Yall!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The owners are so amazing and so kind and walking into this place is like walking into a warm hug. There's a puppy sleeping on the floor and it's warm and theirs couches to read and my first time going in I asked if he had a specific author and he didnt but the next time i went in there were 7 DIFFERENT BOOKS BY THAT AUTHOR. They listen to their customers and are the friendliest people I've ever seen own a shop. This is my favorite place in the metro now. And very affordable! BARNES AND NOBLE WHO?!?

Love this place. Almost every time we visit Ankeny we stop and buy some books. My girls beg to go!! They have a huge selection of new and used books, at great prices. The staff is so kind and the atmosphere is great to spend time looking for the perfect new books!!!

First time visiting this weekend, got lucky and by coincidence they were having a buy 10 get 10 free sale on books.Store has a good selection and very friendly staff. Will be visiting again, thanks for the great store.

The employee who helped me find what I was looking for was very courteous and accommodating. He went the extra mile and I can say that I was very obliged. They didn't have the book that I wanted in stock, but he offered to have it shipped to the store from Amazon, which I needed. Very good store

This is a wonderful bookstore. Nice atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff ( including the gorgeous dog), and a huge inventory of all genres of books. Highly recommended.

Great bookstore. Had a nice variety of new books and also used book's. You could easily find books in the genre you desired. We always try to find a local bookstore when we're in a new city, this one was very nice. Will stop by again next time we're in the area.

if you’re looking for actually value from ur books do not trade them in here bro 💀💀 i got 19$ of in-store credit that will only go for 50% of a used book. Which is an okay policy by itself the store has to make money i get it, but 19$?? 😭 For 12 lightly used books that still go for 10$ apiece?? 😭 The store itself was fine but the trade-in value is horrible

Absolutely love this local bookstore! They have great pricing and an amazing selection. Not to mention the staff is so amazing and helpful. My niece loves the kids section and is constantly asking to go and get more books. Looking forward to many more visits to the store!

It was very crowded the day we went, and the staff, though friendly, seemed to favor returning rather than new customers. I was also personally shocked that they were asking customers to recite the Pledge of Allegiance to get a free book - this alienates non-US residents as well as people who wish not to participate in the nationalistic, neo-fascist act of pledging undying devotion to a country. The selection of books was also mediocre, though the children's section was robust.

Fantastic place! Great service great prices. Huge selection of both new and used books. They also carry puzzles and childrens educational products. Willing to order books as well. You won't find a better book store!!! Twice a year they have a but 10 books get 10 books free!!!

One of my favorite bookstores filled with used & new books. If there's a book you cannot find, the staff will order it for you. I've had them order two books for me. Great communication in letting you know when the book arrives. It's a friendly & well organized bookstore I'm always happy to recommend.

This is the best book store in Iowa! The owners are wonderful and the greeter is fabulous. If you need a book or toys for your children to learn, this is the place! I have seen some reviews that they are not wearing masks. That to me is wonderful, I take my son there every week

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Wall of Book in Ankeny! They are so kind and helpful! They’ve ordered in books for me multiple times now and called as soon as they have gotten them. Them have great prices and we love shopping and supporting local! We also love that they give us the freedom of choice when walking into their store! My girls love shopping and picking out books every time we come! It is our favorite book store to shop!
