Purchased one pair of work pants, waited in line for 15 minutes before I was checked out and it took the cashier 5 minutes to scan my one item, then after I paid I was handed my one item and receipt WITHOUT A BAG after the cashier asked if I wanted a bag and I SAID YES! I will not be back!

I has been to several stotes all over the state. Tipton has been so far the best tractor supply I have ever been to . Just do not hier any f up ex employees from MDs and you will continue to be the best store yet.

I met the new store manager, Nick, he is very professional and polite! I think he’s going to be a great addition to this store. Maya has also been very helpful every time I go in. I recommend their customer service

We're originally from Hamilton county recently moved to Tipton.Always heard from management and staff from the Westfield and Noblesville stores that TCS is a very family oriented company and is flexible with people who have kids and require a work schedule that works for them.But apparently, this is not the case at the Tipton store.Tipton has been posting job openings and has a sign, staff also complain that they need help badly. But obviously not bad enough, as my wife had an interview today and was turned away because apparently 4 pm to after close and all day weekends, isn't professional enough and not available enough for a place hurting so badly for employees.Some help is far better than no help. Whoever interviewed my wife was rude and unsympatheticMy wife left the interview in tears and feeling like she is worthless.Thanks TCS Tipton

I was fortunate to speak with a young MAN(Ryan)who is Well spoken and he assisted me with answers to EVERYTHING I asked him for my newly adopted dog!!! The store did a Great job when they hired this individual!!! He'll make a Great Manager if he stays with this company!!! Which I hope he does as I'll be shopping there for my Rescued baby!!! Regardless of Price this store is my new destination for all I need!!! It all the store employees are half as Kind and Knowledgeable about the store, I'm referring EVERYONE to visit this site!!! Just my OPINION !!! Nuff Said!!!

The staff were rude and condescending. The manager specifically degraded me for not checking the online price before purchasing. Your prices in store should match online. I will say thanks to the two staff that helped us load the large purchase. Work on hiring friendlier staff with better manners. Will not return.

Picked up a chicken coop today. Got help loading it by a very nice associate (didn't get a name but young guy with red hair) - anyway he was a huge help and climbed in the back of our lifted truck to load it. Great service!

I like their products but they are overpriced for what they sell. Won't ever buy their toys again, they broke too easily and are cheaply made. Not worth their price. If you need some things or farming gear its fine but i prefer going to Rural King.

My second favorite store. Tipton TS is a little smaller than Noblesville, but it's well stocked. Good prices on bedding and feed. Staff are very friendly.

They not very good at the store in Tipton because i placed and order at the store and they told me when it comes in that they would give me a call and they did not do that and i had to call them to see where my stuff was that i order from there. They was looking for it and could not even find all of my stuff and they put my stuff out on the sales floor and sold it. So i just called the noblesville store and they going to get the same thing for me and call me when it comes in and i like there good service there.

Online order; at store pick up. My favorite box of mixed type suet was not available. I was offered a substitute but opted to hold out for the 11.75 oz size. Helpful staff and manager.

The store is clean. They're not consistent with pricing items. I wanted to purchase some snacks for my dog that I brought with me, but the item I wanted was not priced. I looked at some coats for my dog, but they were not priced either. I looked at some things on discount, but again no price. This is pretty consistent for tractor supply. They neglect to put a price on all items. You're supposed to guess or go hunt down a clerk and wait for them to hunt for the price. I bought four bags of rock salt and no one was available to help me load them; apparently everyone was on break. The last time I bought softener salt at TSC in Tipton I had to wait 20 minutes for a young man to come and help me carry the bags out to my truck. The young man was mad that his break was interrupted and that he had to help me. I won't purchase my softener salt there again. The cashier was friendly. When she finally opened the register. She was at the register pricing items while six of us were in line at the other register. After about 15 minutes she finally decided she needed to open her register. Parking: I didn't want to have to park far away because I had to get rock salt, however the closest parking spots are all handicapped! I had to pull my truck up next to the store with people driving by and a few were upset because they thought I was in their way, but there was no other way to get the salt. I wasn't about to carry 4 bags of rock salt that far across Carter's Mall parking lot. At least we have a farm store in Tipton again; that's the most positive thing I can say about it.

Was desperate when my lawn tractor broke down, and after visiting several places in Kokomo and receiving a couldn't care less attitude, went to TSC in Tipton. Leonard took the time to check other TSC stores around the state to find the tractor I was looking for. Finally, he ordered a Cub Cadet from the factory, had it assembled and delivered to my home in less than a week! That's customer service you just don't get anymore. From now on, I will bypass Rural King and shop where the store is clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Sucks on line May fix the app sometime but app is hair pulling out aggravating Walk in store no problem clean nice employees could Ii improve The sling shots and pellet selection should stock.177/ .22/.25 that's small bore
