Always have stuff in aisles.Why can't they stock the shelves out of the storage room in back, instead of lining the aisles making it impossible for customers to get to merchandise. Why do they scream from the register to the other employees in the store? So rude when they scream right in the customers face!!!

The general check out staff seems to do a fine job; however the store itself seems to have and continue to have lots of issues.Sections not shocked, sections roped off so customers are not to access those areas;and in general the store needs to be cleaned and organized better.I'm guessing these issues most likely are stemming from the management not doing as effectively of a job as they probably should.

Like most; the store is very small compared to what all they have. They're always packed with boxes and carts of delivered goods needing shelved. The prices are somewhat high for some things but then again great for others so it weighs out but I would expect a general dollar store to have more for a dollar. Although we can only ever find a specific laundry detergent at Dollar General so I know they have more great hidden qualities. Also; great selection for foods in such a small place. I recommend this small shop to anyone not wanting to pay the high prices of our local market.

Always filthy but employees are very nice. This is true for nearly every DG I've visited. It is very convenient and the prices are good but the floors are extremely dirty and there are usually merchandise carts parked in the aisles making it hard to get to the products.

All the basic DG stuff. Building is old and aisles are narrow. Workers are friendly. They always have carts in aisles to restock. But it's a small building so the managers are doing the best they can do with what they have.

I shop here a lot because it's really close to home and the prices are good, but out store is a disaster. There are ALWAYS merchandise carts blocking multiple isles. It's just a mess. Employees are pretty nice though!

Why does the store have to wait until there's a line of people before the other person will open the other register? Why have two registers if you're not going to utilize both registers? The poor guy that was working was trying to assist over 20 people! The manager came up, opened the register for 3 people, shut it down, and went back to doing whatever they were doing, and 8 of us we're still in line at the other register! The store is cramped; very cramped! The prices are good, it's not clean, and the staff is usually not friendly at all. I hate going in this store. I try to avoid it if at all possible.

A lot of 50%-70% off items. But the store is kinda torn apart, I asked if they were shutting down and has said no that they are about to renovate. It sounds like it's future self will be much much better.... Oh and service was kind and also fast just as usual.

Just a typical dollar store. Aisles are very crowded - some even blocked completely off due to unloading shipments, which usually remain that way for a week or more. These also cause there to be limited selection. Some employees seem untrained / careless, but there are a few who make the checkout process fast & easy.

Friendly employees and they always seem to have some kind of cool deal going on. I love being able to look around the store and check out their clearance items and find interesting things that you cannot find at other DG stores.

It was soso so crowded!! Worse than usual. Had to wait forever for ck.out lady to ck. My things out, and my husband had cll, to tell me to hurry home, the daughter had a seizure!! And to top it off, i spend 50$ or more everytime i go there!! 🤨😤😤😤😤needa a bigger store!!!!!!!

The store is ok. Old and cramped, even with the remodel. I wish Dollar General would built a new store or moved to a larger one. I feel bad for the employees, but they do the best with what they were given.

Huge improvements. Much cleaner store. They seem to be short staffed since there was a lot of inventory in the isles. Still a big improvement since the last time I was there about 6 months ago.

HEY COOPRATE turn your air conditioner on or turn it down a few degrees. Then you probably wouldn't get so many complaints. It's not just about the customers your making your employees miserable. Which trickles down to the customers. It's also explains why your store is a mess all the time. I mean, you think employees are working at full potential? All I'm saying is you are losing way more money by losing customers than it would cost to fix ur air conditioning problem. Whoever is the district supervisor or district manager would be demoted if I was in charge.

Great place to shop for discount products. They are always full of customers and under staffed. The staff moves slow and the lines are long, I have to wait in line a lot. Make sure you have extra time on hand to shop here.

The one on Klondike Rd is always dirty The manager don't do anything Plus they gave me a 10.00 dollars and it was only half of it Took it back and they said they couldn't give me a ten back told me to take it to the bank and let them know I got it out of a atm machine The bank wouldn't take it They told me this isn't the first time someone brought money like that from the same store They need a big wig come and check on the store and don't let them know they are coming Plus the manager husband is always there

The girls and young men who work here are super nice several nice employeesBut one time the worker asked .y sister IIn law if I was stealing cuz I was couponing and I do several transactions my cart gets messy I get confused etc I wish she would have just asked me if I was stealing so I could explain I coupon. I don't steal I coupon if people couponed no one would have to steal or go hungry every again!Just saying I felt like a poc after that I don't think they mean too label ppl a their but it really bothered me

The staff was very rude! Pushed my sister out of the way when she was looking at merchandise just to put a cart of boxes in front of where she was looking. There was boxes all over and the shelves were empty.

I like the store it's got the Necessities that you need in a small town and you don't have a Walmart and Meijer but the only bad part is the building that it's in it's not very handicap accessible and they've always got carts parked in the Isles that you need to go down to get something

Completely unorganized. Nothing i needed was on shelf no staff would check to see if they got it in back or when it was coming in, even though they had no one in line at either of the 2 open registers. Rude staff continued to walk away from me while i asked 1 short question.

This store is so unorganized. Not once have i walked i to a clean store that doesnt have at least 2 isles blocked off by large carts with stock. They use their floor as a storage area. Ive seen horders homes have better organization.

Pretty much has what you need,as all dollar general have. Wasnt pleased that I was unable to use the rest room due to them closing with extra covid 19 rules,since I was walking and waiting on an uber. I had to go down the street to subway.

What more can we say when it comes to Dollar General stores from smalll towns all over the country to big cities . I find people like to shop the new Dollar General stores for more reasons than one . From being in a convenient location to keep you from driving farther than needed for that forgotten item to affordable prices and im noticing the changes in size of stores allowing more food,produce, and necessary items on short notice . It seems the little convenient stores are now arriving as the local necessary bigger store and much more convenient than before . Thank you Big D.G.Stores . ??????? Gas stations coming to Indiana from Dollar stores.

They have a new layout inside the store so it is more organized. I just got to get used to where everything is all at. Parking lot is the same.

Omg tipton im so glad Gods garuge referd me to Dan Youngs!I HAD 3 HRS TO KILL MY MOM HER BFF FE took me to dollar store! They had all the suppleys i needed!!!!It was aGod thing all the way 4 real getting my good old Betsy. Back good as new van hurra.

It's sad when Elwood has something better then Tipton. They would do better with a produce selections. I know its possible cause Elwood's Dollar Store has them. They could compete and ve a good competition for Needlers being the only selection of produce and cold food Tipton has.
