Went in tonight to pick up my prescription and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. During my wait the pharmacist that was helping the drive through told another pharmacy tech that there was a customer up front and the lady said “yea they can wait”. Horrible customer service every time we go here.

The pharmacist was very busy, on the phone, explaining things to other people, giving vaccines, filling new orders, etc. Her patiences that day were soooo amazing. She had great eye contact, caring voice, kept smiling, always said “Is there anything else I can do for you?” I was very impressed!! I wish I could remember her name.

**Important** The store part is currently being remodeled. Right now this location is pharmacy only. After the remodel it will have a pharmacy and a clinic but no store.

Pharmacy is horrible. I have gone here twice now and both times my prescriptions were not ready after more than 24 hrs. The second time my prescriptions were called in by my vet for my dog. They didn't tell my vet they didn't have one of the meds. They didn't tell me when I called in to see if they were ready. When I went in to pick them up I was informed they needed a profile for my dog. I wasn't informed of this despite calling in 3 times. Finally when I checked out, I was informed they didn't have one of the meds. They are incompetent and indifferent, don't plan on returning.

Horrible customer service. I had a UPS drop off. Nicole stated that I would receive a text confirmation or email. I gave her my phone number.I never received a text. She told me that it may come in in an hour. I called after not receiving the confirmation. She told me over the phone that she would most likely need to rescan it. I called the store four times no one answered. I called the pharmacy and had them transfer me to the front still no one picked up. When I got in the store the girl at the register told me they did not answer the phone because they had a lot of people in the store. Nicole told me when she came to the front that no calls went through( as in the phone never rang).I drove across town to speak to her to ask her if there was anything I needed to do to ensure I received a confirmation. She had a horrible attitude did not apologize or tell me anything besides “it’s not on our end”. I asked if I could talk to a manager to make sure that my package actually was going to be received. She told me her manager was just going to tell me the same thing that she told me.Very disappointed not only in the service but in the manner that she spoke to me. And the fact that I had to drive across town for a store employee To tell me it’s not on our end with no further information to see if the package was received or would be received. She also stated that I would need to take it up with UPS. I cannot call UPS to track a package that I don’t have a tracking number/confirmation number for. If my package is not received to where I shipped it to I will inquire about additional investigation because this entire process was very suspicious. She did not offer any additional assistance or options besides repeatedly stating that it’s not on her end.Lastly, not only was that a waste of my personal time at 7:30 at night but the additional stress and anxiety because of the poor customer service and communication was simply just not necessary and inexcusable. I honestly wish I would’ve checked the Google reviews before visiting the store. If I would have done so before I definitely would’ve chosen a different location. This sounds like this may be a corporate issue not only with staffing but with management.

The pharmacy is amazing here. I will only use CVS from now on because of them. It is so rare to see people care for others as much as they do. Elizabeth has went far and beyond out of her way to assist me since I started picking my meds up from there a year a go. It is really hard to depend on a medication just to survive each month. When I contact them...I do not feel as if I am a bother or a burden...but instead...they treat me like a person that has to struggle month in and month out with severe anxiety and depression. Thank you Liz and thank you to that amazing staff.

Apparently you need to go through the drive thru at this location. They will ignore customers at the counter for prescription pickup and take care of the drive thru first. Nobody at drive thru when I was at the counter then a car came and they took care of them a few minutes later another car came and they took care of them and still didn't take care of myself or the gentleman waiting at the counter. Still ignored us after the drive thru was empty. CVS is one of the worst when it comes to customer care and safety.

Not inclusive or respectful about their transgender clients. When picking up prescriptions was told there wasn’t a prescription for my brother. When we assured the staff there was. We were very disrespectfully asked “ what’s her other name?” by the doctor and tech. His file has been marked with his name for 2 years now. We will be looking to move our business elsewhere.

For years I have used you and been very happy, but unfortunately you have decided to loose your focus on the customer and are only thinking of your own agenda. I tolerated having to wait at the drive up window to the pharmacy and waiting for15 minutes until someone finally came to help me, learning from that I stopped using the drive up and started coming into the store for my medications and I tolerated waiting in line for over a half hour before someone was free to get me my prescriptions. Now tonight, I stop into the store at 8:25 pm with a prescription that I needed filled and I am told that you need an hour to process the order and you close at 9 pm. From my point of view you had four people working in the pharmacy, and one person could not have taken 5 minutes to count out 40 pills. I was dismissed so casually. You have now lost my business and I hope others who have had the same experience will also find a store that thinks of their customers first.

I went to get a flu shot on Friday and was told it would be an hour wait to get it because they were short staffed so I asked to schedule a time to do it. He said no problem and we booked the time for Monday. I come back at the scheduled time and I was told the same thing. They were short and it would be an hour wait. It would be understandable if I had not previously scheduled a time with them. With my busy schedule, it’s tough enough to find time to get my flu shot so this is just unacceptable since I had to re-arrange my schedule to come back. I have been a loyal customer for them for many years now. They will not be getting any of my business again.

