I called ahead to confirm the co-pay for my diabetic prescriptions and was assured by an employee that all three medications would have a $0 co-pay. However, when I went to pick them up the next day, I was charged a co-pay of $30.75. When I called the store to address this discrepancy, the staff were uncooperative and rudely hung up on me, claiming the previous person didn't know everything. Due to their appalling customer service, I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I strongly advise against using their services.

I parked my car in there for less than an hour and they had it towed. There weren't any signs at the time in that spot. I complained to the manager a woman and she said she wasn't a manager and pointed to a man. The man said that she was indeed the manager. She also said she saw my car there all the time and it was the very first time I have ever parked there.

Everyone at this CVS is nice to interact with if I have any questions or need help finding something. The store is clean and (barring the occasional tricky item) it's easy to find what I'm after.

In my experience, it appears the pharmacy is often understaffed and unable to adequately handle processing my prescriptions in a timely manner. Most of the time when I go there it appears there is only one person working and there are sometimes a line of people waiting to be served. Just today I was told by the pharmacist that he would not be able to fill a critical pain medication in the 3 hours left before closing because among other things "he had to run the register too". I would like to hear why store management finds this level of service acceptable.

We scheduled a visit to receive our flu shots there, and it was an easy, fast process. A single pharmacist was running the pharmacy on her own, and she deserves a medal for everything she was managing single-handedly.

I have a very ghetto experience here. People are stealing stuff out of the front of the store and no employee was in sight. There were like ten people at the pharmacy and one person working back there. I did not want to be associated with that place and I left as soon as I could.

The store is clean and the selection of products is actually pretty good. However, continually myself and my co-workers will accidentally buy products that they are selling which are past their expiration date. Otherwise it's a pretty decent store.

Checked their website for a blood pressure monitor and upon finding one I walked to the store a block away rather than waiting for shipping and upon arriving found out the same item was twice as much as the online price. I asked about it and they said they had no idea and told me they could not give me the online price. As far as I can tell this is an attempt to capitalize on internet illiterate people buying them in-store without price checking online because if they tried to charge that price online their price would show up right next to that of Walmart or Amazon which have roughly the same price as their online price.

I submitted my films to develop, and they LOST original copy of it. . Unfortunately… workers in cvs have NO IDEA about there film developing service. Manager didn't show up ( maybe day off). I was waiting for a long time to pick it up. After a week, I went to cvs and the worker said it's not ready yet. But when I checked the receipt today, it was there when I visited. ( Ssibal) It's terrible place to develop film. Go to Walmart for photo. The printing quality is horrible. Nightmare 😐 I know it's not expensive but I had no option to choose printing quality!! One more, I'm pretty sure the developing station they are using is bad. I found some noise on my image. And the order detail said they developed fuji film! I gave Agfa vista!!! I really wonder to know how they work. They are so CARELESS

I'm so glad there's a pharmacy in campus town finally. It was long overdue and this place is really nice. Love the drink selection and it's convenient distance from campus.
