Super friendly and helpful staff here.I don't do much shoping here. I only really come here to bathe my dogs in the self-service tubs which are really convenient.The only problem is the dryers are really, really, really HORRIBLE!!! These things have no pressure whatsoever. They used to be a lot better a long time ago. I'm not sure what happened to them. But if I try to rely solely on them to dry my German Shepherd, I would be there for an extra 2 hours. I mean, these don't even get loose hair flying at all.Please fix this issue or I will be going down the road after my punch cards run out.

We go here to get treats and toys for our 3 dogs and 3 cats. Decent selection, decent prices. The Altoona one has freshwater fish and last time I was there I took a look. Very healthy looking fish and setup they have.

This place is amazing huge selection of normal things like dog food toys ect. But the unexpected things you'll find are super fun, friendly ferrets, skinny pigs snakes dragons and the staff is awesome super willing to help you and tell you all about the pets. The self wash station is also amazing everything you need right there and you can take as long as you need!

I love ❤️ all these stores! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. We bought pinkies for my sons Corn Snake and he accidentally left them in the car all night. We couldn’t feed them to the snake so I went back for more (my 12 year old son was going to have to pay this time). At the last minute I grabbed the pinkies off the floor of the car and told the cashier what happened. She said they’d exchange them no problem!!

Great staff very helpful and always smiling. We take our dogs in for grooming mainly with Ellen and she is fantastic- we have a large hard to handle St. Berdoodle (just a puppy still) and he loves her!

Denied service because they were closing for the holiday while people were still shopping. My dog wasn't feeling good the past couple days so I just wanted to give him a little treat such as a toy or snack, but...no I couldn't even do that quickly. Ridiculous.

Awesome Place for everything your pet needs! Would give them 5 stars if they didn't have Cats in such a small enclosure within the store and I had thought th closet they were in was tiny. Overall great store great staff ! I frequent this store regularly even took home one of the Cats to its furever home!

I walked in, 9 months pregnant, and I was instantly greeted and asked if I needed assistance with anything. I was looking for a large bag of dog food, so the gal got the bag down for me, carried it to the checkout counter, then carried it to my car! I was so pleased with their excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful staff, great prices; and they have a huge selection. They carry the food we feed our pets, (Fromm) and lots of toys and snacks to. They have groomers on site, and a washing station where you can was your own dog if you wish. This is a great place.

It is a fun place to go and get pets supplies there Snake, guinea pig ,fish ,hamsters, bearded dragons and there's a cat and sometimes ,chinchillas ,Birds there's no dogs that you can take but dog stuff LOL

They have always been super nice and friendly! Went to them for my doodles trim and they did an amazing job. He seemed to love the groomer and the price was extremely reasonable!

I just stopped here to pick up some dog food my vet recommended. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, making sure I was finding everything okay and they were more then happy to help answer questions. At checkout i told them this was my first time here they asked if I wanted to sing up for rewards which actually saved me some money. I will absolutely be back!

Love coming to Pet Supplies Plus and using the self dog washing station. And my dog Max favorite part is the baked treats he gets to have after ! I think the cannolis is his newest favorite. Good prices on toys and good selection. Got some good stuff for my cat Mickey too while there. Lovely staff. Large story, great selection, and very clean.

We love going and looking at the pets- they have fish, snakes, ferrets, a chinchilla, cats, hamsters, & guinea pigs. The prices are a little more expensive.

The wash station alone makes this place worth visiting, but the knowledgeable and friendly staff, from cat litter to fish food, makes this place a go to for our family. Plus, they're locally owned! No need for big box places with a store like this! Also... They price match Chewy and Amazon! Shop local!

Love the dog wash. Several options for food, toys, treats and supplies for most animals. Love the service. This is our 1 stop shop for 2 dogs, a bearded dragon, and a parrot. With the current pandemic they offer curb side service.

I take my schnoodle there to be groomed. Paige is amazing with him. I can’t praise the entire staff enough for the amazing care they gave my boy while tornadoes were ripping thru Altoona and surrounding areas. I got there as soon as I could and Paige already had him in the tornado shelter area. The staff was making sure he was comfortable and as calm as possible until I got there. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the safety of my baby like I trust Reid’s entourage. (The staff dotes on him, he loves the attention).

Friendly people, nice selection, good prices.We went Saturday night to get a harness for our Chow puppy. A good portion of the staff couldn't get over him. We didn't mind at all, as it was a very good chance to socialize him. If we didn't live 40 minutes away, it'd be my go-to store for pet supplies.
