Driver beware, came in to check in. Got approached rudely from the manager. Then the morning of the unloading the rudeness didn't go Away. They need to learn respect and major customer service skills. If ur unhappy with your job you need to find a new job, instead of being rude with people that bring ur goods to ur store.

Only complaint I have, is there seems to be a restocking problem. For example a product that is required for spring or early summer, may wellbe in stock in early spring, but it will get sold out and your chances of seeing it come back are slim to none. If you can't keep a $5-$6 retail price product in stock during the height of its selling season, how are you with the rest of your inventory. LOST SALES !!!!

They have their fruit tree selection out now but limited variety. Generally a good store for farm and home supplies.

They have a little bit of everything you could need. Similar to Runnings but much better selection in outdoor item selection. Very affordable prices and always have good sales going on. The organization and cleanliness of the store is the reason it was a 4 star review versus 5.

Purchased 4 lb bag bird food first of October, I came back to day 11-22-.. to purchase another bag an to ask about lg order I would of prepaid. Went check out talk with cashier asked her if could order she about the name of food. I didn’t remember but ask if we go look on shelf. I wanted to order. Her unprofessional response was if not one on the shelf she cannot help an truck will bring one in when it comes..to my confusion I just said I order on line. I was just trying to shop local since it was going to be bulk. To bad lost big order.

It is always understaffed. They never ask if you need help carrying a 40# bag of feed out. (Im 65) I had to help a guy load a generator as no one inside offered. The store is always dirty.

A great place to get supplies for around the home/farm. Good prices, and an okay staff. Only real gripe is sometimes it can take a while to check out because they typically have only one cashier.

Couldn't find what we were looking for and no one around to ask then waited in line a long time second checker called and still waited. Didn't get half of what we came for cashier didn't even know if the had spikes for fences and it's a farm store.

Horrible customer service. No one in the store could help to locate materials. Also chemicals were spilled all over the counter and cashier was rude and disregarded when she asked what was all over the counter. Will not be back again. Worst customer service ever ! Could not believe no employee could help locate materials & they did not care that they couldn’t and completely disregarded as a customer. Lost 2 farm and ranch customers today!

Horrible service, closed before posted time.. walked us out like criminals. I happen to have given up being a criminal awhile ago, guess she didn't get the memo... I will not be back , I used to love Orscheln stores but this evening definitely took the cake, no wonder why everyone is going to internet ordering... People are rediculous...

They are out of the chicken feed I buy often. I always ask them and they say they can’t change their weekly order. I think they have a new manager so maybe it will get better.

Don’t buy your baby chicks there. We bought 6 today. One dead by the time we got home, another a few hours later. Called to check on a replacement policy, they hung up on me three times ( something wrong with their phone) and rudely told me that they do not guarantee their chicks.

Another bad experience. When we checked out prices rang up did not match the sale prices on the racks. Very deceiving . ALWAYS watch what the clerk is ring up as you check out in the Atlantic store.
