We stopped in for a snack and cocktails and were pleasantly surprised. The cocktails were top notch as the bar tender TJ was truly amazing and definitely knew her stuff. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms that were delicious !!!! This is a must stop when in the area !!!

We ordered Mussels for an appetizer, half of them did not open during cooking which could indicate either not cooked fully, or already dead when being cooked. They didn't bring us any extra plates so we kind of had to huddle around the food. The broth was good though.Wife and I got the stuffed chicken breast meal, and the brisket sandwich and shared both. The chicken breast was dry and my half was 3 bites worth of food. The cherry reduction sauce with it was good, but didn't fit with the chicken.The brisket sandwich was also dry. It had maybe 2 slices of brisket on the whole thing. The gouda cheese was broiled until it was black and I picked it off. The fries had a good amount of salt but were a bit soggy. When the food was dropped off we requested a side of BBQ sauce. There are no condiments at the table. Our waiter never returned to our table the rest of the night. I had to go to the hotel bar to request to pay, and they sent me back to the restaurant and the bartender went to find my server who claimed they were making salads. We were our servers only table. When we left there were only 2 other tables with patrons on a Saturday night.Don't recommend eating there but a cool atmosphere.

We had high hopes for our dinner here. Our breakfast earlier that day was VERY delicious but dinner was a real let down.The service was extremely disappointing, so much so that one has to wonder if the staff has received any training at all in food service. But that could be overlooked if the food is good, but it was hit and miss.The first hit was the side salad which was really fresh, the bleu cheese dressing and the croutons were delish!The potatoes with our “ribeye” steaks were also really good but the hits stop there. The vegetable medely was unseasoned and bland. The piperade, served on the beef was very overpowering and unpleasant. I’ve had piperade before that was delicious, this was not.I’m not sure what cut of beef they were serving as “ribeye” but I’ve never had a ribeye like that. It was quite tough with veins of gristle where a ribeye should not have it and completely lacking beef flavor. Add to that the fact that both were seriously overcooked and the result is an overpriced, unsatisfying meal.

Such a cool environment and locations. Excellent food and spirits selection. My only criticism is that the wait staff, although friendly, didn't seem well trained. There was a lot of things they didn't know (like soup of day and where a wine came from), forgetting things and just not real intuitive service for the price point of the menu. Perhaps it was a new staff person or they were having an off day. We will return because our experience overall was excellent

Two for lunch on 5/24, food was good and atmosphere interesting. Good help, I guess, is hard to find. As we sat starting our meal, young man running a floor washer swept past us twice within a foot. I asked the not very friendly young gal who took our orders, looked up how to make gin&tonics, and served us, if the floor scrubbing was necessary here and now. She replied "well, that's his job." All downhill from there.

We stayed here over thanksgiving. Rooms are lovely and comfortable., Friendly and helpful front desk and check-in. The dinner service was a bit chaotic but our server/bartender handled it well. Charming little place in amana, my bf and I loved it.
