I came in for an inspection on my tie rod and they said I needed a new one but didn’t have the part of on hand and told me to come back tomorrow once they get one in. I came back and they didn’t have the part and Frank had one of his team members go out to a different auto shop so they could get it done that same day. There was a little mix up in getting the part but nonetheless, Frank and the team worked diligently to get it there. Frank was the absolute best and asked if there was anything else I needed done while I was there so I got new wiper blades installed and new cabin and air filters installed. Frank worked tirelessly to make sure I was all set to go and was very apologetic that the part wasn’t there when I got there and I had to stay a little while longer than I was supposed to (2.5 hours compared to 1 or less). Frank earned my service for a very long time and I cannot thank him enough for what he did. Frank didn’t overcharge on anything and cut me some deals because of the time I spent there. Always have enjoyed my shopping experience at FF , however this past trip has left me a bit discouraged, see I got there on a day they closed at 6 p.m. at 5:50 p.m. and I asked the lady if she could show me where a light fixture is what she was happy to do I told her that I had to get some premium horse bedding from across the store and then I knew they closed at 6 so I hope I wasn't rushing her and she told me that I was completely fine after grabbing what I needed it was 5:58 and I was heading for the premium horse bedding when older gentleman in the back of the store with a long and short of it reminded me in a very rushing way that I only had two minutes and then followed me all the way back to the horse betting watch me load my cart with 8 bales at that point finally walked away from me I never felt so unappreciated as a customer

I have to say that we personally drive from Des Moines to Mills Fleet Farm to get gas on a regular basis for their free popcorn. It's always fresh and wonderful! And the main store isn't bad either. We're always able to find the dog food and bird seed we need, and find a bunch of stuff that we never knew we needed that ends up in our cart too!

No 0 star option. Web site shows in stock. Typical big box, inventory is off. For $40 more we have an interstate battery. Maybe a neat place to shop, but when ever I want something specific, they're out.

An large store a bit like a Walmart store, without the food section. The quality of the items are of high quality but some are cheap originating from China. Good price for gas.The auto center is efficient. BUT don't believe them when they say they are going to page you when your car is ready..they wont...go check after 45 minutes, otherwise you'll be there for ever...it happened to me and 1 of my friend. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

No hassle on my battery exchange. Had all six of my spark plugs in stock at same price as Advance. Most places can't do that these days, its hard to get one in stock. Will return.

Will not deal with them again...... After buying a new set of tires.8 months later started getting sidewall crack's... Talked to them and Uniroyal about the problem. they said if they get wide enough they would warranty them. I can deal with that but the "slick willy" manager I had to deal with at fleet farm will make me never return to that store again for any automotive service. He definitely relies on people with no automotive experience to take their money.....

Will not be returning here for anything car related. Had an appointment scheduled for new tires and while we were in the parking lot heading into the appointment, we got a call saying the tires did not come in and they would have to reschedule. 15 minutes before our rescheduled appointment we were told they had to switch the tires that were originally ordered because the original were discontinued. No sticker was put on indicating an oil change even happened, which led us to question whether it was even done. The whole process from start to finish was frustrating and we will not be using them again.

I called to see if they had a particular item, she said yes we have 2. I asked her to hold them for me because I had to drive 25 Miles to get there, I finally got there, she said oh I didn't have time to grab them, and needless to say, they had NONE.

This is a great store with anything you could need. This place sells sporting goods, guns, clothing, farm equipment, tools, equestrian supplies, food, automotive products, power tools, boats, fencing supplies, agriculture products. This place is a one stop shop for agriculture applications.
