googled this store and the posted hours are that it closes at 9. showed up at 8pm and the store is not only closed but had been long enough for no one to be around. afterword looked up the outlet hours and it sys closes at 7. there hours need to be updated and maintained. as a small business owner I keep up on this without issue. you should be able to as well. disappointed to say the least.

I ordered shoes for pickup and took my service dog with me to pick them up. He’s still getting used to crowded place so, I wanted to do some training. The gentleman that helped me was very aware of my pup and made sure we had space to try my shoes on. He helped me with the lace and getting the shoes ready. He bagged them up for us and we were on our way. He was very pleasant and helpful.

We went there tonight and took advantage of the buy one get on 50% off. I seen a lot of shoes that normally don't see in other stores only online. The employee was really nice and helpful.

BEWARE! You pay for any return shipping at full retail rates. They do not provide any return shipping label with a discounted rate. They should have made it clear that customers are on their own for any returns. I am fine paying for return shipping that is reasonable, when it is communicated up front. I would not have purchased from them had I known I would need to pay over $15 to return a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. You can’t even start a return online to let them know something is coming back to them. Driving 6+ hours to the nearest store for in person return was also not an option. Big waste of time and money. Never again!

One reason I am giving this place 5 stars: customer service. I had ordered some shoes online when they were having a buy one get one half off sale, the shoes are great except one problem, the security tag was still on them. So not knowing what to do I called the nearest store and got the MOST friendly and outgoing customer service guy ever, we had a friendly chat and he led me straight to the contact info to get returns sorted out. Spoke to another customer service rep and she got right on it and I received an email an hour later with the free return label.Can I just say going into this I was super bummed and frustrated to find out my new Nike's had a security tag on them but getting the best service made it all the better for me. Antonio it was a pleasure talking with you and thank you for the convo and helping me sort this whole thing out!

Very greatful for the awesome staff working today! My son got some shoes here but while he was trying them on he set down a sack of clothes, containing over $300 worth, that we had bought at another store. When we got home some 3 hours after we had been in this store we realized we were missing the sack. When we figured out that it was probably left at Rack Room Shoes I called the store and they had found the bag and set it back. What a relief it was to hear them say they had the clothes. Thank you!

Went in for new balance shoes . Telling them I needed the 608 .slip resent. No 608s but sold me something eles . I got them for work well I can't do my job in theses shoes as I slid when I mop . Called to tell them even though they first told me a week I could bring back . Now its sorry for your luck . Beware from buying from this store ...

They have a fantastic collection of reasonably and competitively priced shoes that are fashionable. There is a wide range up styles and quality levels and there is typically a buy one get one offer. Overall probably my favorite shoe store.

Was loooking for shoes my side and was having trouble with this. Was approached by a young kid, don't know his name, and asked me if I am finding what I needed. I said no and he walked away from me. I quit looking and WILL NEVER be returning to this store. At least at Show Carnival treats me good and have the same style that I need. Was here with family members that found what they needed with no help, but forget get people that are handicap!!!!
