The staff is wonderful and you should seriously check out the bakery area! They do have a dog wash which is kept clean and sanitary. If you want to put your dog in the shopping cart, just ask for a mat. Small dogs, especially, can get their feet caught in shopping carts anywhere. I love that I can get a mat

Pet Supplies Plus in Terre Haute has such helpful and caring staff. They are able to answer questions and are very sweet with my pup whenever I bring him into the store. I highly recommend using this shop for your pet needs in town.

Love this store so much more than the other big-name pet stores. The staff is so knowledgeable and eager to help. Customer service is always exceptional. And I feel like their selection is better, even though the store may be a little smaller than some competitors. Online orders for curbside pickup are also super speedy when I don't have time to browse.

I am always greeted with a smile when I go into this store. Even my pets get a hello! The staff is knowledgeable about the items they sell and helpful in finding whatever you may need. I seem to always go on the days that Chris is there and get top notch service. I am sure the rest of the crew is just as friendly and helpful.

Went in to buy a beta kit and beta fish. The sales associate refused to let me buy a fish because I was required to buy at least a 5 gallon tank, a heater, and oxygen bubbles before I was allowed to buy a fish. Would not let me buy a smaller beta tank kit that they have on the shelf in the store and take a fish home. She informed me that it would stress the beta fish out if they did not have at least a 5 gallon tank. Mind you they have beta’s sitting on the shelf for sale in about a 1/2 cup of water. We had a couple betas in smaller tanks that lasted for years and were happy and content.

This is the first time I went here and I'll definitely be returning. I purchased an angel fish for less than 6 dollars, also saw a few items for my aquarium at great prices. I plan to go back sometime this weekend and shop some more!

Use to love this place , bought dog food, cat food , treats , would bath the dogs there every 6 weeks, our dogs are big ,Great Dane ,,German shepherd . No rules posted anywhere about only having 20 minutes to wash and dry your dog , and the lady that was there yesterday was so rude to us because we were in there 30 minutes, did not know there was a 20 minute limit, been doing this for years , no one ever said anything before . We bath them as fast as we can and only dry them to where they are not dripping and finish them at home. The lady just totally was very rude about it, and we honestly did not know. So please post your rules so you don’t lose any more customers.

We used the dog wash and also had our Soafie's nails trimmed.The dog wash is very convenient and easy to use. The staff was very helpful in showing us how to use it.We'll definitely use it again.

It's not a bad place if you're shopping for your dog or your cat, but their supplies for other pets could be a lot better. Their selection for fish is very slim and also their selection of plants could be a lot healthier. I originally went in for some aquatic plant fertilizer and root tabs and they had absolutely none. My advice for The Terre Haute location would be to carry some if you're going to be selling aquatic plants.

Nice staff, but they make the whole dog bath experience slow and excruciating. Went yesterday and there were 3 dogs in front of us. We waited and hour and a half and there was still one dog in front of us. It was because the girl who works there was taking 30 minutes between every dog to clean the area.....seriously super busy and you are gonna super clean between every dog?? We left after 2 hours and still didn't get a dog bath. Please retrain your employee and tell her in and out after each dog. Probably will never go back either way.

I usually go here when I need to give my dog a bath! They usually run sales on the brands I buy so I usually am able to save even more when it comes to the essentials for my animals. If you get their ad in the mail, they usually have a coupon or 2 to help you save even more. Never had a problem there. The employees are all super nice and helpful!The only thing that I might ask for if they want any advice for improvements would be a non skid flooring, especially around the dog baths. This particular store has a concrete floor that is kind of slick with wet shoes. Not a great combination if your dog runs to the end of their leash and pulls/ drags you.

I love this place, and so does my doggie! The dog wash station is clean and accommodating. I was expecting that I would have to bring my own tools, but nope, they have all the tools you need! If you have a long-haired dog like me, wear breathable clothes because there is no fan circulation if you're back there for a while. They also have kitten adoption.

Very cute shop! I loved walking in and immediately being welcomed by a smile ☺. There were a large variety of toys, treats, and outfits for pets. My favorite part of the store is the cleaning area where you can give your pet a bath if it needs. I remember years ago going in with my grandma and washing our golden retriever and having so much fun with affordable price. I highly suggest getting your pet supplies from here!

I was passing through Terre Haute and was low on my dog's somewhat specialty dog food, And thankfully there was a Pet Supplies Plus there.I called a few hours before I knew I was going to be arriving in Terre Haute and the lady that answered the phone was very kind and she confirmed that they did have my dog's food in stock. I drive a semi truck so I can't always get into parking lots conveniently but she assured me that they had a plenty large parking lot for my truck to be able to access it. POnce I arrived I was very impressd The store was very well stocked, the shelves were stocked lately stocked neatly and all front facing and forward. They had an excellent selection and the staff was very polite and helpful.Always nice to know that Pet Supplies Plus is such a great place to conduct business! I love the consistency across-the-board.Thank you terrible for not disappointing!🇺🇸

The woman that helped us was so nice and knew a lot about the fish we were looking to purchase. She apologized for our 5 minute wait and got right to work on helping us! We decided to walk around a bit as well since it was our first visit. The selection and prices are great! I even found some treats for my cat at the register. Definitely going back!

Everybody at this store is amazing! Every single employee asked how I was doing and if I needed any help. The store itself isn't overwhelming and had everything I needed for our new puppy. Great supply of items and plenty of sales. I signed up for their rewards program and will absolutely be back! :)
