Another example of Pilot/Flying J employees not caring about the time of truckers. Once again 5 people in line for showers, at least 1 shower empty and dirty for more than 15 mins, and no one cleaning showers, even though there are more than 5 employees walking around in the store. I might as well start fueling and shopping at Loves and TA/Petro. Much better customer service.

The shower on app shows available but it’s not, they started to clean after 15 min I reserved and 3 more drivers. And it took them just one shower to clean 40 min even the showers was empty. Ridiculous! The pilot franchise management needs to pay attention for long time now! Always dirty nasty

Subway deserved the 5 star, however, Ms. Cynthia, deserves none, due to her LACK of customer service. She was very rude and doesn't need to help out at subway and if she is a manager she DOES NOT deserve to be in that position. She needs to be retrained on customer service.She was rude to my sister and myself and nice to other customers. All we did was ask her to change her gloves because some ingredients that she touches our stomachs can't handle.My sister said light sauce well there wasn't light sauce it was more, I said light black pepper well she put more that light that my mouth is tingling like I'm eating nothing but black pepper.

Plenty of parking very huge lot half of it is gravel. The Wi-Fi is excellent for the paid one. There is a subway and the subway made the best sandwich I think any subway has ever made for me. Be inside the store has a lot to offer it's very welcoming clean and friendly. All of the staff were very nice. The only issue I had was the showers as others say or very small the only improvement and I could see was that. Also in the showers there was no bench or anything for someone to sit to get dressed. I'm going to say the only complaint that I have is the way the showers are so small. Other than that this is a very nice Pilot to stay at and I would definitely stay here again. The outside was clean and well taken care of. Everyone here especially Cheyenne my cashier was very very nice here. It's one of those pilots where you want to go back just to have the friendly service that you don't see just anywhere. I love this Pilot.

Excellent place to come and do a long rest inside I was very nice and clean neat big spaces there's a Subway nice good seats customer service is good good showers the entrance is right in front of the exit which is extremely helpful so you will not miss it good stuff to eat healthy yogurt bananas and small snacks that is very low on calories.

We stop here once or twice a week and it's a good place.The staff is usually very nice, they have two cappuccino machines and fresh coffee is typically always available when we stop in and of course there is subway as well as an assortment of drinks and other snacks. Plus on the opposite side of the lot from the store is a place for your four legged friends to do their business, though in recent visits I've noticed that the area I just mentioned has been getting increasingly more nasty because drivers are throwing their trash on the grass.Tip: If you are going to shower and have your spouse, partner, Ect. ask for the handicap shower. The area of mobility is larger than the rest of the shower rooms. Only downside is you'll need to put anything you don't want to get soaked up on the counter or as far away from then shower as possible.

I didn't get the gentleman's name but he had a broken arm with green cast on. Best customer service I've ever had at any place. I will definitely be stopping by every time I come through. Thanks for the service bro. Definitely deserves a raise.

Although my shower was clean... when was the last time some actually took the time to DEEP clean the drinking fountains. From what I seen it's been far to long. I bet the hoses and connections on the back are absolutely disgusting! May I suggest a flush out of all your hoses. My my. Dew tasted horrable!

Visited first time here and Debby was really nice and A1 in her work. Really happy with our subs as we got meatball and rotisserie. She really knows how to make subs. Nothing left out all was pakcked up inside.

Stay over night Saturday and Sunday this guy name safe place and made a great person that works there Joseph 👍. This guy had a great personality and patience with people. I don't know how he does it but if that was me I would of quit but that's way we have great people like Joseph that works at this Pilot Gas station.

So my 3 yo son and self went inside around 6:45 pm. He was asking for a hot dog all day and there were none on grill. However there were a few that were just taken off the grill and were still hot. So as he is asking for a hot dog I ask three store employees if we could have or buy the taken off the grill . Guy behind the counter couldn’t answer it. Lady in Black suburban working in Subway couldn’t make an executive decision. So the one, can’t call her lady after the fact, over weigh with dark hair went by the machine. Said no and threw the whole lot in the garbage right in front of a hungry kid. I explained that these are the values taught in America nowadays and that soon it will be judged accordingly. He lost interest as soon as he got to the truck:). You may say you are just following the policy, but if you can not or vested with the decision making a decision about a couple of dogs, or throwing it right in front of kids face, you are a waste of air in my opinion

This location over charges you then argues about refunding the amount of which they over charged. They have very limited food, a subway which is out of stuff. Nothing on their roller grills. Advise doing shopping at truck stop on other side of highway.

Came here and got a couple bottles of water and a tank of gas. The clerk, John, was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. I liked his jokes.

i used to work at 495 but i got bullied tell i left and so did multple other emplyees, after the guy finally lost his job, and he only lost it cause he didnt went to jail, i tried to get my job back and got told no because i didnt get along with a bad employee, all the good workers are treated badly here, it seems playing on your phone and not doing your job is promoted here guess cause i do my job i am apparently not cut out to work here.

This Pilot has multiple issues but first the positive: it has large parking lot, half of it unpaved, but lots of space, easy to maneuver around. In addition, there’s a Subway and the Pilot staff on this Sunday were super nice and friendly; they worked hard, kudos to them. As for the negative: this Pilot seems severely understaffed. I waited for 40 minutes for a shower as first in line, while the number of waiting shower customers only kept going up. In total I waited for more than an hour. The parking lot was maybe 1/3 full at this point. The men’s washroom was beyond dirty and there was trash everywhere outside in and around the lot. Garbage cans lie toppled over. This place is in need of a good clean up and definitely some more team members.

Bought 4 roller dogs. Two were ok, other two were awful!! Bought a quart of Prairie Farms 2% milk. After chugging it, there was something thick and slimey on the bottom!!!!! YUCK! WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TO! DISGUSTING !!!

So there was a lady working around 4pm yesterday who was one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever run into at any store. She totally went over and beyond for me by taking down my phone number and contacting me to follow up with what I needed. Mind you, I believe they were short staffed but you couldn’t even tell. I’m going to contact corporate as well because she truly gets it. I will be returning solely based off of this experience.

The last two times I’ve stopped here at the gas pumps aren’t working correctly and it’s very frustrating. Needless to say there won’t be a 3rd time. Save yourself some time and just go to Kwik star.
