Just before 11 in a week day. I go to get a dozen donuts. 2 out of 3 flavors they are out of and the employee sounds like I'm putting her out by asking. I try 2 more flavors, they're out. I ask what they do have and she rattles off some names so fast I don't understand. I say fine just give me a dozen mixed with no jelly filled. She seems annoyed still.Hands me the box at the window. No napkins. I leave and open the box and she doesn't even have the flavor I asked for that WAS in stock.

We are Dunkin Addicts, and have been to many on our journey from New York to California and this singlehandedly was the best. The food was fresh and not thrown together, the coffees were excellently made. Whoever was working Sunday morning, January 28th, 2024 around 9am, shout out to you if you're reading this. On 09/23 my family and I left Adventureland at 6:53pm and I knew I would need a coffee to make the 3+ hour drive home. I looked up the nearest Dunkin and seen it was 3 minutes away and closed at 7pm. We pulled into the drive thru at 6:57pm and I was so relieved that it was still open. I know towards the end of a shift and at closing time the day catches up to a person and it's easy to view customers as inconvenient, which was what I was worried about being "that person" ordering at the last minute. The girls got my coffee made quickly and professionally despite it being seconds before closing, and I greatly appreciated the good customer service I received!

I stop almost every morning for coffee. Usually the service is fast and friendly. Today, I received my coffee and was told it would be a second for my sandwich. I patiently waited and watched the gentleman set down my food on their drive through counter. Unfortunately, my wait was even longer because I had to watch the young gal (long dirty blonde hair that’s always in a ponytail and always has her makeup done and eyelashes on) working the window decide it was a great time to take her phone out of her pocket and respond to a text message. Unaware that my food was set down and that I was watching, she finishing her text messages and then she finally realized my food was sitting there and snatched it off the counter and handed it to me without saying a word, not even a thank you. This is not my first encounter with this particular staff member being unfriendly but today was unprofessional during a very busy hour. I am a very loyal customer and I know this crew recognizes that. Almost all of them are super friendly but this time I was disappointed.

Drive-thru girl actually told me the total charge this time and I was surprised to find that my usual order is nearly double the original price. DD now charges $.50 per shot for OatMilk? I can almost buy a carton for the same price. Thanks for the years of service but I'm done.

Guess I'm disappointed and confused. We moved into the area excited to have a dunkin donuts near by. We have gone there almost every Saturday over the last 2 months between 9am - 10am. Almost every time we go, they are out of the popular donuts (jelly filled, sugar and today was their pumpkin). Today we were limited to 3 types (in our 6 pack box). 3 of the donuts we asked for were gone..... I thought this was a donut shop, based mainly on selling donuts....

I have ordered their pumpkin cream cold brew maybe 15 times and only 5 times was it correct. It's a menu item and they cannot make it correctly...literally multiple times didn't even put pumpkin syrup in it. I would say more times than not they mess up my drink. I would get it if it was a custom drink and messed up but it's not a custom drink its literally a menu item. Just go to Starbucks and save your time.

I’ve been to Dunkin a couple of times now and I’ve had a really good experience there each time! One of the morning workers is especially nice and really makes my day when he rings me up. I didn’t catch his name, but he was working on a few Wednesday mornings at the Altoona location and I know he was wearing an Apple Watch with a pride flag background :) he was really kind and deserves recognition!

We stopped in before 9am. They were out of the Halloween donuts. The gentleman behind the counter got my husband his sandwich and I asked for two donuts. The gentleman continued helping other people walking in and in the 10 minutes my husband took to eat his sandwich I still hadn’t been given my donuts. Ridiculous. We will never go back.

Slowly but surely they have gone downhill. How do you run out of donuts and then just throw in the only donuts you have left that obviously no one else wanted? Not understand the simplest of coffee orders and not know the difference between cream and whipped cream. Completely pack the wrong delivery order with items you didn't order?

While I have different preferences when it comes to the typical donuts...their jelly-filled Munchkins are top notch. I do wish the Altoona location allowed for online ordering of them, but they always have plenty in stock in the store. If you stop into Dunkin for your coffee, get some of those jelly-filled Munchkins...you won't be disappointed.

This is my go to Dunkin location, however, this morning I went through the drive through and had to repeat my order multiple times because the person kept talking over me and missing parts of my order, to the point of completely missing one of my drink orders. I get that mistakes happen, but rushing customers and interrupting is not the way to speed up the drive thru. When I got home, I discovered all three of my bagels were not toasted. They were burned, black edges, and hard all the way around. It may be a while before I go back to Dunkin. :(

I order my iced coffee on the app, and it's ready when I get there! The staff is amazing, fast, and so friendly! I typically ask for an extra shot of vanilla, and they make it perfectly! Today, Kiara and Hayden helped me, and I have so many nice things to say about them 😊 They're friendly and helpful and nice! Thanks for keeping me caffeinated and happy!

My daughter and I went here at 10:00 AM on Sunday because she wanted a strawberry frosted donut and a lemonade refresher. They had maybe two dozen donuts left, no strawberry frosted donuts and was told that lemonade is seasonal…huh. Ok no lemonade, fine. No strawberry frosted donuts and barely any donuts left come on, you name is Dunkin’ DONUTS. If you’re only going to have that small amount of donuts maybe you need to change your name to just Dunkin’. My daughter settled for Glazed Donut holes that tasted like they were day old donuts. Not impressed and won’t be back. It must just be this location, because the one in Urbandale has it together and does a great job.

Wonderful experience at this Dunkin'! Went with my daughters to use the gift card they gave me for Mother's Day. Justin (a manager) served us and was so friendly and engaging, he really added to our experience. Store was extremely clean, staff was so nice, food and drinks were fast and tasty. I got the avocado toast, delish, and it looked like it was pulled straight out of an ad...I watched the cool chick with the Harley Quinn socks make it, so I know it was fresh made, but also really aesthetically pleasing, which is such a nice bonus! Thanks Dunkin' staff, you're killin' it!

Locked my keys in the car and waited inside this dunkin donuts. The team members here were so friendly and helpful. They offered my 3 kids free donuts that made a bad situation better. I love going to this dunkin donuts whenever I have errands to run in the area!
