Absolutely the best grocer in the entire city. Great selection. They have actual Butchers, No Self Chekout (hooray) No long lines at checkout. Friendly helpful staff. Deli selections are amazing. I drive almost 10 miles ( passing several other grocers) just to shop at Baesler's Mkt.

What a great grocery store. I came in looking for my mom a birthday cake, I found the perfect one the lady behind the counter even told me she could write happy birthday and my mom's name. It literally took 5 minutes and in that mean time I found out I needed a blackberry pie. The store was very clean the staff asked me if they could help me. I just wish I took more pictures

I've been shopping at Baesler's since it was on 25th and College. I have never experienced poor customer service there, until today. From the rude and sarcastic employee filling up the hot bar, to the 2 most unfriendliest cashier's. If you can no longer get great customer service at Baesler's, all hope is gone, because Bob has always stood for Amazing Customer Service and impeccable high standards, that's why we shop there!

Baesler's is one of the friendliest grocery businesses the area has to offer. Some specials are great, such as their yearly fresh produce bag fill for $15.Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to assist and genuinely seem to enjoy their work. Best of all, they listen and accommodate requests like no other store. Twice now we have inquired about products our family love that other stores have taken off shelves, and each time they have happily ordered those items, even contacting us when they are stocked.Don't miss out on their deli and bakery section either, they have unique salads and items that are absurdly good.Cost can sometimes be above other stores, but their service and quality more than make up for the difference.

This is an awesome grocery store....it is super clean and they have some better selections in certain items that Kroger or any other grocery store has around here .but of course every store or place of business has it's ups and downs to it .

Best Market in town. They have the freshest meats that no one can beat. The deli and bakery are top notch. There is no other place in town you can purchase better meats cheeses or baked goods.

My son and I visited the Terre Haute store on 9.30.23. My son is autistic. As soon as we walked in my son immediately laid on the floor. He first looked around and it was a new place so I think he wasn’t comfortable. I showed him the shopper in training carts and he did great after that. We went and got what we needed without any issues. The people working the meat counter were great. Store is always clean and the staff is amazing. It’s the little things this store does that makes it so great. Thank you for what you do!

Decided to get food from their hot food bar and after getting home and eating almost immediately left side of my tongue swelled up. It was chicken , mac & cheese, pasta salad things I have eaten before and this never happened

Had an encounter with a very rude staffmember that told me to ‘die in a fire’. I can’t understand how someone like that can be employed anywhere. Hope other staffmembers have better manners.

Love Baesler's Market! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! To take it even further, if you want something they don't carry they have you fill out and request form and they will order it soon! Have lots of delicious speciality meats & cheeses as well as amazing fresh seafood.

From the time you first walk into the grocery store you are greeted with pleasantries. The staff as well as the owners are always available willing to lend a hand to every customer that walks through their door. You get a strong sense that this grocery store cares about it's community.The meat is top quality and there is a wide selection of quality items you won't find in any other store. The salad bar is the best you will find around in my honest opinion. The owners are always willing to help promote smaller businesses flourish within their store. There are staff on hand that will walk the elderly to their car and put their groceries in the vehicle. You get a great sense of gratitude for your business at this specific grocery store as if your some form of distant family. There honestly isn't one bad thing you could say about baeslers market. Other grocery stores say they strive to have the best customer service while baeslers actually provides the best customer service hands down.

Clean, family owned market/grocery store. They have many organic, gluten-free, non GMO foods. Produce is wonderful and they usually have a few tropical type fruits as well. They also offer an orange juicer and you can make fresh OJ there on the spot, you pay for it, however, it's some of the best OJ EVER! Staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer a few hanging baskets and plants for sale.

I usually shop here when I do catering and special orders. Today I went in just to pick up one thing of just juice. They had just announced the stor was closing and I asked for the juice isle and was told isle 9. As I headed to grab the juice quickly I was stopped and told I had to leave. So thank you for this, I will be using a new store for all my needs now. And suggesting it to everyone I know.

Just moved into an office next door to this grocery store and our office staff decided to try out the hot bar. The employee checking us out was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever encountered. The food was so good but I feel like because of this experience we don’t want to come back just because of the way we were treated.

Baesler's has an excellent collection of local brands. I'm a frequent visitor of their salad and hot bars. Love the sushi selection. They also do amazing ribeye cookout fundraisers for nonprofits in the community. This is one of the best grocery stores in Terre Haute. Great family-owned business!

Excellent locally owned and operated grocery store. Has an excellent selection of Boars Head meats, hot bar and salad bar, bakery and meat department. They even sell live Lobster. This place has everything you need. Yes, it may cost a little more than the other stores but the quality of product and service is well worth it!!!

Went to Baszler to cash my check it was 840they’re supposed to quit taking checks at 9 o’clock is what they told me before but I guess they changed it today because it was working said he decided to go ahead and close it up early really I drove all the way across town but that’s OK this is not the first time this happened

Called in a pinch late one afternoon for a custom cake and balloon order to be ready and delivered mid-morning the very next day. Not only did they get it there on time, everything was just gorgeous! Will definitely be using this bakery for future events in the area!

I have never shopped a market with such a friendly and helpful staff! I drive from Northern Vigo County to shop. Clean and organized! I may have to pay a little more for my groceries; but I would rather pay a little more for the great service and products they have to offer! Very Impressive!

I have always loved shopping at Baesler's. It is a family owned, and managed grocery (which is extremely rare today). This has always been the best place to shop for groceries in town.The only time we experienced any trouble was with ordering online for curbside pickup during the early pandemic period. We had a number of occasions where we received the wrong items. Otherwise, it has always been a pleasant place to shop!

Best place to shop for fresh foods, fair priced and very clean. Wish I lived closer to the store, I'd shop there for all my food needs. Staff friendly and very helpful. Great deals, carts work well, parking was great, great overall expireance.. go there if you want great service and food. They even cash checks, I recommend this store and give it my best review..

The food is good… sometimes when it is actually fresh. Everything in there is overpriced and do not give me that “inflation” excuse. Their prices have been high since they opened. As far as the staff… very rude & unhelpful. The young lady that works on the side door is very rude and throws my change at me nearly every time. The middle aged women that works in the Deli doesn’t like her job and that isn’t a secret because of how rude she is. Please teach your staff to not act like Karen’s. Thank you.

This is my favorite place to shop for high quality and fresh produce, meats, and bakery food. Their salad bar and hot bar are phenomenal. My only concern with this place are the prices of their products. I understand in today's world of the "mom and pop" local businesses getting ran out of their hometowns by chain stores, it is difficult for the smaller business to stay afloat. With this being said, unfortunately, in order to keep this establishment up and running, the management team must keep prices at a substantially higher rate than their competitors. I am saddened by the fact that as a single mom on a tight budget, it is rare for me to be able to get more than a few of the things on my shopping list. This doesn't stop me from buying what I can afford though.When I am able shop here, I love the feeling I get from giving back to my community by supporting a local business. I only wish I was able to afford to do all my shopping at Baesler's Market. I truly do love this little grocery store. I am never disappointed by the selection and quality of the food or the helpful and friendly staff at this local gem.

Best grocery store in town! Fun shopping & dance in the aisles to good music. Unique items inspire culinary skills, clean & well laid out. Offers local produce & other things you'll want. Bakery designs cakes per requests, deli is a must go to (tiramisu is awesome & best fried chicken!). Meat department is fresh & ready to cook entrees on hand. Very nice wine, beer selections. Staff is above expectations. And, J R Pharmacy located in the store is by far the best in town. Do not miss going to Baeslers!!
