazing job with them they are both retired athletes and have some special care as they are not like other dogs and she was amazing! Love the personal touch of their bandanna’s just fabulous all the way through thanks so much!!

It took us time to find a groomer that actually cares about your pet. That is what Gwen’s pet grooming does. Laura has been grooming our Collies for many years and they always look gorgeous when they come home. I always recommend Gwen’s to anyone who asks where there is a good place for grooming.

Are husky was having a major blow out. No matter how many times we brushed her she was still shedding tons of fur. We took he to Gwen’s Pet Grooming and they gave her a furmanater and the shedding was reduced to a minimum! She looked and smelled ten times better! I highly recommend Gwen’s!

Wish I would have read the reviews for this horrid place before I took my dog there. There were multiple issues I had with the place, one big issue being I got my dog home and she had 4 nicks on her belly!! Nothing was ever disclosed to me about that and after reading reviews on here after the fact, sounds like this is a common issue with the place. My dog has NEVER been nicked at other grooming businesses. Secondly, if you don’t literally drop everything you are doing and come and pick up your dog when they are done, they literally harass you by calling you repeatedly and from different numbers, as if that’s going to make someone answer the phone when they are WORKING. Will I be bringing my dog there ever again? Ha! Nope! There are plenty of other groomers in town that will be more professional and loving to my dog. Word of mouth is very powerful. I’ll be telling everyone NOT to bring their loved pet here.

So I am happy my wife quit her job at Gwen's Pet Grooming.That place is terrible. My wife came home crying all the time after getting off work. They are lucky they are not men or I would be in jail. No one should ever be treated that way. I will never bring a pet of mine in the future to Gwen's Pet Grooming. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I hope that place loses all their business. They do not deserve a good person like my wife. Stay Away people I have heard some horror stories, but see for yourself if you want to. We will be alright. It doesn't hurt us anyway. The money my wife made was just extra money. None of it went towards the bills anyway. Go elsewhere for all your Pet Grooming Needs.

DO NOT TAKE PETS To this Groomer.. I had my dog groomed by Gwen's on the 18th of March. I have been dealing with what happened to my dog ever since. They never acknowledge what happened in the beginning nor has Gwen's acknowledged it since. I have spent over $185 In vet bills which they have been made aware and still no acknowledgement of what happened to my fur baby... They should be ashamed and make it right...

Called and said dog had to be picked up immediately. Originally said 3-4 hours and all of the sudden my daughter gets a call to pick up her dog right away because he is barking in the kennel? I couldn’t get there until 12:08 and they made my daughter get him immediately which was about 12:00. Charged full price and did not disclose that they hurt him. Adding picture of his private area as proof! Sent owner, Gwen a message with this picture and got no response. Oh and they wanted $20 extra for express cut they said they had to do. After hurting him of course!Update: owner did call my daughter and offer a free grooming with her personally. However she did not see the dog yesterday but insisted he was matted. He wasn’t ( he is brushed and combed daily)but I understand she has to put some faith in her employees. She apologized but instead of trying to place blame on us why not believe us and let us know if she spoke to groomer who hurt him and didn’t tell us or not? She was very apologetic though.The express fee did not have to be paid.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR GROOMING SERVICES... This happened over a month ago and I am still trying to heal my poor fur babies neck. No explanation, no apology nothing.. Yes I called and I even sent them my vet bill.. No response, I wish I had read more reviews before evergoing to Gwen's. Never again!! Alittle advice Gwen atleast tell the client when you mess up!!!

He always goes in looking a little homeless and comes out looking like a million bucks!!! The ladies are amazing and so nice!!! My favorite part aside from the treats are the free roaming cats, I love petting them Though my kid did try to climb in the window sill today thinking it was a bed for kids 😅 now he is old with some bumps and crusties, whose farts can peal paint 🤢 But he's our sweet ol Mr Grumpy pants 😍

Gwen’s grooming has groomed my Shiba Inu twice when he was blowing his coat. They brushed him out very well so that my home wasn’t covered in dog hair. It was very helpful and he looked and felt great afterwards.

