I want to brag on a fabulous employee I met on June 17th. She was an elderly cashier at the bigger third street store. I asked for her name so I could let management know she did a fantastic job and gave me great customer service. Her name is Sophia, so I made sure to find the manager and let her know about Sophia, which I think she seemed to appreciate.On another note, I totally agree with several others who state the fact that items are getting overpriced big time! I mean, yes, you get every single item given to you for free and yet you overprice the items. Stop being GREEDY!! Many times I see items priced and think, "For just a few cents more, I can buy this item brand new somewhere else!" Maybe re-train your staff members to price items appropriately.Another thing I hate is the placement of price stickers. Why not put these stickers on the bottom of an item, or on the back of an item? Why must you almost RUIN good items by putting the price stickers in really bad places? It's very hard to get the sticky residue OFF of the item.

I purchase quite a few really nice books here. All the staff is really helpful. You can find some really good things at Goodwill. All 3 stores in Terre Haute are great to go to. Stop in a take a look around, I'm sure you find that one thing you cant live without. I found 4 such items today!! Happy Hunting....

Friendly staff, room to maneuver around with a cart or stroller, plenty of various items that anyone may have uses for. Definitely consider donating your stuff to a TH Goodwill! And if you can't donate, go in and buy something. The money will be used to further the work of these great volunteers and workers.

With everything in the store being "Donated " the prices are getting too expensive considering that donations are donated to help out those who could use help either with clothing or household essentials or whatever their needs be , while still being less expensive and "thrift store pricing".

This store it's rotten!!!! One day throw pillow is $0.99 and then when certain people work the price goes up $1.99. I will no longer donate to such a GREEDY "nonprofit(hahahahahahaha!)"Donate to Salvation Army, they give the stuff away to people in need, they're not a money hungry fake charity like GREEDWILL.

Forcing a two year old to wear a mask when the IN mask mandate says children under 8 aren't required to wear one is cruel. Going over and above what the mandate requires is going to get you sued. I hope it doesn't have to come to that in order for your policy to change.

I was asked for my ID in order to pay for my items today. The female that check my bf out 5 minutes prior never asked him for id , so I find it weird that only certain customers are asked and only certain employees ask for the id because its "policy".

Friendly staff and a clean environment. Didn't get a chance to see everything but I'm planning a trip back soon since my hometown Goodwill in Paris was shutdown, dismantled and never to return due to mismanagement and greed

If you haven't been to a Goodwill store lately you should check it out. These 2 locations on 3rd in Terre Haute are clean, organized, well-managed. I stop by a few times a week to check out their pre-owned furniture as I am trying to make a rec room in my basement for my nephews. 2 weeks ago I found a cool little couch for $15! We buy t-shirts and hoodies too. I highly recommend

People don't donate stuff so you can overprice it. You have gotten very rich from selling free products. And you use cheap stickers which ruin a lot of the products you re-sale.

Very upset i told sales lady to hold 2 wagons while i shop when i went to pay for my stuff my wagons was gone another person in store had them in her cart i was Very upset i just walk out didnt buy anything they was Wrong

The shelfs were so crammed full you couldn't even look at much. And the checkout lady was not very friendly and very very slow

Is this place for real they claim they recycle and make jobs and give medical equipment for Loan program for free of charge for the meeting and I witness that I was charged for blood pressure cuffs I was witnessing batteries taken out of electronics and throw it in the regular trash can next to the cash register they are not what they say they claim to be my donations will go elsewhere.
