She does such a great job. My little Coco is very particular and hard to groom. She does an amazing job and I am very careful about who I let groom my dog. Trust earned here- I find it very hard to believe most of the negative reviews- seem like overtly difficult people.

If I could give a 0. We went to get a TRIM, not a SHAVE. He is patchy, his nails are so sharp and we are sooo disappointed. The lady said he had mats which is a complete lie because we comb his hair EVERYDAY. I have never been so frustrated in my life. I wish I had never taken him there to begin with. I really hope no one ever goes there because you too will be disappointed.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. They completely shaved my Newfie down and even cut him on his under carriage. All that was asked was a trim nothing more, nothing less. It was known he had a couple mats that needed cut out, but no they cut him down, cut him, and then doubled the price, let’s not forget how his nails weren’t even trimmed. How can you stay in business when you you obviously don’t listen to your customers, all I can say is they better hope his hair grows back. We will not be returning and will not send anyone this way.

I did not want my dog shaved but she had to get shaved because of matting witch I can understand. But is uneven. Also I told them repeatedly not to shave her face and I'm almost sertin they shaved her face.

Took my husky to get washed and get her undercoat brushed out. When I picked her up I didn't pay much attention till on the way home and realized she was still dirty and she is shedding hair worse than before I dropped her off.

I'm in total shock and disbelief on what a groomer did to my friend's puppy. One would think that if they brought in their dog for grooming, you could see how the hair was trimmed originally or what the "style" currently is, like if we were to get our hair cut. The groomer told my friend, "I'll surprise you". He has a yorki-poo with beautiful hair, or let's say it was beautiful. The poor dog was shaved, like a rat terry; true mutt. the facial hair is longer on one side then the other. Even the hair around the nails was cut off in jagged edges. It truly made me sick. Doesn't even look like the same dog. I could easily show pictures before and after. This particular groomer should NOT be a groomer. Don't let her ruin anyone else's dog.
