The people in the store are ok, but the website it a complete joke. Nothing you ever order from there arrives. I've tried 3 times. And the people in the store tell you "oh, we're different than the website" and the people at the website tell you "oh, not our problem your item didn't get there". I won't be buying anything from them again.

Bought an Iowa State sweatshirt at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. Package came the week of Christmas and it was a Miami of Ohio quarter zip. Called and tried to get a new one sent before Christmas and after the initial call there was no correspondence back. Terrible customer service, would not recommend anyone buying from this store. If you want to have to call repeatedly to get updates on order status and refunds then go right ahead.

I have called and emailed Cy’s Locker Room regarding an order. I still not heard anything after 2 weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend going to another company to purchase Iowa State apparel.

They have a large selection of merchandise and apparel. It all seemed reasonably priced. There is something for every cyclone lover. Great place to get that gift for the person that is hard to buy for. Good location. Helpful staff. Will definitely be back when we need more cyclone stuff.

The customer service for the online retail store is awful! I only received part of an order I had placed. I could not get anyone to give me any information about whether I would received the missing shirts after several emails. After various attempts to contact them within the next month, I asked for a refund. Now two months since my initial contact with them and still no merchandise or a refund.

Placed an order a week ago. Have yet to hear anything from anybody about my purchase and why it hasn’t shipped or anything yet. Nobody returns emails or calls. Don’t waste your time buying anything from here. Extremely disappointing.

I will not be ordering from here anymore. They used to be a great place to get ISU Merch from. They are a rip off now. I ordered their new PPE gaiter, got the email confirmation of the order, & I was charged for it too. However, I kept getting numerous emails from them that something was in my cart. When I checked the cart there was nothing there and no orders in my history. Tried emailing, calling and then also left an old fashioned voicemail over the last few weeks since they reopened and NO RESPONSE at all.

I have ordered two different items. When the first one arrived it was wadded up in a plastic bag and then put in a box. The quality of the printing was dreadful and there was something dark and sticky on the back of the shirt, a sleeve, and under the other sleeve. I returned the item and and they replaced it. The quality was still poor, but there was nothing sticky on the replacement.The second item i ordered was also wadded up and tossed in a bag then put in a box for shipping. Again, the quality so poor. The fabric is incredibly thin, the printing is pealing off. And the sizing which it claims to be a youth large would fit a small child that wears a size 7.Shipping took nearly 2 weeks after each order had been placed.Although customer service was pleasant and they did give me a return shipping label I really am not pleased with the quality of their product and the fact that they can't bother to fold the clothing in order to ship it.I will keep the too small shirt, but I will not be purchasing from Cy's Locker Room again.

Very disappointed with Cy’s Locker Room. Upon trying to use a gift card (with no expiration date) to shop for holiday gifts, I was told that Cy’s Locker Room no longer accepts gift cards and that I would not be able to use it to make my purchase. To deny a customer from using their previously purchased gift card is unacceptable and I will not be shopping here until able to use it. I hope they communicate this issue with customers in the future and promptly resolve the issue.

I've placed three online orders and they were all filled incorrectly. Orders have been lost, and two were filled with the incorrect item. On top of this their customer service is very poor, with replies to requests taking days or just being completely ignored.

Love this place, but I live in Denver now and when I got home and washed the clearance shirt I bought, the color was gone where the hanger was, bummed, but still love to stop by whenever I make it back to Ames.