Pharmacy at this location needs some shaking up. I submitted a refill via the app, confirmation said it will be ready 9am next day. Hadn't received notification of readiness 2 days later so I call. After being hold for 10 minutes, they said it isn't ready, it'll be ready by 3. Great, I'll pick it up after work. I get there at 4 pm, after waiting another 10 minutes for one of the 3 people working to acknowledge me. it's not ready it'll be 20 minutes. Worst service in a long time. Tech, Fatima, was short & terse with me, very unprofessional. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.UPDATE : 5pm still not READY.UPDATE 2: 2 days later, it's finally "ready". Only filled 30 on a 90 day script. 🤬 Had a multitude of excuses for why it took so long to fill. I will never step foot into this location ever again. Inexcusable! You cannot have such a cavalier attitude with people's lifes & health!

Front store manager is absolutely horrendous. Refused to give prices that were posted by store personnel until I had gotten upset. She kept raising her voice at me while I was trying to tell her what was marked at a % off. She proceeded to call my mom and I a Bit** and use multiple profanities in front of my 1 year 9month old until my child started screaming and crying.I highly do not recommend this location to anyone who wants to be treated like a human being and have store policies honored.I will be escalating this to corporate as the store manager so rudely pointed us to do if we had a problem with the way she ran HER store.She also refused to acknowledge store policies that were brought to her attention and proceeded to ignore me and roll her eyes and refused to give the name for her district manager.

It's like the pharmacy staff were not trained well. Over the last year there have been multiple mistakes. The App and text reminders do not work all the time. The pharmacy staff are not helpful in fixing issues on their end. Instead they act like it's just okay to mess up and have a customer wait days to get a med. Also they ran out of a med and then couldn't get the other pharmacy to deliver some to them?! That's a really poor structure for a company making millions of dollars off it's customers. When will businesses learn that they are nothing without customers! I'll take the further drive and will be going to Walgreens.

Don't use this store if you need your prescriptions right away. Check before you go to pickup. My last script took over 5 hours and 2 trips to pickup. This time I am still waiting after 4 hours...good thing I'm not sick...no, wait yes I am.Update : after 20+ hours, 2 of 3 are ready today - the other is out of stock. Walgreens right across the street...GO THERE.

It’s happened 3 different times now where I have gone in to get my medicine, 3-4 HOURS, after it was sent and it still wasn’t ready! The first two times I let it go because I could tell they were short staffed but today they were not short staffed. After this time I am switching my pharmacy’s.

This used to be a good Pharmacy. One male staff member has work boots with no laces his clothes are always dirty and unkept. All employees are terribly unhappy and not wanting to help. 3 times in the last week they have messed my perception up, or did not have it ready when they said it would be available. My spouse had the same issue. Went to pick it up, not ready the day after they said it would be ready. Promised her it would be ready in an hour, 3 days later still not ready. Come ON CVS!!! THIS SERVICE IS GARBAGE!

Very unhappy. Took over 20 minutes to get to the pharmacy window. There was a car in the main lane so I pulled up to the second lane. He finished with that person then another car in the first lane. Before finally telling me that if I'm not an app user that I have to come to the first window. Guess what?! Another car pulls into the first lane. So now that's 3 cars before helping me. Took me an extremely long time to get 1 thing. Very unhappy. The people here act like they can just do what ever because we need our meds so what else are we ganna do.

I switched to CVS because they had a drive thru so I thought it would make my life easier. It's the worst one I have ever used. They refuse to communicate with my doctors properly, they lose information from doctors, and they block the drive-thru entrance so you can't even use it.

Im signed up for every auto notification they offer. My Dr office called in my prescription on the 18th. Called CVS 3 different to check on the status and they kept saying they have not yet received it. The doctors office did infact send it, but CVS didn't have the medication in stock, however, they just moved the status to "were working on it" - this was Monday the 23rd . After I called on the 24th, they finally said they didn't have the meds but would be able to fill it Friday. Their master plan was to say they were working on it for 5 days. Thats confidence

Terrible interactions with customers. Rude pharmacists that cut you off mid sentance. Takes 37 hours to get a script filled. Place is a joke. Avoid like the plaugue. Id give zero stars if I could.

Walked in to see if they had Hime Covid tests. I was greated with a snotty remark of No. Needless to say I dont think she liked the fact I came in at 750pm. I will not be going back to this pharmacy or store ever again.

Maybe update your store hours to accurately reflect when you’re actually open so people don’t travel out into -26 degree weather to find you’re actually closed. This would be nice since people, oh, I don’t know, depend on their medications.

Have waited on the phone multiple times in a day to speak with the pharmacy. I waited 15-20 minutes each time. I ended up hanging up because they never answered the phone. Someone finally picked up after the 3rd call 10 minutes into my waiting in hold... ASKING ME TO HOLD AGAIN!!! Terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY.

Absolutely awful! Wait for 10 minutes in drive thru to find that your script that was called in yesterday is not ready. Called for store manager and was put on hold for over 3 minutes to be told that she was not in..... going to try to call someone higher up the food chain, but don't hold alot of hope for that.... won't do business there again

Terrible pharmacy staff who can't follow through with anything. No help and no meds for almost a week. Have to switch to a different pharmacy. I miss Walgreens. Unfortunately, they don't take my insurance or I'd still be there.

Please explain to me, whenever i am in the drive through on 16th Ave there are vehicles that drive up behind me, i am told to pull around and get back in line? But when i pull up to 3 vehicles ahead of me...the line does NOT move?
