If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely filthy. Not a single clean table. Floors covered with food and trash. Bathrooms disgusting as well. Ate here on Saturday Aug 13th around 10. Fairly certain there was no manager on site, looked like a bunch of teenagers running the place.! Lots of employees standing around in the back. Seriously the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. - unfortunate because it’s newly remodeled!!

This is my second time at this location, and both times there was a missing item. This time it was the whole meal (minus drink). I even came through after busy hours. They really don't care. I do give the benefit of the doubt of being exhausted, but I mean how hard is it for the pickup window employee to double check the order? The place was clean though.

Usually do Drive-Thru here, as going inside is usually an absolute headache. Inside, getting people to help you, especially at night, is terrible. There is seldom a cashier as they rely almost totally on the order kiosk, and if you do need help, the manager running orders will just look at you because the Drive-Thru orders come first. That being said, Drive-Thru is almost the complete opposite. Their staff is in Drive-Thru is usually pretty friendly, and they are usually pretty quick to get you through. Like every McDonald's known to man, they will sometimes make mistakes with your order or have you sit there too long, but it doesn't seem to happen all that often.

I am not one to leave negative reviews and losing my business. I’m sure won’t bankrupt you. Something is changed with your coffee. This is the third time I don’t know if they’ve changed coffee, got a new machine that grinds their own beans, something has changed and makes the coffee absolutely bitter and I think they are brewing it cup by cup, which takes an inordinate long amount of time. I’m sorry to say I won’t be going there. I hope this is just a trial location, sometimes it’s a seemingly simple things to make the biggest impact but as a big coffee drinker I’m going to have to find another location

We received the wrong order. Waited at the counter for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there to get the food remade. They took the food that was wrong and proceeded to not remake the order at all. Waited about another 20 minutes before anyone came up asking what we needed. So I explained again what had happened. They finally remade it, when we got back to the table we found it was still incorrect. And just to note, we didn't modify or change anything at all in our order as how it comes regularly. We finally just asked for a refund on it, the manager who was less than pleasant huffed at us "You don't just want it remade?" No ma'am. We tried that already. Highly recommend going anywhere else.

I really like the fact that you can order for yourself now when you walk in. The food was pretty dang good! The only thing I would have to say is the numbering system, I don't get why we have to take a number when they call out a completely different number.All in all the visit was great I just didn't understand the numbering situation

I usually do reviews unless the service was outstanding. In this case it was not. I ordered through the app assuming that my order would be quick and fast. It wasn’t. They made me pull up and wait. They then forgot my medium shake. They brought it to me when asked. As I drove off, I realized they also did not give me my chocolate milk for my child’s kids meal. The fry’s were also way too salty. There was no line so I assumed it was going to be a quick and easy process and it wasn’t. I would’ve put a review on the receipt but I declined the receipt thinking I’d be fine. The one time I was wrong.

I am 63 years old . I frequently dine at McDonalds in many areas . This place is the WORST I’ve ever encountered , bar none ! The main problem my family and I countered yesterday about 6pmwas the young blond colored hair woman who said SHE was the Manager when we asked to speak with the Manager about our concern. The problem I initially had was that our two pineapple smoothies were literally a slight bit less than half filled each . We were in the drive thru lane . So I showed her that they were only half filled by pouring one into the other , which then left one of the cups almost empty . I politely asked for the other cup to be filled . She said NO. I already handed it to you . I said to her that I just wanted to get what I paid for…two smoothies , not one . Then she responded in a rude tone , by saying “ You didn’t pay yet ! “ . We were about to hand her my credit card to pay and then my wife asked to speak to the Manager . Then she immediately barked back at us …”I AM the Manager ! “ And she said “ you’re NOT getting your cup filled and that’s the way it is ! “ We were just shocked in her lack of customer service and her unprofessional attitude . This particular location has the luxury of a constant supply of customers because the location is directly across the street from Adventureland ( a busy amusement park ) . So as a matter of principle , I handed her back everything that we had ordered and that we had waited 20Minutes in line for , and said, “ here you are , we don’t need your food that bad ! “ and although we had a car full of hungry kids , we decided to go elsewhere . And the entire car full of hungry kids allAgreed with my decision to leave and not take the abuse by a rude employee .And then I drove away . I hope that McDonalds Corporate is concerned enough and has a way of correcting these types of situations by terminating very bad management staff like this rude young lady ! It’s employees like this young arrogant brat that is destroying the reputation and integrity of the MCDonalds name . Her attitude was that she didn’t need to be polite or respectful to me as a customer because she has a non stop supply of new customers every minute of every day ! She is so wrong !

I am one to ALWAYS give more chances….There has been a total of two people in the past year to make a coffee correctly. Shout out to the teenager, Shelby who knows what she’s doing. And then the older gal, Laura I do believe is her name?The ONLY 2 to make it correctly!!! Period no questions asked. It’s like Christmas morning when they make it!I like my coffee strong. So I always ask for extra espresso to make it stronger. They seem to put extra cream in it because I’m asking for extra coffee.So then I start asking for light cream, and the lady at the window does not understand me, and told me that she made it correctly. And then I say “no, I need a light cream that’s too much cream”And then it literally, I’m not even kidding, comes out black with hazelnut flavor.Ive literally MAKE IT THE COLOR OF THE BAG.Not lighter, not darker.Also. Last night, for a quick dinner, since we were busy all day. And they messed up for sandwiches, and gave no sauce.(First photo is as correct as it can get. The 2nd photo is when I said, no , I need light cream.)(PS I said light cream for both these orders)

Terrible service. I waited to pick up a doordash delivery order, which is okay and happens all the time. I let them know my order number when I arrived and they said they would have it out to me shortly. However, I ended up waiting 35 minutes. Somewhere within that time they finished the order and never said my number or brought it out to me. There was a crowd of people waiting around me for their same orders too. The manager, with blue hair, kept yelling at other workers to check up front for people waiting for their orders, but never actually stepped in to lead by example. She could have jumped in and started handing out orders waiting, and actually face the crowd, but she never did and neither did any of the workers. There were way too many workers back there to not have quicker/better service. This is my second day in a row with this McDonald’s picking up a delivery for doordash, and it has been abysmal each time.

I will never visit this McDonald's ever again. We stopped to grab something on our way to a wrestling meet. We waited 25 minutes for our food. We kindly asked how much longer it would be and the couldn't give e us the answer. We then asked to talk to a manager about getting a refund due to the wait and he ignored us. I believe his name was Tanner. We then asked the girls up front to get him, and he ignored us again. It took me yelling across the store to get him to come forward and address the problem. He was also touching his face with his gloves on between each food item he made, and he did not change his gloves. Disgusting. We finally left without our food after getting a refund as it was still not ready after 35 minutes. Tanner could use some extra customer service training.
