Picked up my dog from a weekend stay he was absolutely covered in pee and poop. He is crate trained and he stays in the house when we are gone all day at work with no accidents! No reason he should have been left in a kernel long enough he felt like he needed to go potty in there. Was never given any updates over the weekend. Staff was apologetic when I called about it but still doesn’t make up for the mistreatment! Will not be bringing my dog back here!

Love this place so much!! They took care of my baby Tucker several times. They are very clean and treat your babies like their own. Faith is so kind and helpful; you can absolutely trust this place!

Reply to messages timely. Excellent customer service. Multiple add ons available when boarding including baths and treats. Our pups always come home happy and exhausted ❤️

The earlier review has Pet Haven confused with a pet store called Pet Kingdom. Our dog loves to go to Pet Haven when we go out of town! I enjoy going to the Facebook page and seeing all of the happy dog faces!

There's not a whole lot of animals there and it like fish and birds that's it. They sell a lot of animals accessories but like I said before not a lot of animals
