Poor experience with the pharmacy. Their taking after the staff of CVS on Wabash. They literally called and said my son's medicine was ready, then I arrive and they say the medicine is out of stock it will be delivered tomorrow. Smfh so why would the machine say my pick up is ready smfh

Every time I call to fill my medicine they say it can't be filled until this certain day and then that day comes and what do you know they say it can't be filled for another day or 2 more days. They need to get their information correct. You can fill 28 days in between. Today is the 28th day. I don't understand where some of these people get their information

0 Stars would be an accurate rating. Horrible customer service. Using GoodRx for my dog’s medicine puts them in a bad mood. When I verify they used GoodRx they tell me they used Walgreen’s discount and I tell them to use GoodRx. Attitude is thrown but they would do it. The last 2 trips when asked about GoodRx, their system is down and I can either pay the full price or go without meds. Just requested all our prescriptions moved to Meijer. I am so done with bad attitude and service.

I had medicine transferred from somewhere. They did not tell me the whole time they didn't accept my insurance. I had to wait longer to get it transferred back. It took 3 days

service is way better then the cvs across the street. I know it probably to do with the amount of customers causing extreme backups at times...but you really think they'd do something about that (such as hiring additional help on projected busier days. Anyways! Walgreens, you've always went the extra mile, and I appreciate that. Thanks for your continued business and dedication to customers!!

Great service from the pharmacy team. They are always polite and treat you with professional courtesy. Compared to the pharmacy team at cvs- these guys are ghandi. Although the phone wait time for calling the pharmacy is horrible. I've been on for 23 minutes right now. Classic music interupted every 11 seconds by a 9 second recording "were sorry our staff is answering other calls please hold on and well be with you shortly" It's already used up almost 15% of my phone minutes for the month with no end in sight, guess I'm guna have to drive over to ask a quistion about my meds....
