I'm not going to be reaching out to speak to management, I'm sure you're already aware of the twice doubled scheduled med. I'm simply telling people my experiences.Not sure what's been happening here, but they doubled a scheduled med for me twice, that is so dangerous, had they done that to the wrong person, I don't even want to imagine what someone with debilitating depression could have done with 180 Xanax. Then they tried to get my doctor to verbally okay the doubled med, she was irate with them and refused because of the danger of the situation had I been mentally unstable. They did the same exact thing 2 months later, since they gave me 2 months instead of 1, I didn't go back for more for 2 months. Very dangerous. I should have warned people about this right away but after last night I won't keep quiet anymore. This pharmacy needs some workers who care about people, and pay attention to the very important work they're doing. There are a few really great people who work here, don't get me wrong, but they don't have it together and I was treated with more disrespect than I was willing to take last night from the new lady at the window of the drive thru. She's not kind, nor accommodating. I will either be switching pharmacies or be going inside from now on where the workers seem to be more concerned with their job than how many people are in the drive thru lane. Dustin is why I haven't left yet. Thanks Dustin and I'm so sorry I cannot remember the sweet gal who helps me, but there is one very kind female inside working. Always go inside here.

Why do I have to keep telling Hyvee how to do their job? I have a secondary insurance. I go in. They tell me I have a bill, I told them no you didn’t process my secondary insurance. It takes him 10 to 15 minutes to do this while I’m standing there. Every. Single. Time. I told them to fix the process when I leave , they tell me they will, and yet again every time I show up, I always end up owing money, or so they say because they never filed my secondary. I am sick and tired of waiting in line for 10 minutes because they are so slow and sitting in the back and hanging out on their phones and laughing and giggling ignoring the customers, or just literally not knowing what to do.

I am so happy that I switched back to this location for pharmacy. Dustin can truly make some magic happen and I can tell that he is always planning and thinking ahead and looking at each different possible scenario and makes them work as efficiently as possible for everyone very helpful person.

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Would love to give a - review, but 1 star is the lowest I can do. They have gone down hill horribly the last couple years! Never have scripts ready when said will be ready. Recently, They cancelled my script refill because they didn’t have it in stock. Didn’t even bother to let me know. I come to get it and was told yeah it was cancelled. Sorry. We can get it, have it ready in 15 min. But we close in about 20 min. Then gave attitude when I came back through to get it, was told they had a long line and would get to when it when they could. Complete attitude was not needed when they messed up.

If you need medicine with any type of urgency, look elsewhere. It often takes 6-7+ hours to get a prescription filled. I am going on 8 hours waiting for pain meds and have been there twice today. First time they said it would be ready in an hour and a half. I showed up two hours later and they said 30 more minutes.When my son had his tonsils removed, it took over 6 hours to get his pain meds. Completely unacceptable.

Slow at filling scripts and have to stand in line often to get your meds. Least favorite place that I've ever gotten a prescription.

I used to get my prescriptions here but recently switched due to every time I went to go get my monthly rx there was always an issue. Every single time. Last time I went my prescriptions were 2x as much as normal and they couldn't tell me why. I ended up getting a refund but I shouldn't have had to. One time my prescription I require daily was messed up and I ran out the day before and was not feeling well due to not having it but I tried to get it and they didn't have it on file somehow? I was trying to understand what was going on but the lady that was "helping" me got very rude and acted like it was my responsibility to figure it out and It upset me a lot. I was already stressed out and she made it 10x worse. Switching was the best decision I ever made.

Never had my prescriptions ready even though I got a notification saying they were. I also had to wait forever to even talk to someone.

Wether you're just short of paying for a coffee and Tornado for breakfast (just over $3.00), even though you have the money but your bank hasn't opened to approve funds, or you have enough money to pay for gas but the credit/debit system malfunctions, forcing you to use credit, it is a near guarantee you will be referred to the rule book and denied customer service. Random one-stop customers midday is one matter but to see a customer everyday for months at the exact same time in the morning and deny the offer of stopping back at lunch to pay for merchandise, is an abomination to humanity and this specific Hy-Vee's idea of "customer service". If the items I had selected would've been available for resale, I would never have had an issue. However, I personally verbally confirmed that all of the items would be thrown in the trash. To say I am upset is the epitome of an understatement. To say I will never be back into this specific store is one in the same. To look an honest hard working human being in the eye and tell them food and drink will be completely discarded because they are mere pennies short of fully paying is not only disrespectful but insulting. I would rather lose every one of my five senses and extremeties and be left for dead in the Mojave desert with no food or water, than ever step foot into this by-the-rules, corporate-ran, anti-customer establishment in my natural life. Just remember, "Hy-Vee", one unsatisfied customer equals thousands of lost sales.

Pharmacist was curt and unhelpful, offering little to no assistance in finding an over the counter medicine. Other employees at the pharmacy counter blantently ignored people waiting in line and were also extremely rude. A “smile in every aisle” was not experienced at this pharmacy.

Usually I get fast intelligent service when I come in. However, I talked with a young gal as I couldn't find the Lotrimin. She thought it was precription only, called a male pharmacist over to verify that it was indeed precription only. So I drove to Walmart and bought it off the shelf no precription needed.

Got out of the hospital and couldn’t get to the pharmacy before 5. Had to go all night in pain till opened the next day at 9! I think the hours are improper, and will be switching pharmacies because of it.

Awful service. You sit in line forever!! Since sitting in line. 2 other cars pulled up, waited for awhile and then left. I told my bf that he needed to switch to Walgreens.

Prescription sent in 4 hours ago for antibiotic for infection. Still not ready and pharmacy now closed. Have to wait another day for meds!!! Terrible.