They were great with Sherlock even though it was his first time at the groomer. He suddenly stopped letting us clip his nails at home but they did a great job. He came home smelling and looking great after a furmination, brushout, and nail clip. Definitely improved his coat and shedding!

I’m going to sue them my dog Teddy has a gash in his face under his eye and Gwen’s daughter didn’t even say anything my dog is restless and now I need to take him to the doctor it happened today 06/10/2923 and I think something is going on with his ears cause he keeps crawling fast across the carpet rubbing is ears I’m so mad and sad for my baby and he’s still a puppy he’s not even one yet this is so unbelievable

I've had terrible experiences with groomers at the chain stores handling my dog. After a horrifying situation, I decided to look local and found Gwen's. These wonderful peeps give my dog lots of loves while she's there and she always looks cute when she's done. I know my dog is safe while she's there and that they'll take exceptional care of her. I usually purchase the spa package, which is reasonably priced, in my opinion, and she really looks great when I pick her up. Gwen and her crew get 5 stars, four yeses, and a bunch of Kudos from me and my doggo!

I had the worst experience getting my dog's haircut. I have a cairn terrier and her entire face is shaved. She looks like she was shaved with no guard on the sheers leaving lines on both sides of her body. I have had her hair cut here before and it was fine but this was the worst cut he has had. I would ask for someone else if they assign you Brittney!

Was very disappointed after 2 years of going there, that our groomer didn't realize that my Goldendoodle has the poodle under growth. That is why the shears wouldn't go through. Instead of calling and discussing the problem she was having, she cut out big clumps of area and didn't blend it in. I talked to 2 other groomers that said the exact same thing is when they have the poodle under growth, it's very difficult to get shears through, so you have to trim above that growth. They also make too many appts for the groomer and I think that's way my dog got such a sloppy haircut. They don't have time to take care of the cut properly.Won't be going back. I don't mind paying more money if my dog is cut how she should be.This is how she should look after a haircut and it only cost $79.00, because they know how to cut Fb2 Doodles!

We’ve taken our two shih tzus there twice and both times they did a great job. Tonight they gave us little ornaments with their pictures in them which is so sweet. It was especially timely because one of the dogs is older and I’ve wondered if I should save a lock of her hair just in case, and her ornament had her fur in it!Everyone was super friendly, and we had a new groomer this time around, I believe he said his name was Frederick. He was very sweet and nervous because he was new. We’ve all been new and I hope he realizes how much we appreciated his kind soul. I even forgot the ornaments and he called to let me know and put them up so I can retrieve them tomorrow!

I have called this place twice, once a few years ago, and once last week and both times left a message and received no return call. I would've been a new customer, looking to have my shih tzu regularly groomed there.They have a lot of people that recommend them so I'm sure they're great once you can get in, but obviously their customer service could use some work.

Love love love this place! My dog always comes back 5x happier. They ask you to allow 4-5 hours with your dog for them to work their magic, so you can go run errands and such before coming back. The prices raised +$5 recently but still not more expensive than any other place. Responsive and amazing staff, always kind. They definitely are animal whisperers :)

I am always so pleased and happy with the great job they do here!!! They are always so friendly and listen to my request on the cut. I have been bringing our Collie Pepper for several years and recently acquired another Collie that was an outside dog and had never been groomed. I am so impressed with the awesome work they do, now Monte looks amazing!!! So happy with my experience here!!! Definitely recommend Gwen’s to everyone!!!

I have such a pleasant experience every time I bring in my Husky, and trust me he’s not easy to handle sometimes. The ladies here are FANTASTIC working with my boy, as well as making sure he gets top notch service. He is treated like a king and I will forever and always be coming back. Gwen has done a phenomenal job with her place, as well with having wonderfully trained groomers here to make every experience one you won’t forget. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
