From out of town literally walked in with them bad mouthing their customers. Then went to order and was rude. Then could over hear them talking about me in the situation on their headsets.I wouldn't even let my family sit in that environment let alone me sit alone to enjoy my coffee had to leave.EDIT: It was these poor girls shift managera manager A MANAGAER! Commenting on my family. No wonder why the atmosphere is the way it is when it's being lead that way.

The staff, as usual, were incredibly welcoming and sweet. However, this is not why I'm leaving a review!I'm leaving a review because of the incredible treatment of my service dog by staff. Not only were they warm and welcoming, but they respected that he was working and addressed me rather than my dog, all the while still being kind to him in the process.I really appreciate the accessibility!!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is great on the outside! Inside is a bit cramped, so if you have a wider wheelchair it may be difficult.I have a service dog (about 50lbs) that struggled to fit anywhere despite him being able to squeeze in between places, so i imagine it'll be even more difficult for wheelchair users.

Not sure why people like Kenyon Byard are attempting to spread negative lies about this location.I travel to many Starbucks locations in the USA and especially in Indiana where I live.This one is and has always been top-notch at all hours. I have personally experienced their leadership and staff on all shifts handle things that in all honesty if it was not a Starbucks would have gone differently.Starbucks as a corporation is known for its softness which has created an environment that customers have and will continue to exploit.It is sad to see individuals who thrive on spreading their propaganda of being a victim when the reality is the exact opposite.This is the sad world we live in today, where fiction is received without any validity facts are ignored and common sense is extinguished.

Sat there waiting for our order for over 20 minutes. They didn’t apologize for the delay. They were all worried about personal Christmas activities, instead of performing the jobs they were supposed to. Finally got out hot coffee without sleeves. Absolutely ridiculous.

The Staff in there always has a smile and a warm greeting. They work to make sure your order is complete and if you don't know what you want they are patient and will offer helpful suggestions. 😁 Took my little one there for a morning birthday refresher and she loved it!

Baristas are friendly, service is fast. Food is served up fresh and hot and two orders in two days they got 100% right. The interior is spacious with comfortable seating including banquettes and padded chairs. Lots of outlets to plug in and work and a large patio to enjoy your food outside with umbrellas for shade. Starbucks doesn’t get much better than this.

Stopped here on the way back home from a conference. Had to go inside to use the restroom so ordered inside as well. Large Starbucks with several different seating options. I wish something like this layout would make it to our area. Coffee itself was good. Restrooms clean -unisex and handicap accessible. Lots of outdoor seating. Right off 74 interstate Shelbyville.

I love this starbucks I make orders every week before heading to work. I can tell you the morning staff is my favorite, welcoming and on top of everything even with a lobby full of people they take care of each individuals needs.I'm knocking a star off though because I've started to do a once a week afternoon hike with my dog and we go to Starbucks for a special treat, I mainly go for him and his pup cup but of course I order a drink as well. I've noticed in the afternoon the drinks aren't handled with as much care and the staff doesn't seem as friendly and inviting. It was 2 hours until close and when asking for a pup cup the staff member didn't seem very happy and said he's running low on whip cream and he's not giving them out.It wasn't the fact my pup didn't get a special treat it was more of the fact I felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff and my drink looked watered down and tasted different. I will still visit my morning staff members, just a bit disappointed I can't enjoy this starbucks throughout my day.

Usually my go to Starbucks. Wait times are usually long. Although I have seen improvements. Outside landscape needs work this year. Looks like it hasn’t been maintained, quite unusual for them to not keep up on curb appeal. Here recently, they won’t give you a sleeve for a hot beverage (said it’s to cut down on waste). I don’t agree with that. The point of a sleeve is to protect against the heat of a hot beverage. Just not a good idea in the long run in my opinion. Staff is usually always friendly.

Everybody was really nice except for this older gentleman who workes there. I sat in the lobby for probably 20 minutes and sat and observed him as he worked. He was rude to me and my friend when we were placing our orders, and I sat and watched him as he slammed cabinet and oven doors and kicked things. He got upset because he couldn't get a customers order in a bag, and I watched him slam their sandwiches down on the counter. When he put my friends slice of lemon bread on the counter for pickup, he literally threw it down. The lobby was completely full and this grown man was standing there throwing a full blown child tantrum. I've seen children act better than that. I was absolutely disgusted by his behavior. I feel so bad for anybody who has to work with that man. I will say that essentially everything else about this place is good, except for him. I get that everybody has a bad day, but when all of the customers can see you act like a baby, it really ruins the atmosphere, and makes people not want to go back. My friend and I were absolutely disgusted by this man's behavior. I'm seriously glad that my parents raised me to not act like that.

This was the first Starbucks I had ever visited back in the day and gave me my love for Starbucks! I remember I was still just a teenager and had no idea how to order! The barista helped me along the way. I live in Indy now and know EVERYTHING about the menu. When I am coming through the area I still stop here and it's still one of my favorites! They are still one of the best shops even though I have been to so many over the past 15 or so years!Parking: Great parking

90% of the workers there think they’re all that and a bag of chips. This is including the awful manager, Amanda, yes calling you out by name. None of the sauce pumps get washed on the regular so chances of you drinking crusty white mocha is high. There’s a better Starbucks just down 44 in Franklin with a kinder staff and better quality beverages (more accurate)
