kids went there and were told to leave. they were not doing anything but shopping for cat food. they went back in with one of their grandparents and nothing was said then. employees obviously need trained in customer service. will be going to dollar general for now on, where we never had any issues.

This store had only 1 visible person working and the shelves are in disarray most of the time. Lots of portions of the building itself, moreso this section this store operates from. If the little lady were to be robbed or jumped and were severely injured, or if she slipped and fell, no one would know! This store has the word Family in it, it's not currently for a family, I wouldn't take my family here. All this place needs is a face lift, and some reorganizing, plus a staff that would care about their place of work, and it would be fine. There is a store that is 3 miles away, and it totally different and there are multitudes of customers that go in and out.

Every sinceThe Locust Street IGA went out of business,This store has tripled its prices Because they know it's the only store In the Rives neighborhood That people can go to,I think it's shameful.Plus the store is filthy dirty all the time,and not to mention that there is constant shoplifting there all day,every day. Terre Haute needs to put another store in the old locust street IGA building so people around here have a clean and honest store to shop at again.

Male cashier was very rude when I was trying to understand what he was telling me. I am hard of hearing. My first bad experience there. Usually am taken care of by a petite lady with short hair. Her name starts with a C. Maybe he was having a bad day.

I went to the store with my daughter I cannot believe she even cozier what inside was enough for me never again there was a cockroach on the shelf there was stuff thrown everywhere to breathe the floor I tripped over some curtains I just cannot believe the way the stores took care of my advice is don’t go don’t even think about it

I visited this store on June 27th 2019. This is the dirtiest store I have ever seen. Not just cluttered but down right dirty. Good luck if you go in there.
