Greg and I have been taking our almost 4yr old Golden Retriever, Tillie to Dots for over 3yrs now. We are always confident in the care she receives and feel Jennifer is an exceptional and loving care giver! We don't know what we'd do without Dots! We are impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. The climate-controlled building has good size indoor/outdoor runs for each dog. There's a large fenced gravel area for group play or individual play. Jennifer is personable and our dog enjoyed meeting her. I believe our dog will enjoy her stay. Well worth the drive.

We drive almost an hour for Dot's to groom my dog. They are VERY nice to her and extremely patient. My dogs coat looks and feels amazing! They are also very accommodating with my work schedules. We will not go anywhere else for our dog grooming!

We just recently were referred to Dot's by a friend. We have used both the grooming services and the boarding service for our cockapoo. We are extremely impressed with the care given to our dog and continue to seek out opportunities to refer others to this location. Our dog comes home happy and well cared for; he doesn't smell (which is something we typically would experience after boarding), he is not overly tired due to lack of relaxation and he isn't nervous when we arrive because it is quiet and calm. We have experienced several other groomers and boarding locations and are confident we have found the best location around the area.

Friendly and welcoming staff. I loved their flexibility and how quickly they got back with us when making our appointment. Our high energy boy enjoyed all of the play time and especially his one-on-one off-leash walk in the natural area around this boarding facility. Also put us at ease knowing that they handled administering our pups necessary medications.

I found Jennifer by recommendation from my apartment complex. What a godsend she is! I feel so fortunate to have someone come to my house, where my dog is comfortable!! She gets very nervous at kennels so I don't like leaving her at one. Believe it or not, this is the first city I've lived in that has mobile pet services like this. You have given us so much peace of mind by checking on Miss Kitty during long weekend vacations, or playing with Daisy multiple times a day during our day trips. We will miss you when we move!

My three dogs stayed the weekend and I believe they enjoyed it. The price was cheaper than I thought, which was great price. My yorkie got groomed and he looks so cute. I will definitely use again.

I highly recommend Dots Groom and Board!!! The owner treats our two furry kids like they are her own. I never worry when we have to kennel our dogs because I know they will be taken care of! The facility is very clean and well maintained!!

Jennifer is kind, gentle and efficient. She treated my elderly and shy Bernese Mountain Dog well, he looks gorgeous (look for pics on the Facebook page) and her patient demeanor made this experience positive for him!
