I am not one to write reviews but this was just gross. We came in around dinner time and they were pretty busy, staff was kind and we understood and were patient. We ordered our food and sat down. Once we got our first burger we realized there was a nice long hair in it. We returned it and had them remake it only for it to come out disgusting and raw. This was a kids meal burger. By the time the 3rd burger came out the appetite we had was gone. Very disappointing. At least they gave us a free ice cream coupon 🙄 that definitely made it better. Not.

On 2 different occasions, I had issues with my drive through order. Both times I provided feedback of my experience. (paid to add bacon i never received and received less than half an order of coleslaw. ) Each time I was contacted by Culver's, once by email and once by phone, with promise to send coupon or gift card after providing my address. Never received coupon either time.Culvers is one of the few fast food restaurants i will eat. Going forward i will drive across town to a different location.

Pretty clean Culver’s location. Not enough close parking that you may need to walk by the drive thru traffic which can be unsafe. The food is what you expect at Culver’s and the service is always friendly. I always get the onion rings but they do have good crinkle fries, or the classic Culver’s cheese curds. Tenderloins are great (get them with the works), pot roast sandwiches are good but can sometimes be dry. Culver’s Deluxe is a good burger as well

I ordered a vanilla milkshake this time and when I went to pay, I was greeted by CALEB at the window.Customer service was excellent and the shake was great!!!I will say their food is fresh and very delicious!Highly recommend Culver's on Edgewood Rd SW.

I will love Culver’s till the day I die. They have the best chicken strips and fries I’ve ever had. Best fast food EVERDietary restrictions: They do very politely tell you if something has _______ in it. If you have severe food allergies to something, tel them!

The food was nice and hot. Culver’s has such a good Reuben and if you haven’t gotten the cheese sauce to dip you’re fries in...you’re missing out!

When you add bacon to a burger 10 times out of 10 they charge you, 9 times out of ten they then do not put it on your sandwich. Their burgers the last several orders have been nothing but the charred, burned crisp end of the burger but the entire thing all the way through, so essentially they scrap their grill and put the discard/ burnt scraping between a bun and give it to you as a burger. Culver's used to be our go-to for fast food, and I've tried to give them 5th, 6th, 7th chances, but it's not worth the wasted money anymore. When I've called management to give feedback they always ask for an address to send coupons then never send them, I do not call to get free food anyway but don't say your doing something then don't follow through, kind of like charging for bacon then not putting it on your sandwich. For the prices you pay, save yourself a meal that's 9/ 10 inedible and spend a little more to go to TRH where at least you'll be able to eat what you pay for.

This Culver’s did not meet the expectations I have grown used to. It was not horrible just not the norm. Service was just average at best and the food was not the quality I would would expect based on previous visits to other Culver’s. Cleanliness left a little to be desired. Keep in mind I’m basing my opinions on previous visits to other locations. Maybe I’ve been lucky all the other times.

I love Culver's! The food is always fantastic and we love cheese curds. When I visit, I love to come eat inside. The atmosphere is always nice and cozy. The food is always hot and the staff are always friendly. We love the custard too. So yummy and we don't have Culver's in New Mexico. So, it is always a treat.

Being in Iowa native I always attempt to stop at Culver's when I come back to visit. We had a tenderloin shrimp basket and fish and chips. I also have to get the cheese curds every time. It always impresses me that Culver's runs with a lot of young staff but clearly their training program and leadership creates a culture of service and their employees. Service was great food was great and always loved the Midwestern and Wisconsin themed pictures on the wall. Can't wait to come back and visit again.

It was my sisters 1st time eating culvers and she loved it. Food was fresh and hot ready for us to eat before we even found a table to dine at. Customers service was great. They really take care of you here with any questions along with satisfying your craving doe a nice juicy mouth watering burger.Kid-friendliness: They have a great kids meal that is health friendly and comes with alot for the price.
